I still have a long way to go, but I'm feeling very grateful for where I am right now in life. I've been having a hard time recently (for a while lowkey), but reading old journal entries from when I was having a Severely Worse Time(TM) is helping me put this current struggle into perspective and try to remember to come from a place of gratitude as much as possible while still working on what I need to work on. And by golly am I trying so hard to work on it

I think it's genuinely disappointing how aggressive twiyor shippers get towards anyone who has a different interpretation of their relationship. Everytime I see something about it come up on Twitter it leaves me so discouraged from further interacting with the fandom, despite it being one of my favorite series atm.

I personally read both Yor and Loid as somewhere on the aro/ace spectrum and their relationship as queer-platonic. It's extremely clear how much love, respect, and consideration there is between the two of them, but I've never seen anything that makes their relationship read as explicitly romantic.

That, and I think a family dynamic like that fits much better thematically in a series about cherishing non-traditional people and non-traditional relationships.

It's just really fucking discouraging seeing people say anyone who doesn't interpret their relationship as romantic lack reading comprehension, especially as someone who is on the aro spectrum and wants to see more representation for these different kinds of love. I feel very deeply seen in the writing of Spy x Family and it's kinda shitty to say anyone who disagrees with you doesn't understand what they're reading.

An interesting option! FNAF is gonna be fun, especially since nobody knows what's going on, so I get to interpret my own way!

I immediately knew that scratch was a good suffix option. Well, if immediately is defined as in five seconds.

And for prefix, I went for the low hanging fruit.

Chickenscratch! An accurate description of my handwriting! And the name for warrior cats Chica!

So, now we get to the story.....oh, the story.....

Chicken, a little loner kit, was easily enticed by the friendly cat offering some shelter, and help finding her parents.

It was a quick end. The 'friendly cat', burying her himself, muttered under his breath.

"Hmm.....Chickenscratch, then. Darkness hear your name, and Stars accept you into their shelter until I can bring you back."

Hey, that was a good name! That 'friendly' loner didn't deserve to be the one to give it to her. Chickenscratch, using kit logic, used the idea and then gave herself the name.

She was just a kit. Chickenscratch found friends, those who the 'friendly' loner had also killed. Some of them had even visited another world, and told stories of a tom named Freddywhisper and a she-cat named Bumble!

In a couple years, Chickenscratch found the corpse of a cat. Killed by head damage, but....

She reached out for the body, and suddenly, she opened her eyes. But she could see the others! Whirling around, curious about what she had done, but Chickenscratch didn't care. She felt...alive.

Joy sparked in her heart. They could get revenge.

That's when it all began.

Freddywhisper is a clangen cat I thought was really pretty, and Bumble is actually Firemask AU Bumble!
