babydoll || ji changmin || masterlist
Tumblr media
↳ Changmin isn’t popular nor is he rich, whereas you run on the other end of the spectrum, spoilt and living on your dads credit card. when you’re tasked with kicking him out of the biggest party of your year, you come to realise he’s not all that bad. unfortunately, falling in love with the ji changmin is your one way ticket to social suicide.
↳ pairing: ji changmin x female reader + ex lee juyeon x female reader
!!! this is not a love triangle !!!
~ rating: NC-17 minors please do not interact with this work
↳ genre: enemies to acquaintances to reluctant friends to lovers, slowburn, drama, angst, happy end but it takes a long ass time, rich girl broke ass uni boy
~ warnings: high society bitch of a reader, an unadressed eating disorder (limited), drug use, sex while on drugs, a lot of sex (will add individual warnings to chapters), sex with juyeon, maybe you fuck him twice, sex while high, taller reader with longer hair but no colour description for the plot, jokes and implied tone about death/wanting to die (not meant), obsession with weight and beauty standards, juyeon is manipulative and toxic, emotional abuse, physical abuse (not reader and not in detail), everyone needs therapy, past self harm (not reader, not in detail, descriptions of scars), deep self loathing and insecurities, bullying, changmin calls reader little doll, reader wants to look like a doll, nicknames such as darling and princess, classism
!!! if I missed anything or I remember something else I will add it to the general warnings. there’s a lot of drama but it isn’t as dark as the warnings probably imply it to be, but it also isn’t a light read.
↳ words: 70k + blame the slow burn
a/n: this was meant to be a 20k one shot then changmin said sike so I had to split it up into multiple parts so that tumblr wouldn’t break because it said it would 💔 this is dedicated to @sanaxo-o because she’s never given up on this fic even when I wanted to throw it out the window. no one loves babydoll more than her. thank you @mosviqu for reading this every night when I add a little extra and make you hate juyeon and thank you @sungbeam for the banner cause mine was clearly trash.
I joke that I’ll retire once I’m done posting every part of this fic but we all know that’s a lie. I did pour all my energy into this though so please be nice to me or say nothing at all LMAO. again, I wanna disclaimer that there are some specific physical attributes to this reader which I usually avoid doing but for the story itself it was necessary.
let me know if you wanna be on the taglist 🩵 started: 25.7.24
~ teaser
~ act i
~ act ii
~ act iii
↳ i aim for just three chapters if tumblr allows it but depending on final length this might have to change

Quarterback!Sangyeon x Student President!Male reader
Tumblr media
Request by @leedosbunnyboy sorry it took so long! 🥹 (didn’t reread that tbh, sorry if it’s weird)
Sangyeon walked in the halls, rushing towards the cafeteria. He cleaned his sweaty, trembling palms on his jeans, before opening the cafeteria’s doors. He scanned the big, crowded room, looking for his friends. His search didn’t take long as he noticed a loud table full of boys. He walked quickly towards them, fixing his jacket before sitting down next to Jacob.
“I saw him in the halls” are the first words he said to his friends.
The rest of the boys laughed at him, some patting his back. The rest of the students turned to look at the loud group, sighing as they are used to their chaos.
“Not even a ‘hello!” Changmin said from the other side of the table, still laughing at his friend. By now, all of them knew every detail about your life and how much Sangyeon is head over heels for you.
Sangyeon sighed loudly “I can’t do this…” he said as he placed his head on the cold surface of the table in front of him.
His friends tried to not burst out laughing again, some covering their mouths while some others almost seemed to be exploding.
“Get your ass up, walk up to him and ask! It’s not that difficult dude…” Hyunjae said as he looked exasperated and tired of the constant topic of their conversations being you.
“I can’t just walk up to him! What if he finds me weird? What if his friends laugh at me? What if he rejects me? What if-“ Sangyeon kept on listing, his friends rolling their eyes and mumbling about how stupid Sangyeon is.
- two days after -
Kevin and Jacob stood behind some lockers with Sangyeon, waiting for you to arrive. They looked attentively around, trying to spot you. It didn’t take long. There you were, walking towards their hiding spot with your friends.
Sangyeon’s face was combusting, his hands were sweating, his legs felt like jelly.
As soon as you passed near them, Jacob and Kevin pushed Sangyeon towards you. He turned back to scream at his friends, when he noticed you were looking at him confused.
“Uh…hi, Y/N” Sangyeon said as he scratched the back of his neck, trying to not look into your deep eyes.
You just smiled, some of your friends laughing at the scene. “Hi, Sangyeon” you said as you waited for him to speak up.
“Uhm, I was wondering if-“ before Sangyeon could finish, he felt a cold sensation on his body, he looked down at his white t-shirt, noticing a brown, big spot on it.
You looked at him, trying not to laugh, covering your mouth as you took a tissue out of your pocket, trying to clean up Sangyeon’s shirt.
He looked down at your hand on his body, his face becoming so red and hot you could see smoke coming out of his ears.
You could hear some other students laughing at the scene before their eyes, and Sangyeon could too, of course. He felt so embarrassed and stupid…he ran away. He started to run so fast towards a bathroom trying to hide from everyone, but mostly you.
He knew it was a bad idea. He knew it! He just embarrassed himself in front of you.
- the next day -
His friends somehow convinced to try again. So now he started walking towards the student council room, waiting for you to come out after your meeting. He held his phone in his hands as he kept on waiting for that damn bell to ring, which finally happened some seconds later.
Some students started walking out, and you did the same, walking the opposite way of where Sangyeon was standing. He started following you, when he noticed a girl stopped you. He watched from afar, trying to listen to your conversation.
“Wanna go to prom with me…?” The girl asked you, smiling and looking down at the floor, too embarrassed to keep the eye contact.
Sangyeon felt sick, he failed. Again. He walked away, not even wanting to hear your answer, seeing the smile on your face as you looked at that random girl.
- the day after -
Sangyeon sat on a bench, fixing his shoes as he got ready for the match. He sighed thinking about what happened the day before. He hates it.
“Stop thinking about him, you need to be ready for this” Eric said as he patted Sangyeon’s back. The only response he got was a sad nod from the quarterback.
The venue was loud, all the students excited to watch the match against the rival school. Sangyeon honestly didn’t care.
At least until he felt a tap on his shoulder. He sighed, thinking it was Eric, but he was proved wrong when he raised his head to see you smiling down at him.
“Good luck!” You said as you messed his hair with your hand, smiling at his confused and red face. You chuckled as you handed him a small, folded paper, before walking away.
The only thing he could read without opening it was ‘open only if you win’.
And guess what happened? Sangyeon and the rest of the team played so well they destroyed the other school.
As soon as the team finished cheering, the quarterback quickly opened the paper, reading:
‘Come to prom with me? [yes] [yes]’

Your fingers wandered over the spines of the photo albums, all of them neatly arranged on the shelf in the living room, a collection of your precious memories. After a moment of consideration your hand stopped at 2021. It was the first album Chanhee had made for the three of you. It’d been a christmas gift for Changmin and you, something to commemorate that first year of your relationship. You remembered tearing up when you first looked through it together, Changmin and you each taking up one side of the couch with your boyfriend in the middle. Chanhee had taken his time turning the pages, reminiscing over the pictures he’d taken over the course of the year. At times, Changmin and you would chime in with little stories and details you remembered.
It was hard to believe all of that was almost three years ago. You missed those days, tonight more than ever. You took out the album and sat down on the fuzzy pink rug on the floor that Changmin and you had bought for Chanhee’s birthday last year. He’d loved it so much that he’d immediately laid down on the soft material, all smiles and giggles. This year, he hadn’t been home for his birthday and neither had Changmin. Of course that was just the reality of their job, but not being able to celebrate with them had made you feel incredibly lonely. These days you were feeling lonely a lot. They were gone so much that you basically lived alone in a flat too big for just one person. And when they were home, like now, sleeping soundly, you still felt oddly isolated. As if all the time spent apart made you forget how to be together.
