Change your beliefs, change your life.
I recently started doing something that feels really dumb at first, but... it's totally changing the way I view myself, y'all.
It's called Belief Work and basically, it's taking your old shitty beliefs and turning them on their head 100%.
So instead of "I will never make it," I now tell myself intentionally "I will definitely make it."
The process is simple:
List out all the negative beliefs you have about yourself, whether about work, relationships, money, life, etc.
On a second sheet, list the exact opposite belief.
These are your new sets of beliefs. Repeat them as often as you can remember, preferably once per day.
I KNOW IT SOUNDS LIKE BULLSHIT BUT I PROMISE YOU IT'S WORKING FOR ME SO MAYBE IT'LL WORK FOR YOU???

Reinvention Challenge - My Goals
Hello everyone! I hope you are all doing amazingly well. 💖
I saw this challenge and wanted to give it a try, but at my own pace. Not with a restrictive deadline because that just makes me more stressed and anxious, and the whole point of this for me is to be less stressed and anxious!
I will update every week on my progress on Saturday’s starting March 2nd 2024. Let’s make this happen!

Health: Meal prep freshly made juice, every Sunday’s and Wednesday’s. Learn to cook simple, healthy meals for myself (still overcoming a limiting belief that I have with this so this might take longer than the other goals). Get on certain herbs to naturally help me with deeper sleep. Go on red light therapy at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes each.
Professional: Complete my online training course and get the certification I need to start working. Attend a zoom event (monthly) related to my field. Find a mentor in my field.
Adulting: Set up the digital envelope budgeting system in my bank account. Book important appointments I’ve been putting off. Set up and STICK to a to-do list system that works for me.
Hobbies: Write a Tumblr blog post at least 1 time a week. Practice cursive/printing writing 30mins daily. Make my own subliminal at least 1 time a week.
Social: Join a social group (either in person or online) once a month or more. Build up your confidence and practice social skills. Try to go out at least once a week and talk to someone (can be anyone).
Healing/Spiritual: Practice manifesting more things and circumstances. Have weekly spirit guided meditation sessions for 15-20mins. Practice detachment and energy protection daily.
Style/Self-Care: Find out what my skin type is, build a proper skincare routine. Have more self care nights.
Bucket List: Try a depravation tank, go to a rock salt cave/attend a live sound bath, have high tea at a tea room.

In order to embrace parents, allow them to evolve on their own terms and at their own pace. People only change when they choose to change. The more you tell someone to do this and that, the less they want to do it. Instead, allow your parents to choose their own path and accept the fact that they may never change. You may be the only person who wants them to change, but they won't, even though you think it would be good for them. Give up the fantasy that one day your parents will change. When we can't accept another person, it's usually not about that person. It's about us. We try to control the actions and behavior of others because we don't want to deal with our own grief. Recognizing our parents' right to be who they are means we have to face reality and leave the fantasies behind. It means we have to come to terms with the fact that they weren't as caring or as supportive as we imagined or wanted them to be. It also means we have to accept that it is not in our power to get "perfect love" from our parents or, for that matter, from anyone else. Our fantasy of our own parents only hides the pain we felt as children. Realizing that it is only a fantasy can bring back our childhood pain. However, we can only be free when we work through our emotions - anger, resentment, shame, fear and grief - and when we accept our parents for who they are. Only by accepting our parents will we be able to take on the responsibility of loving and caring for ourselves without expecting or depending on them for anything. The only way to improve our relationship with our parents is to change the way we treat them. And to do that, we must change ourselves.

Stop waiting for the perfect time (It doesn't exist)
The perfect time doesn't exist (there I said it) there is no fated time in which your life changes, YOU decide when your life changes.
You can change it right now if you wanted. It all starts with your mind. Decide what you want. What you REALLY want, not what someone else wants because let me tell you, if you're manifesting something that doesn't align with you, it's not going to work out well.
You can't fool the universe.
For the longest time I was manifesting what I THOUGHT I wanted but it was really what I felt I needed to have to be accepted by society, so clearly it did not work out in the slightest. So be with yourself and really figure it out. (You'll thank yourself later)
You'll know what you really want when it makes you feel so good just thinking about it and it feels like you already have it.
It's that type of feeling that make it seem like life is all sparkly and nothing can bring you down and everything is finally working out.
It's the knowing of "YES! This is what I want and this is what I'll have"
So find that feeling and decide you'll have it.
Decide you're life is changing now. Change the channel, step onto a new path become someone NEW. Someone perfectly and amazing (even tho you already are) Someone you love.
You totally have the power to change your life, you just have to decide.
