Saw Coulson again for the first time since his death in Avengers over a year ago!

Met Ward with his impressive assessment by Hill! Though were all not sure about him yet.

Met Skye and wondered who she was!

Met FitzSimmons for the first time and… wait they’re two people? Okay...

Met Fitz and Simmons for the first time and instantly decided that they are to be protected at all costs!

Met May and, just like Ward, wondered why she's just the pilot!

Decided, just like Skye, to join the SHIELD team and, even though were didn't know it yet, go on one crazy journey for the next 7 years!

I think I’m gonna do this for every episode, what do you think?

On September 24, 2013, the MCU officially crossed over into TV with the pilot for Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. To help with the transition, the episode starred Clark Gregg's character Phil Coulson, who was already an MCU recurring character (though officially dead) and also featured Colbie Smulders returning in her role as Agent Maria Hill. The episode brought Deathlok and Daisy Johnson/Quake into the MCU, though neither were revealed as such at the time. The first team that was formed in this episode was made up of Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg), Melinda May (Ming-Na Wen), Grant Ward (Brett Dalton), Skye/Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet), Leo Fitz (Iian De Caestecker), and Jemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge). some of my favorite agents of shield fun facts (season 4 edition) (part 1!!)

season one through three fun facts are on my page!!

this season was the first to split into three separate arcs: the ghost rider, LMDs, and then the framework. in seasons one through three, there are two arcs across the season.

the writers realized they could introduce the darkhold and magic into the fourth season as doctor strange had been recently released and the audience had already been introduced to "mcu magic".

the writers dubbed season four "the fractured family".

dr.radcliffe was described by jeph loeb as “what fitz could have been”. radcliffe is said to be someone who believes they have good morals, but doesn’t think about the consequences of their actions and just does things.

robbie’s charger has the license plate number: 299 ZXB

in season four episode one “the ghost”, jed whedon makes a very quick appearance on an orange bus in the background of a shot.

to film scenes with the ghost rider’s flaming skull, gabriel luna had to wear a balaclava (think a ski mask) with flashing LED lights to simulate the lighting from a fire.

for any scenes with the charger, they had to find two almost identical 1969 dodge charger’s. one for up-close shots and one stunt vehicle. they ended up having to have both custom built.

the role of AIDA was actually supposed to be a small role. however, upon seeing mallory jansen’s acting, the crew immediately began adding her character into more scenes.

so so glad to be back sharing fun facts!! season 4 part 2 (including framework facts) is already in the works!!

So, mutant apocalypse break anyone else? Cause it absolutely destroyed me, in a good way.

I was singing in the shower, as one does. and this one line was stuck in my head and I was like, hey that's perfect for mutant apocalypse.

Yeah so I'm really happy with how this turned out. And the song is really good, I totally recommend giving it a listen.

Oh, and the line art was totally inspired off of the idw comics. The different art styles are really cool.

Saw Maria Hill make another cameo!

Watched the rest of the team discover the truth about Ward. (I can’t take Fitz’s confused/heartbroken expression in this scene!)

Felt our hearts break as Fitz lashes out at the confirmation who Ward really is. (This was just so sad! They were just starting to become a family!)

Sat on the edge of our seats as Skye decides to let Ward live. (Yeah, that’s gonna come back to haunt her.)

Chuckled at this funny scene!

Are left with our jaws dropped, again, as we discovered who was behind TAHITI.