With a small sigh you opened the album, thumbing through the pages and letting yourself be overcome with the nostalgia of that time. There were pictures of the three of you in the dorms or in your cramped little flat with the ugly mismatched tiles (you’d only moved in together the year after). There were picnics and birthday cakes and pictures from the little trip to the beach you took at the end of that summer. And of course, pictures from Halloween, with a completely hyped up Changmin grinning widely into the camera, his Chucky costume all in place. You remembered the way he’d sulked mere minutes before that, frustrated because he couldn’t get the make up right.
"What are you doing, love?" Chanhee asked softly, trying not to make you startle but you did nonetheless. You hadn't noticed him coming into the living room at all, but now he was walking over and sitting down on the rug behind you, resting his chin on your shoulder so he could look at the photobook in your lap.
"Oh? Halloween from 3 years ago?" He said with a soft chuckle when he spotted the photos of Changmin in his Chucky costume. "I'll never understand his love for these dolls but he looked kinda cute though. Especially when he asked you to fix his make-up, all pouty."
"Yeah," you couldn't help but smile too, remembering your other boyfriend's adorable face. "We were really happy then."
You felt Chanhee looking at your side profile but you didn't try to meet his gaze.
"We're happy now too," he said but it almost sounded like a question.
You pressed your lips together.
"Y/n, what's wrong?" He was so gentle and caring, not the slightest bit of pressure in the way he asked. And yet it felt so hard to respond.
"I—" you paused, feeling yourself choke up, "I miss you."
Chanhee's arms immediately wrapped around you, pulling you to his chest. "But lovey, we're here, we're right here," he whispered close to your ear.
"Are you really, though? Sometimes I feel like with your job you're more away than here and I know it can't be helped, it's just—I'm lonely. You're always together, you have each other, you don't have to miss each other, but I'm always alone."
"Oh, love," he pulled you even closer, his arms around you warm and safe. "I'm so sorry. I'm sorry that we made you feel lonely. But you know we miss you too, right? We might be together, but we miss you all the time and we talk about you all the time. You're really precious to us. We don’t miss you any less just because we’re together."
"I know, I know, it's just—" you bit your tongue. What point was there in saying anything anyway? It wasn’t like he could really change the situation. Voicing your stupid insecurities would only make him feel guilty. "Nevermind."
"But I do mind." He nudged your jaw with his nose. "Tell me."
"It's stupid."
"Tell me anyway. I'm an expert at listening to stupid things."
"I don't know," you fumbled with your fingers, trying not to let tears well up in your eyes, "Sometimes I just wonder where I fit in with the two of you… if at all."
“Of course you do!” His voice sounded heated, just so desperate to reassure you, but when he continued it turned weak instead, way too aware that what he, what they could offer wasn’t the best deal. “I know there isn’t enough time, there never is. And I wish there was an easy solution to that, but I can’t see one. I—we can’t always make time for you the way you deserve. But I promise we’ll always make room for you. We can’t always be together, but there will always be space for you. Am I even—Does that even make sense?” His voice quivered and you felt yourself choking up at how desperate he was to make things right.
“I’m just—You’ll always have a home with us. And you’re home to us, too, you know? No matter how long we’re away, this is our home. You are.” He paused, leaning his forehead against your back and you thought you felt him shaking. “Is that not enough? Can’t that be enough?”
You squeezed your eyes shut, pointlessly trying to stop the tears that were already spilling out. No matter how lonely you felt at times, there was no way you could let go of this, not when you were loved this much, not when you loved them this much.
“It’s enough,” you whispered, your hands moving to cover his that were still wrapped around your body. “It has to be enough.”
“What are you doing?” Another sleepy voice interrupted you. Changmin was standing in the doorway, rubbing his eyes before shuffling over and laying down next to you. You automatically lifted up the album in your lap so he could rest his head on your thigh.
“Don’t just leave me behind,” he mumbled, eyes already falling shut again, “It’s lonely.”
"See?" Chanhee left a small peck on your cheek, "we get lonely too."
"Really lonely," Changmin agreed but he was clearly half asleep again.
Chanhee carefully stood up, making sure not to disrupt your boyfriend.
"What are you doing?" you whispered, following him with your eyes as he walked over to the glass cabinet where he kept his film camera.
"I have an album to fill, right?" He replied back with a smile before lifting his camera to take a picture of you and Changmin.
"Come here," you waved him over, "you should be in it too. We don't have enough pictures of the three of us."
With a smile he sat back down behind you, turning around the camera and stretching out his arm to capture all three of you.
"Satisfied?" He asked with another peck to your cheek.
"One more, for good measure," you replied before turning your head and kissing him back. He smiled and lifted the camera once more, your lips still on his cheek when the shutter clicked.
"Unfair," Changmin mumbled, "where's my kisses?"
You chuckled fondly, leaning down to plaster his face with a zillion little pecks until he broke out into sleepy giggles. "Okay, okay, enough already." You pressed just one more kiss to his lips before pulling away.
"Should we go back to bed?" Chanhee asked, his head resting on your shoulder again while his hand reached around you and gently brushed a strand of hair out of Changmin's forehead. “It’s late.”
"Let's stay here a little longer," you replied, not quite willing to let go of the sweet warmth and comfort yet. All of this felt so familiar, so much like home. Maybe you hadn't forgotten how to be together after all, maybe it'd just been your insecurities getting to your head and making you overthink. After a beat you added, "I think I'm really happy right now."
"Me too," Chanhee whispered into your ear.
"Me too," Changmin mumbled in your lap.

hello everyone!!! for those who may not know me, i'm calie and in the last year i have dedicated myself to making resources for rps whenever i can. i've been unemployed and for over 13 years relying on my meds that currently cost between $190 (R$1,000) and $240 (R$ 1,300) per month, taking in consideration that minimum wage per month here in brazil is $261 (R$1,412) and i rarely get any freelancer job, that won't cover even 15% of my meds. so with a lot of shame, i depend on my parents to keep up my treatment that cannot be discontinued. my city is broken, has no jobs, and i currently have no conditions to move and start over somewhere else. besides, my city had been once of the cities hit by the big flood in brazil for over a month, which made finding a job even more difficult, since establishments are trying to recover from losses. in these last few months, despite needing money, i've been feeling emotionally exhausted and worried with the situation (of expenses and the tragedy in my state), that i simple cannot focus in any project, therefore not being able to take in commissions (that helped me a lot). with all of that being said, i decided to come here, very ashamed, and expose my situation to offer packs of all my sources that i've done in my time as a creator. if you can help me buying any pack, or a ko-fi (source link), that would immensely help in my situation and i'd be really REALLY grateful. under the "read more" are more details about the packs and pricing.

Pairing : Seo Changbin x F!Reader TW : angsty in the beginning and middle ; kind of crackish/funny at the end ; children ; parenthood ; Word Count : 4.3k Request : Anon : is there any way you could make a part 2 of changbin’s “don’t waste your tears on me” fic? from the angst spin the wheel?? 😅 A/N : idk why this took me so long to write, I'm trying to work on all my requests!! I might make Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays request days. I linked part 1 though for anyone who hasn't read it!!
“We spending the weekend at grammas?!” Your son cheered as you held his hand tightly, walking down the sidewalk towards the car. You had explained a little bit to him during the walk, and thankfully his excitement had gotten the best of him and you didn’t have to give him a real explanation of why. “Hwa Hwa coming too, right?” He asked, wide brown eyes staring up at you questioningly, and you tried to be as enthusiastic as he was when you nodded in agreement.
It was so much easier to pull something like this off for a child his age, he didn’t ask the big questions, he simply wanted to know what you all were going to do over the weekend. Chunhwa on the other hand, was full of questions on the car ride over to Changmins school. It’s not like you could hide it from her, and you didn’t want to hide it from her either. She had the right to know that her father had finally returned home, and if she wanted, you would drop her back off at the house so she could see him. You weren’t going to keep the kids from him, but you also wanted him to know the pain that not only you went through, but the children as well.
“Your phone has been ringing nonstop. So has mine.” Chunhwa announced as you pulled open the back door for your son to climb in. You quickly shook your head as you looked at her through the rearview mirror, and a quick look of understanding flashed across her face before she put on a fake, tight lipped smile. “Grandma just wanted to know when you were gonna be here. I let her know that you had to pick Changmin up from school first.”
