Here’s a glimpse into my version of earth 8 and Miles and Gwen’s kiddos 👀

Ghostflower + their kids headcanons!

When Charlotte fussed as a baby, Miles would lay her down on his chest and rub her back until she calmed down.

When Max fussed, Gwen would toss him around gently and blow rasberries on his belly to make him laugh.

Gwen learned how to crochet before Charlotte was born and made a ridiculous amount of baby clothes for both kids, including hats like Mayday's but with her and Miles' suits

One of them accidentally told the kids santa isn't real when they were like 6 and 8. (Not sure which one of them but i think both are capable)

The kids call the spider-band (Hobie, Pavitr, Margo etc.) "Uncle" and "Aunt"

Gwen never pushed either of the kids to do ballet when they were little, but Max ended up showing an interest on his own and she nearly cried when he asked them to sign him up for classes.

Miles is the kind of dad to do something he's not supposed to with the kids and tell them to "not tell mom about this"

Max and Charlotte will sometimes ask their parents to help them beat a level in a video game and most of the time it ends with Gwen and Miles fighting over who's better at it

Miles read every parenting book in existance because he's always trying so hard to be a good dad (and he is)

Max is a severe Mama's boy (takes after his dad) and Gwen soaked up all the affection she could get out of him because most boys stop being like that as teenagers.

Miles draws his kids a lot. He has an entire sketchbook dedicated to them and Gwen.

I have a theory regarding Spidersonas. Specifically after someone said that the desire of a spidersona is to replace Peter Parker, I found myself disagreeing with them, but wondering why. So I came up with a new theory. I believe that Spidersonas come not from the desire to replace, but rather the desire to help and to be a part of a community. We all see the tragedy that binds together the lives of Peter Parker, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy, and all of the others, and it strikes a chord. We say to ourselves “if I was there, this wouldn’t have happened. If only I was a spider-hero too, I would’ve helped them. I could’ve stopped this tragedy.” And then beyond that we find others who share the same desire, and a community is born. And so we dream and desire, not desiring to be the only Spider-Man, but to fight in a community alongside him. We dream of an army of spiders. A collective of wall crawlers so great that none of us will ever have to suffer tragedy ever again. Because the others will be there to lend a hand.
