The people, they figured, would want Constance, and not a fresh face, no matter how good Emily was-better than the diva, that was for sure. And although he liked to hope that the public would speak with their wallets and refuse to see the show unless Emily was reinstated in her proper role, something told him the box office wouldn’t take much damage if they did...