You hummed with false understanding at the lie as you helped buckle your son in before sprinting around to the drivers side and climbing in. “She can be so impatient sometimes… Let’s just mute our phones so I don’t get distracted on my way there, yeah?” You suggested, and Chunhwa nodded her head slowly, putting her phone on silent before dropping it into the glove compartment and then doing the same with yours. “So tell me, how was school today?”
The house had never felt so empty before. Instead of it being filled with the heartwarming sounds of his family’s daily lives, there was only the ticking of the clock that hung in the living room, and his quiet footsteps as he walked through his home.
He knew that it wouldn’t happen, but he couldn’t stop himself from staring at the clock, waiting for the minute hand to land on the exact time that you and the kids would come walking through the front door. Changmin would come running over to him after kicking off his shoes, already in the process of raving over everything that happened in class today while Chunhwa would excuse herself to her room to study. He’d listen intently to his son, remembering every single little detail that he told him before excusing himself to go see Chunhwa. She was so smart, and he was always so proud of her, but he worried about her studying so much, so he always tried to find some way to get her to take breaks. He missed the kids, he missed you.
The way you’d smile so brightly at him when you walked through the front door, like you were seeing him again for the first time, the look of love in your eyes and the way you seemed so excited to press your lips to his and be held in his arms. He’d do anything for that moment again, to just hold you tight and never let you go.
It’s not even like he purposely ignored you or the kids, he’d never do something like that, he loved the three of you more than anything. He had fucked up though, he had gotten so caught up in what he was doing that he didn’t think to even say hello, to text you or Chunhwa… How could he be so stupid? He lost everything because of one stupid mistake…He couldn’t handle it though, he couldn’t. The silence that surrounded him was excruciatingly loud, it was unbearable. He needed his family back.
“Hey Hwa… It’s your dad… This is my fifth time trying to call you. I just want to know how school went, and if you got picked up… Did you make it to your grandparents alright? Please… Call me back… I love you. You’re the best daughter in the whole world… Tell your brother I love him too… Have your mom call me, please?” The beep sounded through the phone to let him know the time had run out for the message, and he quickly hung up, letting his phone drop to the couch beside him as his head fell forward, tears slowly beginning to pool in his eyes.
Since the day he married you, there hadn’t been a night that passed where he didn’t have you curled up next to him in bed, the both of you falling asleep enveloped in the warmth of each other. Since the day his children were born, he had never missed a goodnight ritual, standing in the hall between both of their doors, his arms outstretched to give them their hugs and wish them sweet dreams, telling them both that he loved them before they retreated into their rooms to sleep. Not until those days that he had, in yours and the kids minds, completely disappeared.
It was impossible to do anything. Dinner time came and passed, and he couldn’t even bring himself to eat anything, it just wouldn’t feel right sitting at the table by himself. He couldn’t sleep, and he wasn’t even going to try to attempt to sleep in his own bed, it would feel too empty, and he’d probably end up crying the entire night.
What was worse was the fact that neither you, or Chunhwa had ever answered his calls or his texts, and while he knew that you were just doing to him what he had done to you, he just wanted to know that you and the children had gotten to your parents house alright. He just wanted to know that you all were okay. Of course, that’s what you had been trying to do for five days straight and he had never answered you… But were you really going to keep up with this? How was he supposed to go an entire weekend without you and the kids? He couldn’t… He couldn’t do that.
“You know I love when you all visit, I love seeing you and the children… But I’m worried about you.” Your mom said as she sunk down into the cushion on the opposite end of the couch. This was the fourth time she had tried to start this conversation, all the other times the kids would run in and interrupt, but now that they were sleeping, she could actually talk to you.
Not that you wanted to have the conversation in the first place. You had been thankful every single time Changmin would come running into the room, excitedly going on about everything that had happened since the last time he had seen her. Now the kids were sleeping, at least they said they were, and it had given your mother ample opportunity to pick up right where she had left off. “I don’t want to talk about it, mom. I don’t want to think about it, that’s why I’m here.”
She hummed in thought, her eyes burning holes into your hand that had worn your wedding bands that were now sitting in your purse. “Running away doesn’t solve problems, especially marriage problems.” She tsked her tongue, shaking her head as she spoke. “This isn’t just some high school relationship that you can avoid and hope goes away. You’ve got children, Y/N.”
Your eyes rolled as your head fell back, a loud groan leaving you as you stared up at the ceiling. “Yes, I know this, mom. The children are the reason I left in the first place.” You explained, finally turning to face her. You didn’t want to have to explain everything to her, but it was clear that you’d have to so she wouldn’t attempt to be a marriage counselor. “Five days, mom. He went without calling or texting for five days… And if it were just me, I wouldn’t have cared. I know he gets busy with work… But he didn’t even call to check in on the kids. He never called Chunhwa back… He hurt my babies, and I can’t just let that slide.”
“So you did this for the kids…?” She quizzed, and you nodded in agreement. Of course you did it for them, everything you did was for them. “But surely they’d rather be spending the weekend with their father that they haven’t seen in five days rather than being here with their grandparents.” She mused, and you couldn’t help but narrow your eyes at her, your lips set in a straight line as you stared. “And I’m sure that Changbin is suffering enough right now… I’ve never seen a man who loves his children and his wife more than he does… So, tell me… Are you really doing this for the children… Or are you doing it for yourself because you’re upset?”
Dammit… She really did know everything. It’s not like you could lie to her either, you never could, not even when you were younger. “I just… I don’t know how he could forget about us, mom. I’m not upset for me… I’m upset for them. Changmin thought we were getting a divorce for Christ’s sake.” You ran your hands through your hair, sighing with aggravation. “I’m upset for them, I’m angry for them. What kind of father…” You trailed off, letting your palms slide down your face, wiping away the stray tears that had begun to fall. “I’ve never seen them look so hurt. They love him, I love him… What he did…”
“What he did wasn’t okay… But it’s not unforgivable.” Your mom continued for you, her hand moving to ruffle your hair before she sat back and relaxed into the couch. “He’s a father, he’s also an idol. He’s living two very different lives at the same exact time, and it’s easy to lose track of things. I’m not trying to make excuses for him, but you said it yourself, Changmin thought you were getting a divorce… Do you think that being here will make him think any differently?”
She was right, of course she was, it was rare for your mother to ever be wrong about anything. “Well… I can’t do anything about it right now. The kids are already in bed, they’re sleeping. I’m sure he’s already sleeping too. It’s late, mom… We should both head get some rest.” Your mom hummed in agreement, although you knew that she knew the only reason you said that was to change the subject, to end the conversation entirely. There was nothing else you could say to her, she had already proven her point.
“Right… Sleep on it. I’m sure you’ll do the right thing for your family, you always do.” And with that, she had ended the conversation, pushing herself up off the couch and heading for the stairs. “Get some sleep now, hon. Think about everything. Okay?”
The thunder crashed as lightning lit up the dark gray sky, the morning sun unable to shine through the thick cloud cover that brought hammering rains along with it. “Wanna go outside…” Your son moped at the breakfast table, dismally staring out the window beside him as you and your mother worked on preparing the food. “Want it to go away… Stupid rain.” He huffed, his chubby cheeks propped up against his fist as he glared at the raindrops that trickled down the window.
“We wouldn’t have such pretty flowers and green grass and big trees if it didn’t rain, Min.” You explained as you filled his little cup, pressing a quick kiss to the top of his head before patting his back. “How ‘bout you go make sure Hwa is awake so she can eat breakfast too. Hmm?” He grumbled out an annoyed okay before jumping from his chair and heading to the stairs, mumbling incoherently as he walked away.
“Oh, I remember when you used to be the exact same way.” Your mother joked, laughing to herself as she shook her head. “You’d get so mad at me over the craziest things. Looks like that trait carried over.” She continued teasing, and just as you were about to begin defending your childhood actions that you couldn’t even begin to remember, the door knocked. “Can you go get that, hon? It’s probably just a package, the delivery person doesn’t want it to get all soaked on the porch.”
