Bacalao al pimiento
Receta para 4 personas
Ingredientes:
10 lomos de bacalao
1 Cebolla dulce
1 y ½ pimiento del piquillo
2 dientes de ajo
1 puerro
2 tomates
½ cucharada pimentón dulce
½ cucharada comino molido
½ cucharada hojas fenogreco (opcional)
Un poco de vino tinto
Sal
Pimienta
1 hoja de Laurel
Agua
Aceite
Realización:
1. En abundante aceite incorporar la hoja de laurel, la cebolla, el ajo, el puerro y los pimientos cortados (no importa el tamaño, pues luego se va a triturar), cuando empiece la cebolla a estar transparente, añadir tomate troceado.
2. Remover y a fuego medio dejar que las verduras pierdan el agua, sobretodo el tomate, cuando ya lo haya hecho añadir el pimentón, el comino y el fenogreco, remover y añadir un chorro de vino tinto, dejar reducir.
3. Cuando haya reducido salpimentar al gusto, y triturar la mezcla con la batidora hasta conseguir una salsa con la textura de un yogurt líquido, para ello será necesario ir incorporando agua.
(Depende del tomate usado puede quedar ácida de sabor, esto se puede corregir añadiendo azúcar, hasta regular dicha acidez)
4. A parte, en una sartén o plancha tendremos preparado los lomos de bacalao,que habremos asado con un poco de aceite de oliva, cuando estén dorados, vertir la salsa en la sartén y dejar a fuego bajo unos cuantos minutos, para que se impregne de sabor.

Just finished rituals (once
Outside, by the “bev” tree (***you can read about the bev tree by seeking “oliver james” in hashtags, I think. ) & once inside the apartment, just to be safe. These rituals are basically for protection and to pull in the archangels. When I started going
To the sage at namaste a month before I was hospitalized, he drew the qabbalistic cross on a paper after I told
Him I was reading “the middle pillar” by israel regardie. And then last spring when I called Capricorns Need Classes, she gifted me the Empower Thyself class from Modern Mystery School with the one I call the Ritual Master. I, of course, had been hearing about the school for almost a decade, but I was very resistant.
Then as RM was explaining the lineage of king Solomon to me, she started listing off names of members of said lineage. And then she mentioned David Bowie. And Jesus.
So I kind of felt like I was in the right place.
Definitely down with being a member of that club.
However, I probably won’t be dressing up and putting on make up… no Offense.
That was last April. I fell back into the same drug addiction that I had been battling since the last days of 2017 in late May. When Jakk texted me.
I got so overwhelmed from having a text conversation with him that was longer than two responses that I started smoking a bowl, and then before you know it……I had called the dealer.
And then I was stuck again.
The point is, I stopped doing the Rituals...Answering the phone… Going to trees… Leaving the house.
And then Steel died. You can reference him by seeking out the #StuffSteelSays or just steel. I didn’t answer the phone a lot when he would call when I was using. But he kept calling.
Because he knew exactly what was going on.
He used to do astrological composite charts on me and Jakk. And if you have had a reading from Steel, which a few of you have, you know that is a deep, cosmic experience.
In the middle of one of the first times that I got confused when I was trying to leave the apartment in January, I looked at his picture and I said “what do I do??” and clear as day I heard
“blow up roses darling.”
This is an exact phrase he would use to explain how to react when something is attacking you. You put the situation or the people in a rose in your mind, and you see the Rose exploding.
 he taught me that technique in the end of 2017, and that day in January was the first time I used it. It got me out of the house.
Hear me, Jakk?

((My last voicemail from Steel is one where he talks about witchcraft being involved with his body disintegrating. That it had just been shown to him. and then he sent me an email showing the details of mandrake.
I still have that voicemail.))
All this to say, I didn’t really start doing the Rituals until February. And now I do them a minimum of three times a day. So, if this situation seems resonant to you, may I suggest doing the Empower thyself training with the Ritual Master?
I’ll hook you up.
And if you are not in the New York area, I’m sure she can recommend someone as gifted as herself. She works specifically with demonic possession which is why Capricorns need classes thought she was perfect for me.
I was a bit stubborn when I was in her house. The ritual Master. I mean, I am a Capricorn who really really believed that i needed certain things to survive.
But this isn’t even the point of this post.)
I went back to the Instagram of the flatbush restaurant where Jack was chef until just recently. There was a bit of nice press about how amazing Jack’s food was, and how he was an up-and-coming star who was making American comfort food that was economically sound within an aesthetic that was all his own. Jack put his heart and soul into everything he did. Cooking, mentoring line cooks, fighting for a better wage for his people, Reading about what was happening all over the world...
And being a husband.

I can say these things because I spent a lot of time with Jack. And I listened. And I asked a lot of questions.
He was so anchored by the people who had mentored him. David Chang, Andrew C., and especially The chef who was above him at 2nd Avenue. I heard so much about that guy. He never wanted to disappoint him. Though he did a couple times. But then he would be in the walk-in at 2 AM, organizing and cleaning after everyone went home.
That is who Jack is.
When I was on the phone with one of the owners last night, I did not mention Jack’s name. I said that I noticed another chef was named in a post, and I asked if there were two chefs. I didn’t mention all the hard work that I had witnessing from afar, and that I wanted to know where my friend was. I wanted to knowwhether they had been paying attention.
For once in my life, I held back.
I knew he had put his heart, soul, blood, sweat and tears into creating that restaurant. Because that’s how he was with everything.
I think it’s important for the chefs of New York city to notice that something has happened to one of their own.
 The morning After Anthony Bourdain killed himself, I was preparing incense for the morning. And I was told to prepare uncrossing incense.

I thought that was kind of strange. But I did it. If you don’t know, uncrossing is used for removing curses. After I burned it, and did my rituals, I learned of his death. I felt like I had been stabbed. I had been using his book for divination here and there, sometimes sending Jack what I was getting for a page, especially when I felt it related to him, and his struggle being in the business and having a high moral code. Caring about the minorities the way he did.
And as I looked into details, the way I do when a suicide happens, because I feel suicides and drug overdoses in a way most people don’t… I noticed that he died in the town where I lived in the early 90s.
I know those streets better than I know Chicago.
I felt that the uncrossing was not only for Anthony a.k.a. Tony, but for Strasbourg.
For Alsace.
That is not a suicide town.
But it is when a man is gripped by being extorted because he’s trying to protect his female partner....
When a man is gripped with discovering that the person that he thought was his soulmate is not completely the person he Believed her to be....
A man might be desperate enough to leave. Even beautiful Alsace.
