Knowing that the man behind the citadel arc in TCW is writing next episode isn’t giving me good vibes like at all. Knowing the man who wrote the two biggest important events of Echo’s life is writing next episode is ominous to say the least. Don’t hurt my boy again.
*when the 212th and 501st have training together*
Waxer: Are you upset that you don't get to be on the same team as Echo?
Fives: Have you ever run a simulation with Echo?
Waxer: No..
Fives: Have you ever been trapped in a cage with a wolverine?
*on the other end of the battlefield*
Echo, chasing Boil: I SAID FASTER DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT THE WORD FASTER MEANS IT MEANS MORE FAST-
I just realized how triggering Tantiss must be for both Crosshair and Echo. The fact Crosshair withheld information until he needed to, the effect it had on his hand, and the way he didn't even try to hide the impact it had on him.
And for Echo knowing the very concept of a place like that existing to then being there right in the middle of it bringing up all those bad memories.
When they all get out of there (and I say when because I choose to remain delusional everybody is getting out of this alive) they should talk. Just about everything, and be honest about it. Point made.