You rushed over to the door, throwing it open, preparing yourself to step out into the torrential downpour to grab the apparent package, but you were met with your favorite person, the only person in the world that could break your heart and fix it at the same time. “Changbin…?” You whispered out his name, shocked that he was there, but even more shocked by the way he looked.
There were dark circles under his eyes, his hair dripping from the rain that he was standing in, his clothes soaked, he was shivering, and even though the raindrops were pouring down his face, you could tell that he had been crying, and he still was crying.
“I can’t… I can’t do this…” He stammered, not even trying to move past you to come in the house and get out of the rain, he just stood there, continuing to stare at you as though you were the only thing he needed, the only thing he wanted, and you were starting to think it was the truth when his hands shakily moved out to grab yours. “I couldn’t sleep last night… I couldn’t eat. I need you and the kids home with me… I’m sorry… I love you too much… I just need you all… Please…”
You grabbed his hands, pulling him into the house and wrapping your arms around him, trying to warm him, and you could feel just how deep the rain had soaked him, his body so cold, it was so unfamiliar, it almost felt foreign. “You shouldn’t have driven all the way over here with no sleep… You could have gotten hurt. You need to eat… What the hell, Binnie?” You scolded him, quickly undoing the zipper on her jacket and pulling it off his shoulders.
At that moment it felt like the two of you were the only people in the world, all you cared about was each other. You loved him, you didn’t want to leave him, you didn’t want to hurt him, you just wanted him to feel what you and the kids felt. “You… called me Binnie…” He whispered, the words catching you off guard for a moment. You always called him Binnie, that was his name.
“Of course I did…” You murmured, stepping away for a moment to hang his jacket on the rack before going back to him, your hands felt so warm when they moved up to cup his red tinted cheeks. “I love you… That will never change…” You felt his cheeks twitch, the corners of his lips pulling up in a slight smile as he eyes softened, his pupils dilated as he stared at you.
Were you about to kiss him? Absolutely. You missed the feeling of his lips against yours, the way his hands would hold onto the ends of your shirt so tightly as he tried to keep you close. You were slowly closing the distance between the two of you when you heard your son shout from behind you. “Dad! Dads here!” His tiny feet sounding so heavy against the floor as he ran over to where you and Changbin were standing.
Bins smile only widened when he saw his son, but his eyes glossed over, and no matter how much he tried to blink it away, you could tell that he was once again on the verge of tears. “There you are!” Changbins voice cracked as he bent down to scoop his son up, holding him tightly to his chest. “I missed you so much, pal.” His hands smoothed through your son's hair as he held him close. “You’ve been good for your mom and your gramma, right?”
Your son wiggled to get free of Changbins hold, giggling loudly as he nodded his head. “Yessss!” He squealed, finally running off once his feet were on the ground. “I get Hwa Hwa, she’s upstairs reading again.” He rushed to the stairs, your eyes following him until you heard the sound of his feet ascending before turning back to look at Changbin.
“Come in and get some coffee, Bin. You’re gonna catch a cold.” You murmured, waiting for him to kick his shoes off before leading him into the kitchen. Your mom had at some point left the room, most likely to give the two of you the privacy that you needed to talk, and you were glad, but there was still some lingering tension between you and Bin, or maybe it was just awkwardness. “How do you want it?” You asked, standing next to the coffee pot, the cup already in your hands as you waited for his answer.
“Were you actually going to come back home?” His voice was closer than you expected, and when you turned around, he was standing right behind you, his bottom lip pulled between his teeth. “You packed a lot of stuff for yourself and the kids… I just… It didn’t seem like you were packing for just the weekend…”
It was hard to look him in the eyes, he looked devastated, and maybe it was the fact that your son had his eyes and you hated seeing your son cry, maybe that’s what had you dropping your gaze to the floor to avoid the potential heartache that would come with seeing Bin cry. “I just wanted you to understand how we felt…” You murmured, keeping your eyes low. “I was gonna come home though, I was gonna bring them home…”
“When?” He questioned, his head shaking in disbelief. “How long were you planning on being here?” His fingers ran through his already tousled hair that was finally beginning to dry.
The last thing you wanted was an argument, not when the kids were around, and surely not at your mothers house. That’s why you were thankful when you heard your daughter coming down the stairs, her footsteps far quieter than those of her brother. “Hey dad..” She mumbled, shoving her hands into the pockets of her pajama pants as she made her way into the kitchen. Changbins arms were outstretched, waiting for her to walk right into them for a hug, but she instead walked right past him, and it was like you could hear his heart shattering from the silent maneuver. “Good morning, mom.” And as if on purpose, just to rub in his face that she didn’t hug him, her arms wrapped around you for a hug.
“Chunghwa… Honey, I-” Changbin started, his words cut off by the sound of the chair being pulled away from the table, dragging across the tiled floor with a loud screech. She was upset, everyone knew that, and she was showing it in a way that most teenagers would. It was rude, but she was getting her point across in the only way she really knew how to.
“Were you cheating on mom?” She asked once she had dropped down into the chair, and you knew that both yours and Changbins jaws dropped at the accusation. “Yeori from class said that her dad cheated and he said it was just a work thing too. Now her parents are divorced. Are you and mom getting a divorce?” It was like being in an interrogation room, the way she looked at him, the way she spoke. She was pissed, and you’d usually be upset with her for using that kind of tone with her father, but this was different, she had every right to be as angry as she was. “Is that why you didn’t respond to any of my texts or calls? You didn’t want your new girlfriend to know about your old family? Did you get bored? Are we not good enough?” Her voice broke at the end though, she could only stay strong for so long before the dam broke and all the emotions she was feeling took control.
Changbins jaw was slacked, his eyes filled with tears as he stared at your daughter, the accusations hurt worse than anyone could imagine, but the pain that he felt at being accused, he knew, was nowhere near the pain that his daughter was feeling right now. “Chunghwa…” He whispered her name, his head shaking rapidly as tears poured down his cheeks, much like the rain that was pouring outside the windows. “I love your mom so much, I love you and your brother so so much… I would never do anything like that. I’m sorry, sorry that I didn’t answer you… I didn’t answer your mom. I got busy and… I messed up… But the three of you… You’re good enough, you’re more than good enough. You deserve a father better than me… A…” His voice was beginning to shake with silent sobs, his body trembling as he tried to hold them back. “A father that will be there for you and your brother when you need me to be… And… Your mother… she’s so beautiful… She deserves someone that can love her better than I can…” His hands ran over his face to wipe away the tears, his cheeks were blotchy and red when his arms fell to his sides again. “I haven’t been the best dad, or the best husband… But I’m trying… And I’ll keep trying… You’re my family, you’re all I have… And I don’t want to lose the three greatest things to ever happen to me…”
Changbin was always an emotional person, he wore his heart on his sleeve, but right now his emotions were so raw. Seeing his daughter upset, knowing that he was the sole reason for her being that sad, it hurt him in a way that no one else could ever hurt him. “I just… I want to go home… I missed you…” Chunghwa could barely even whisper out the words, they were choked off and you wanted nothing more than to pull her into a hug and tell her everything would be okay. Changbin was faster than you though, pulling her up out of the chair and wrapping her in a bear hug. “You can’t… You can’t do that again!” She sobbed into his chest, sniffling loudly, the surge of emotion between the both of them was uncontrollable it seemed.
“I won’t… I promise I won’t… I’ll never leave like that again…” He reassured her, his own words punctuated by small hiccups as he calmed down from crying. “I’m so sorry, Hwa…”
“Oh my god!” Chunghwa groaned as she walked through the front door, dropping her bag and kicking off her shoes right at the entrance before storming off to her room and slamming the door shut behind her. Changbin and Changmin followed behind her, your son laughing hysterically as your husband sheepishly grinned at you.
“What did you do?” You questioned, helping your son with his bag and his jacket while staring up at Changbin. It was the first time since Chunghwa had been in middle school that Changbin did after school pickup for the kids, but he had offered, and you weren’t going to say no.
“In my defense…” He started, and you began to mentally prepare yourself for what he was going to say and how you’d have to help defend him to your daughter whenever she decided to reemerge from her room. “The boy was getting way too close to her! His arm was wrapped around her and it looked like he was trying to give her one of those hugs where he just… He was too close to my little girl. I can’t watch that! I won’t let that happen!”
