Sweet and Sour Chicken with green onion

This was so special because I did not use Canola oil or other kinds of oil. I used spray oil to fry it even it left burnt thing on my pan if I forgot to spray oil again and again.

But I am happy for the chicken because it was cooked for few times--> first, I put all ingredients (pepper, salt) then I left it for 2 hours (is it enough?) hahaha.

Then, I put in the cornstarch then flour. Let’s have fun with frying pan!

For the sauce, I used tomato sauce only and mushroom powder (I did not put chiili sauce which I can not find it in here--> Indonesian chiili sauce I mean) heheh.