“Dad embarrassed Hwa in front of her boyfriend!” Changmin teased, clearly enjoying the embarrassment of his older sister, and you shot him a stern look before he ran off to his room giggling loudly. You had known about the boyfriend for a while now, but judging by Changbins expression of pure shock, it was clear that he had yet to be informed about it.
“Her boyfriend?!” He was visibly cringing at the thought of it. “My little girl isn’t old enough to have a boyfriend yet! When did this happen?! Why didn’t anyone tell me about this? When?!” He followed you into the kitchen, leaning against the counter, his mouth still agape and his eyes wide as he stared at you. You couldn’t help but laugh at the way he was acting, but you could only imagine the embarrassment your daughter felt right now. “Oh no…” He murmured, his face morphing into one of realization as he slumped against the counter, his head in his hands. “She’s gonna hate me forever… Isn’t she? She’s more mad at me now than she was back when I was gone for a week… Oh my god… She’s never gonna talk to me again… Maybe I should go into hiding…?”
You snorted loudly, turning to face him completely as you cupped his cheeks, pressing a kiss to his lips before speaking. “Nope… No hiding, honey. You’re going to enjoy the wrath of our teenage daughter that you embarrassed in front of not only her friends, but her very first boyfriend too.” You kissed him once more, biting your lip to stifle the laughter that continued to build when you saw the slight hint of worry and what looked to be fear flash in his eyes. “I love you so much, honey. We’re so happy to have you back.”

Changmin As Your Boyfriend
Tumblr media
Boyfriend
(n.) A person who 90% of the time annoy you, and 10% of the time makes you forget the 90%
The boyz masterlist here #1 #2
Changmin is the type of boyfriend who will make sure to have fun with you when he has free time. He will glue himself to your side and find all the silly things he can do to make you laugh. He is an adorable guy who will make you smile, laugh, or maybe even cry together. Changmin's silly antics are a way for him to show you how much he loves you. He wants to make you happy, and he knows that you love to laugh. He is always up for a good time, and he will do whatever it takes to make you smile.
Changmin will hold your hand tightly as he shows you all the beautiful scenery. He will learn everything about you and promise to himself that he will take care of you really well. He will cry too if he sees tears coming out of your beautiful eyes. Changmin is the type of boyfriend who will always be there for you. He will hold your hand when you are scared, and he will laugh with you when you are happy. He will learn everything about you, so that he can understand you better. He will promise to himself that he will take care of you really well, and he will keep that promise. Changmin is also the type of boyfriend who will cry with you. He will cry if he sees you cry, because he loves you so much. He will cry if you are sad, because he wants to make you happy. He will cry if you are hurt, because he wants to protect you. Changmin is a true gentleman, and he will treat you like a princess. He will open doors for you, and he will pull out your chair. He will always be there to listen to you, and he will always be there to make you laugh. He will be the perfect boyfriend, and he will make you happy.
Changmin loves it when you take care of him. He will hug you all day long, or he will follow you around just to get your affection. He doesn't mind learning anything that you like, and he will learn every single thing about you because he wants to know you better. Changmin knows you really well. He can tell when you are feeling sad, and he will be there to cheer you up. He listens to everything you say, and he remembers even the smallest details. He is perfect.
Changmin loves hugging you tight and laughing when you get scared while you accompany him to watch horror movies together, even though you hate them. He knows that you don't like horror movies, but he loves watching them, so he wants you to be there with him. He knows that you will get scared, and he loves the way you cling to him when you do. He loves making you laugh, and he knows that your scared reactions are funny to him. One time, you were watching a horror movie with Changmin, and you got so scared that you started to cry. Changmin immediately stopped the movie and hugged you tightly. He told you that he was sorry for making you scared, and he promised to never make you watch a horror movie again. But you didn't want him to stop watching horror movies. You told him that you were okay, and that you actually enjoyed being scared with him. You told him that it was fun to cling to him and to laugh at your scared reactions.
Changmin is really good at taking pictures. He always captures the most beautiful moments between you, and he always knows how to make you look your best. You guys will have so many cute and aesthetic pictures together. When you are apart, Changmin will spend his time happily editing the couple pictures you took together. He will add filters, adjust the colors, and even add text. He will send you the results after that, and you will be so happy to see them. Changmin's pictures are a way for him to show you how much he loves you. He wants you to have beautiful memories of your time together, and he wants to make you smile. He is the perfect boyfriend for you, and he will make you happy.
Arguments can happen sometimes, especially when Changmin is not in a good mood. He might raise his voice when he feels like things are not going his way. But don't worry, he will quickly realize that he is being unreasonable and apologize first. Or, if you apologize, he will immediately hug you and say that he understands and can't be mad at you.
He will plan a cute date, whether it is indoors or outdoors, depending on what you like. He will even take a day off from work if he has to, just to spend time with you and make you happy. Changmin always tells you how much he loves you. He tells his friends and family how great you are and how you always make him smile and happy. He knows that he is deeply in love with you and will always be. Changmin is the perfect boyfriend for you. He is loving, supportive, and always there for you. He will make you smile and happy every day.

In TBZ who’d be the most aggressive as yandere?? And most manipulative?
tw / trigger warning; yandere themes, unhealthy relationships, manhandling, violence, manipulation, mentions of sex and cheating
(posting some drafts this week)
oohhh okay, warning that I get wayyy too into it and write almost a whole fic of this lol, I think;
MOST
Changmin / Q
Sunwoo
Sangyeon
Hyunjae / Jaehyun
Haknyeon
Eric
Juyeon
Kevin
Younghoon
Chanhee / New
Jacob
LEAST
(explanations + MTL manipulative under the cut)
Changmin - Eric
These first three very often get aggressive, as their patience can run out super quickly and they go from 0 - 100, fast asf !! Not afraid to manhandle you or restrain you if you try to run away during an argument or try to hit them for example,
Juyeon - Jacob
Prefer not to, but again will if they feel like they absolutely have to; like in instances where you threaten the relationship, talking about running away or calling the police on them. They like to think they're quite level-headed, which is even more frustrating and terrifying because if you scream at them they'll just try to look at you as blankly as they can (while screaming on the inside)
For manipulation it would look closer to this;
MOST
Hyunjae / Jaehyun
Jacob
Haknyeon
Chanhee / New
Changmin / Q
Sangyeon
Sunwoo
Younghoon
Eric
Juyeon
Kevin
LEAST
Jaehyun, Jacob & Haknyeon
Skilled at manipulation. Know exactly how to pull your strings and in the end come out on top; looking quite innocent, or even sometimes heroic while doing it too. The more you keep resisting them, the crazier you'll start to feel as the lines between reality and imagination become a lot blurrier.
They might drug you, hire people to follow you or send you letters that make you paranoid. But cruelly when you point them out once they finally show up when your boyfriend's near, he claims that he can't see the person you're pointing out.
Chanhee - Sunwoo
If you have insecurities, they'll play at these. I feel like Sunwoo for example, might threaten to sleep with other people if you get on his nerves. If you do something that really pisses him off, he'll go through with it and make you watch or go home telling you all the details.
Chanhee subtly breaks down your confidence very slowly, to the point it's almost not noticeable. One day you wake up and hate the way you look, not remembering all the times he made small comments or complimented other women in front of you.
Changmin and Sangyeon are quite good at playing the victim and flipping the roles, making you feel bad instead when needed. They know your deepest darkest secrets and use them all against you. Like the idea of convincing you that your friends hate you too.
Younghoon - Kevin
Not only, not the '' best '' but they also don't like it very much. For them, being transparent; honest and open about their feelings, is very important. It can also be pretty hard for them to manipulate overall since they are super passionate, and at times intense when it comes to their love for you - if they then had to ex, get into your head that they didn't like you, making you feel rejected and start to come to them for affection - they'd 100% fail almost the first day, like it's crawling under their skin when they would try something like that.

First Times are Hard
requested
Tumblr media
content warning: talking about sex, and i think that's it really wc: 1,3k summary: heechan can't seem to get intimate with his girlfriend, so he asks his friends for advice.
Heechan couldn’t believe himself. He had somehow finally bagged the most gorgeous, funniest, sexiest woman and then he didn’t know what to do to get into anything steamy with her. He had tried, of course he had, but it always ended up either awkward or sweet and innocent or both and he didn’t know how much longer he could go on that way without losing his mind. His head hung low as he was sitting in the kitchen in DKB’s dorms, thinking about the night before, how his incredible girlfriend had taken the initiative and crawled into his lap and started making out with him, even taking his hands to put on her body the way she liked, and yet Heechan had frozen like always... He groaned to himself as the scene flashes before his eyes in great and embarrassing detail.
Heechan jumped when he felt a hand being placed on his shoulder, not expecting anyone to be in the common area. He looked up at the handsome face of Sungmin, who looked to have changed into his day clothes already. It was early, compared to how early they’d usually get their day going on a weekend. “Are you okay, Heechan hyung?” Sungmin asked in a comforting tone, “yeah, yeah I’m okay. Do we have something scheduled this early?” Heechan looked down at his watch to see that, no, he hadn’t had the time incorrect, and it was indeed 7 am. Sungmin shook his head and took his hand off Heechan’s shoulder to move around the kitchen, to find the things he needed for breakfast, Heechan assumed. “No, we don’t, I just had plans with a friend of mine to grab a coffee before our schedule.” He paused for a second then went back to roaming around, grabbing stuff from their cabinets. “Why were you looking like you were being psychologically tortured? I could hear your groans and mumbles down the hall.” Heechan became red at the thought of being so loud with his torment, but before he could reply, Changmin and Dongil came into the kitchen too, with Harry-June following close by. “As could I,” Dongil quipped, and Harry giggled at the input, adding to Heechan’s embarrassment, placing himself on top of one of the kitchen counters, watching the older members roam around for breakfast. Changmin sat down next to the man in question and leaned forward on the table to search his face, for what, Heechan didn’t know.
As if it was obvious, Changmin sighed and told him to ‘spill it!’ to which Heechan groaned and hid in his arms on the table. “His ears are turning red!” Changmin whispered to Dongil, most likely, and Heechan reached up to cup his ears, embarrassment flaming them up even more. He could hear muffled giggles around him, and he was about to turn around to swat at them like the annoying pests they were acting like, but Changmin had put a comforting hand on his back before he could, moving his palm over the expanse of his back and Heechan felt the blush ebb away. “C’mon, tell us what’s going on, Channie.” Heechan gulped, trying to force down the lump that was hanging out in his throat. He straightened his posture in the seat and fiddled with his fingers. “You guys remember that I have a girlfriend, right?” he croaked out, nervous to be starting this conversation. The others rolled their eyes behind his back and Dongil groaned; “it’s not like you’ve been talking about her every chance you get.” A smile fought its way onto Heechan’s face. He was proud to be together with someone so amazing and happily talked about her to his group members. The smile fell again when he continued telling what had been bothering him. “Well, you see... We haven’t- We haven’t really... done anything yet...” his words turned into mumbles as he struggled his way through saying the words. Changmin sat beside him, brows furrowed, failing to understand why that would leave Heechan to behave this way. “Lots of people wait a while before becoming intimate with each other in that way,” Dongil offered, “for some, it’s not ever a part of their relationship,” he continued, trying to comfort his friend. Heechan’s flush returned to his cheeks and he croaked out; “it’s not that.” He looked over at Sungmin, who gave him this look, as to say ‘spit it out!’
Heechan sighed and shook his arms and then hands, trying to shake his nerves out of his body, before sitting still again, feeling every single pair of eyes trained on him. “When we...” he quickly peeks up at Dongil, having his words in the back of his head, “when we get intimate, I don’t know why, but I freeze up! I lose all confidence and my hands get awkward and my head starts to spin.” Heechan almost ended up yelling out in frustration, but he caught himself and it came out as a frustrated groan. There was a long moment of silence before the four others who inhabited the kitchen burst out laughing. Harry and Sungmin had uncontrollable bellylaugh and Dongil tried to suppress an unstoppable giggle, it was only when Changmin had gotten a few laughs out and really looked at Heechan that he swatted at the others to get them to stop laughing. “Aish guys!” the oldest threw at them as if he didn’t laugh himself. The pout on Heechan’s face immediately pacified them all.
Dongil cleared his throat and came over to sit on the other side of the morning’s main character. “Is there something holding you back?” He asked the younger, voice softening to a gentle tone, bringing comfort to Heechan. With the pout remaining, Heechan looked down at the table, a little too embarrassed to look up at the people surrounding him, shrugging. It wasn’t that he didn’t want to have sex, pleasure his girlfriend, he only hesitated because he didn’t know how to do that, which, honestly speaking, stunted him like nothing else. “I guess I’m nervous.” It was meant as a statement, but came out more like a question, Heechan almost questioning if it was alright to feel that way. He didn’t notice, but a soft smile grew on the two elders’ faces. “I think you’re in the vast majority for feeling like that,” Dongil answered the implied question. Heechan looked to him, ready with a million more questions but asking the most prevalent first; “how did you... continue if you felt like that?” Dongil looked up for a second, recalling his first time, a crooked smile stretching across his face. “I guess I worked together with my partner, to figure out what went where and what felt good.” He looked back to Heechan, creating eye contact to make sure his point came across as well as it could; “nobody expects you to know everything before you’ve even tried, Heechan-ah. Things like these take practice and trust and communication. Talk with y/n about your concerns and let her guide you when you need it.” Heechan felt a hand being placed on his shoulder again from the other side. Looking over, he saw Changmin with an equal amount of softness and sincerity in his eyes. “And remember; the first time is always going to be a mess. Don't spend time making sure it goes perfectly, because it won’t, and that’s okay; normal even!”
Heechan’s tensed body relaxed almost completely at the care shown to him by the leaders and his two friends and he brought his arms around both their backs and shoulders to pull them in for a hug, thanking them without words.
Behind them, Sungmin was having a great time watching Harry look out into nothing, looking like he was taking in everything that the oldest was saying, committing as much of it to memory as humanly possible.
note: thank you so much for requesting! sorry it took a while; i am unfortunately not the fastest when it comes to writing. please consider reblogging, as that is how tumblr runs, and it gets me to users who may not see my works in the tags! thank you!

Despite Nao absolutely hating parties she allowed Yeosang to talk her and Sooah into going to one. Realizing that the only reason she hated them was because usually any party she had attended had been forced upon her by her stepmother and it was always people in their mid forties or older. She realized that once her father passed away and she was left alone with her stepmother she had deprived herself of a true teen experience.
"You know I never expected this place to have any fraternities but i guess i was wrong?" Nao spoke absent mindedly as she searched through her closet for something to wear.
"Honestly there never were any until freshman year. Thats when The boyz decided they'd buy some random ass house on the other side of the lake on campus and just make it a party house. They knew none of their parents would approve so they call it the fraternity house as a cover up." Sooah explains as she scrolls through her phone.
"The boyz??"
"Oh right, you haven't really run into any of them yet aside from Eric yesterday. The boyz are the universities golden boys and only frat. Not only are they the most wealthy but the most well known around here. Theres Sohn Youngjae, but you know him as Eric, Kim Sunwoo, Kevin Moon, Jacob Bae, Ju Haknyeon, Ji Changmin, Lee Sangyeon, Kim Younghoon, Lee Jae Hyun though he goes by Hyunjae, Lee Juyeon and Choi Chanhee. Every one of their parents are filthy rich and on the schools board of education, well except for Eric his parents are back in LA." Naos mouth immediately hung open as she listed out nearly fifteen names.
"Okay am I losing it or did you just name eleven different guys without stopping for air, actually im amazed that you could remember that many." Nao turns giving her a look of amazement while Sooah simply shrugs it off.
"Anyways theyre the ones that throw all the parties and events here during the semesters. Otherwise parties are free game during breaks." Sooah adds before throwing her phone onto the bed.
"You know for a girl that never left her house and has never been to any parties your styles unmatched." Sooah watched as her newfound friend exits the closet in all black apparel. Nao had always been someone that was comfortable with her body once she had stopped caring about the opinions of others. Back in Elementary and middle school she had gotten harassed and bullied for so long for her scar that she had after her mothers accident. It had been so bad then that she had been self conscience about herself, but as she got older agree started caring less and loving half more. Which only meant she wasn't afraid to show off what she had and  play around with her style.
"Oh please lets not act like you don't have the fashion of a high class super model." Nao retorts making both her and Sooah burst out in laughter
________
As they arrived at the party; fashionably late of course, there had already been crowds of people outside the house. Luckily for her it wasn't too many people, most of the guests were outside dancing and drinking while anyone inside the house had been smoking weed or playing games. Uno in one corner, cards in another, board games on the couch and beer pong in the dinning room. She had never expected for a party thrown by all 'rich brats' as Seonghwa called them to be this calm.
"Well look who decided to show her face after eight months." A tall guy who she recognized from that day at the pool spoke as he stood in front of them. His eyes focused on Sooah who just stood there with a blank look on her face. Naos eyes moved back and forth from Sooah to him, there was some sort of tension there and she wasn't sure as to why.
______
"Hey isn't that the one Eric saved from drowning three days ago? The one talking to Hyunjae." Sunwoo one of Erics friends spoke up as she watched the two talk to his other friend.
"And shes with Sooah." Juyeon steps up, throwing his arm over Erics shoulder.
"Did I miss something? He still likes Sooah?" Changmin chimes in poking his head out in front of the two.
"Damn right he still likes her or else he wouldn't be avoiding her still." Kevin chimes in, all of their mindless banter earning a groan from Eric who had remained silent the entire time.
"I do not like her, we just grew apart. It happens." Eric shrugs before removing Juyeons hand from his shoulder and turning back to join their other friends. Meanwhile the rest of them watch the interaction between Hyunjae and the two girls.
____________
"Um did you want something?" Nao decides to step in realizing Sooah had yet to respond.
"Ah its the pool girl, you're the one Eric saved right?"
"Enough hyunjae no point in flirting or talking their ears off none of them are showing interest in you." Eric teases him as he makes his way over to the three of them.
"Nice to see you again starfish."
"Starfish?" Hyunjae chuckles as he looks between the two.
"I guess it's nice to see you as well." She responds sarcastically which only makes him laugh.
Out of the corner of her eye she could sense Sooah tensing up even more.
"A few of us are gonna play beer pong if you're interested." Eric responds while showing the red cup he held in his hand.
"Actually i think we're just gonna."
"I'm gonna look for Yeosang." Sooah suddenly blurts out causing Nao to immediately turn and look at her out of shock.
"Go Nao. You're here to meet new people and make new friends join them." Sooah didn't give her any time to argue. As she watched the girl open her mouth to say something she immediately pushed Nao over to where Hyunjae and Eric stood.
"Well i guess I will be playing." She says under her breath before looking at the two of them.
"Let's make this fast."
She wasn't expecting to have a good time playing with them. Truth be told when she first stood at the table in front of all of them it made her stomach turn. She would have rather just argued to stay with Sooah. She felt most comfortable with her and Yeosang. As minutes went by she found herself loosening up after having poured half a drink or two. Then those two turned into 5 as her team slowly but surely began to lose the game. When she was finally near a win there was a sudden commotion from the left side of the house in what she assumed to be the kitchen.
They all shared a glance before the group ran into the kitchen, Nao made it a priority to push through the crowd as she heard yelling. The scene she saw before her made her blood boil. Sooah stood there, her dress soaked in what she could only assume to be alcohol.
"She tried to hit on me or something!" A random girl yelled as she held a now half empty cup in her hands.
"Yoona she only asked you where the cups were." A guy who she assumed to be the yoona girls friend chimes in defending Sooah.
"Whatever! She was probably just looking for an excuse to talk to me."
Nao immediately rolls up her sleeves and steps in goes to step in front of Sooah.
"Usually I wouldn't involve myself in childish games but I think you're just a lifeless bitch looking for attention. Since I don't like to cause a scene I'll be polite and not give you the ass whoopin you're so desperately asking for, but insult her again and I'll give you a real reason to cause a scene." The anger in her voice was evident as she spoke.
"Oh and by the way you aren't even her type...." Nao adds, looking the girl up and down as she stood there embarrassed. Pushing past the crowd of onlookers she takes Sooah along with her entering the first door in the hallway she found. Thinking it was a bathroom she entered only to find that it was a bedroom, but at the moment that didn't matter.
A sigh spilled from Sooahs lips as she looked at her feet. "You didn't have to help me..."
"I could tell that something has been bothering you from the moment we walked in, you're my friend i'm not going to sit by and let her be a bitch to you." Nao defends which earns a laugh from Sooah.
"Even after hearing what she said? Im sure by now you've had heard the rumors from someone." Sooah responds and Naos chest tightened immediately
"Yes, I have but why believe the rumors when I can get the truth from the source?" At her sentence Sooah finally looked at her with what looked to be shock in her eyes and for a moment she remained silent until finally she let the tears come falling down.
"I loved her. Jeong Jinsoul."
"Jinsoul??!? The one that asked out Yeosang?" Nao exclaims out of shock.
"That was the first day I met her. Yeosang not knowing what to say when she confessed made things awkward and embarrassing for the both of them so she ended up running away not wanting to show her face that day. That was when I met her, I had been at the lake after a guest star on a show. Just thinking about what life would have been like if I wasn't in the public eye all the time. She came there and I don't know we got really close. For months we would meet with each other, the university parking tower, at the lake, late night cafes. We had been seeing each other for so long that it made me realize I had feelings for her but...the night I asked her to be my girlfriend I lost everything." Her voice cracked as she retold the story of her and Jinsoul to someone for the first time.
"Two days after she said yes to being my girlfriend articles got out. My mother forced me to stay away from her, we both became distant and everyone just avoided me. What hurt most of all was Eric.." Sooah choked out as she tries to hold back her tears but failed miserably
"Eric? What does he have to do with this?"
"We were friends...I met him Senior year in high school and since then we were best friends..but when the articles were published he became distant as well and the others were still around but it all hurt so much that i stopped going out and they became distant as well...its why I didn't know what to say to Hyunjae. I never know what to say to them. I felt alone, Eric just abandoned me...I didn't care about the other shallow assholes or bitches here avoiding me but having them avoid me and losing Jinsoul was too much i felt alone."
Nao didn't know what to say that would make her feel better, so she decided to reveal something that allowed them both to be sad together.
"I know how it feels...feeling alone."she pauses letting out a deep breath after realizing the tears had already began forming before she spoke.
"I was five years old when I lost my mother. My mom, my dad and I were at the aquarium when it happened. It was a new exhibit but they rushed the opening. The foundations weren't sturdy and so-." She gets choked up as she shared the story for the first time in years.
"The glass burst and while my dad was able to get me out..my mom..my mom didn't make it. While Me and my dad made it out i didn't get out unscathed, one of the glass fragments cut deep into my thigh, Still have the scar to prove it. I got teased for it up until the age of 14. Then id get into fights anytime someone mentioned the scar or my mom. My dad had such a rough time. For a long time the only person that I had was my sister...then my dad got remarried and of course they had kids and with them I was happy to have my siblings, they mean the world to me. Then the right when i thought that I could possibly be happy with them..the worst happened, my dad passed away and my sister moved overseas and I was truly alone." She couldn't stop the tears from streaming down at the point. For a while the girls cried together and sat in silence. When the two finally looked at each other all they could do was laugh.
"I agree to going to a party for you and Yeosang and we both end up a crying mess." The two of them laugh as they wiped their face and hugged one another.

Just Fucking Write - Day 87
Tumblr media
Prompt: If Fight Club and Hunger Games had a baby
Tags: Implied violence, human trafficking (ish?)
“If you’re looking for fireworks, you’ve come to the right place,” the regal looking man opened the door for Changmin and Chanhee.
“Thank you Seonghwa,” Chanhee dipped his head slightly. Seonghwa nodded in return. Changmin didn’t know where to look. The hallway was lit by old fashioned oil lamps on the walls. The carpet felt plush under Changmin’s dress shoes.
“What the hell kind of place is this?” Changmin asked.
“You’ll see,” Chanhee swept up his skirt as they walked into a bright amphitheater. Well dressed patrons were sitting in private boxes sipping champagne and talking among themselves. Chanhee ushered Changmin into a box. Flutes of champagne were waiting for them. Chanhee passed Changmin what looked like a program.
“Pick one you like,” he said. Changmin opened up the small book. There were pictures of men, some of them barely old enough for the moniker, with information like age, weight, height, and then a dollar amount at the bottom.
“What’s this for?” Changmin asked, pointing to the dollar amount under one picture.
“That’s how much they cost,” Chanhee replied. Changmin’s mouth dropped open.
“Okay where in god’s name have you brought me?” he asked.
“You said you wanted to see a show. This is the best show in town,” Chanhee shrugged. “Hurry up and pick one so I can pay.”
“I’m not buying a human being Chanhee. And neither are you,” Changmin started to stand up and Chanhee grabbed his wrist.
“The ones not picked will be executed,” he said.
“Executed? What the hell have you been doing in your free time?” Changmin sat back down.
“They’re prisoners. They can fight their way out but only the ones who’ve been paid for are allowed to fight in the first place,” Chanhee replied.
“What if they lose the fight?” Changmin asked.
“We get our money back. If they win, we get to take the winner home,” Chanhee.
“Why would you bring a prisoner home?” Changmin was still processing the fact that his best friend went to a fight club and bet on humans.
“Where do you think I found Haknyeon,” Chanhee asked. Changmin considered Chanhee’s personal assistant. He had a razor sharp wit and a smile like he knew something you didn’t. “Their crimes vary. Haknyeon was a money launderer.”
“You let a criminal handle your personal life?” Changmin stared.
“I prefer to call it creative accounting,” Chanhee took another sip of champagne. A chime dinged and Changmin looked up. “That’s the five minute warning. Pick one or I’ll do it for you.”
“This is wrong on so many levels,” Changmin flipped through the book and stopped when he saw a picture of a dark haired boy with curly hair and plush lips.
Kim Sunwoo
Age: 25
Height: 5’11”
Weight: 140lbs
Holding price: $50,000
“Him,” Changmin handed the book back to Chanhee.
“Perfect!” he pressed a button on the table and a man in a tuxedo walked over.
“Sirs?” he asked.
“My friend would like to hold this one,” Chanhee pointed to the page Changmin had shown him.
“Excellent choice. Would you like his file?” he asked.
“Please,” Chanhee replied and handed over his black card. Changmin felt nauseous and it wasn’t from the champagne on an empty stomach. The man left with Chanhee’s card and the book.
“File?” Changmin asked.
“It has all the details of their crimes. If you change your mind after reading it then you can pick another one,” Chanhee explained.
“Oh Jesus,” Changmin muttered. The man returned with the file and handed it to Changmin. He wasn’t even sure what he was looking for. As he flipped through the pages, he found his criminal record.
Sunwoo had been convicted 2 years ago of aggravated assault. The victim was left in critical condition, but eventually recovered. His sentence was a minimum of 15 years.
“Wait, you said they were executed if they lost or didn’t get picked?” Changmin asked. Chanhee nodded. “But this isn’t a death penalty case. Why agree to do this in the first place?”
“High risk, high reward. Though I have to say most of them aren’t very bright. They should just serve their sentences, but I guess this seems like the better option,” Chanhee said. “So are you going to keep him?”
“Uh, yeah, sure,” Changmin said. Chanhee hit the call button again and finished the transaction with the staff member. Then the amphitheater went dark.
“Welcome to the Cirque de Kooshma. I am your ringmaster Zuho,” a tall dark haired man stepped into the spotlight on the center stage.

I'm curious about Who To Choose and Random story. 😁
So, I just realized that 'Random story' is actually completed. But I'll talk about it anyway. Both stories are fanfics mainly involving myself in a romantic relationship with my ultimate Korean pop bias, Shim Changmin.
'Who To Choose' is supposed to be about Changmin and I (as Changmin's personal assistant and growing love interest) going to Japan for a while for his activities. While there, I meet Junnosuke Taguchi--a member of popular Japanese pop group KAT-TUN (and my ultimate Jpop bias in real life). I start having feelings for him as well as ones for Changmin, so I don't know who to choose. It's basically supposed to be one of those love triangle things where both guys are trying to compete for the love of the girl. I just checked my file for this, and I haven't even gotten to Japan yet! ^^;; Here's a section:
The shrieks of hundreds of fangirls echoed in the large terminal as I tried to keep up with the envoy of staff, security, and the person I was assigned to work for.  On either side of me were the excited faces of girls ranging from their early teens to around my age kept away only by aisle separators.  They were screaming for one man who was further up front, but could easily stand out because of his tall, beautiful figure.  He was the man that I’m to personally assist, but also whom I’m completely smitten over.  This man is one fifth of super famous South Korean male group, Dong Bang Shin Ki: Shim Changmin.
The 'Random story' is basically me coming back to S. Korea after being away for several months. While on my way, my flight makes a short stop in Japan where I meet Junnosuke at the airport. Then it's back in the air to my destination. Upon my arrival in S. Korea, I'm greeted by Changmin. We head my unoccupied apartment, have small conversations, have a "special night", he asks me to marry him , and then BAM! I wake up on the plane that just landed in S. Korea. All of it was a dream. So now I'm disappointed. I head back to my unoccupied apartment, run into Chagnmin there, we have small conversations, I tell him about my dream, he finds it kind of wild that I'd dream something like that but doesn't call it a total loss, he presents me the same ring in my dream, asks me to marry him, I say yes, and we have our "special night". It's all real this time, lol. Here's two sections:
“Maddie-ah, there’s something bothering you.  I just know it.  Normally you’re complaining to me about everything, so why is this time any different?”  “…It’s a rather silly reason.” “Try me,” he challenged.  I sighed and pushed out of his embrace.  I told him to take a seat, so we sat on the living room couch.  From there I explained my dream in ‘very’ minor detail, but I still couldn’t help but feel embarrassed.  Judging from the look on Changmin’s face, he was a little taken aback as well.  Man, sometimes I hated being too honest.  “S-See?  It’s just a silly dream I had…” I said, looking away from him.                 “Well, that is a very…interesting dream,” he said, a little astonishment in his voice.  I looked down in shame.  “However, I wouldn’t exactly call it a total loss…” he muttered.
“This…this isn’t a dream, right?  This time…it’s real, right?” I asked, trying so hard not to cry like a baby.  He smiled and nodded slowly. “It’s not a dream this time, Maddie-ah.  I want to marry you.  I love you.”  I couldn’t hold them in any longer, and I just cried and cried.  Changmin seated himself next to me, leaned in to hug me tightly, and I cried into his chest.  He rubbed my back to help me calm down.  When I reduced my cries to just little sniffles, he took the ring out of the box and took hold of my left ring finger.  He glided the ring on it, and looked up at me with the sweetest smile.  Almost knowing what each other wanted, we both leaned in for a kiss.  It was just as mind-blowing as in my dreams.  After several minutes we broke for air, both of our faces flush.  “There is…one more part to your dream that has yet to be fulfilled, ne?” he hesitantly asked.  At first I was a little confused, but then I realized what he was talking about.  I blushed feverously. “A-Ah, yeah.”  “Well, then…” he began, as he picked me up bridal style off the couch, “would I be asking too much in one night if we could, you know, fulfill that part of your dream?”  I blushed so hard that I felt like I would self-combust at any given moment.  But regardless, I nodded my head in approval.
Looking back at these stories, I have to chuckle because you can definitely tell they were written by a 22 year old with a huge crush on her favorite celebrities. I even used Japanese/Korean words in place of English ones: "Yatta!" ("hooray!") or "Mianhae" ("Sorry") for example. But those were what was popular back then, and it's the only time I've done self-insert. In fact, the first five fanfics listed in the WIP game are all kind of like that.
Thank you for finding those two titles intriguing! And, to top it off, here are pics of my Kpop and Jpop biases (Changmin on the left and Junnosuke on the right)!
Ask me about my WIPs
