I’m really not sure why this took me a week but here’s a little tutorial on how I design clothes for characters ??? I hope it’s somewhat comprehensive, making tutorials can be hard for me because I have so much to say LOL

While I used a preexisting show in this example, this method can really be applied to any oc universe or story as long as you establish the basics :]

Some Ralsei designs that I've made! The top left one is just my take on Ralsei's design, I do like the hat but I do like how Ralsei generally looks currently, combining his new and old design to create the same white fluffy goat but with the same unique ruffleness of the hair that his OG design had.

The second one is my take on the disguised Ralsei look, giving him a veil that covers his face, I probably shouldn't have given such a sinister look to it but I figured it'd be fun for the design, I'm still a fan of it.

The third one is an answer to the whole "Ralsei goth" sorta trend that went on for a while, I always that Ralsei would look a lot better in pastel goth and he'd love to wear it! So that's where this outfit came from.

The last one is just a cute lil treat, I like the overalls on him a lot and the pink sunhat with the bow suits him very nicely in my eyes...

Gave people over on twt the vote on whether Vash's outfit should be black or white, and white won the majority vote. The outfit themsleves were designed to represent wedding attire whilst incorporating character specific motifs

Glass Armor. First introduced in Morrowind as a High Elven design mass-produced for warriors in service to the Dark Elven god-king Vivec, a Gigeresque mass of neon green shards of volcanic glass set into elegant silver plates. It then gradually evolved into the more tame Ray Lederer design we all know and love from Skyrim. Both designs suit the High Elves of their respective games very well, but what sort of armors would they be constructing in their homeland? I wanted to design something beyond extravagant, purely decadent, calling to mind Art Nouveau sensibilities and even some influence from architecture, with the inlays resembling stained glass windows, and each individual plate resembling a flower petal or insect wing. Underneath the plates is a suit of scale mail, with each individual scale inlaid with a glass gem. I would love to see this design implemented into a mod as some sort of artifact from the High Elven homeland.

Inspiration from Chinese, Korean, (slight) Indian, (heavily) Russian, and French clothing!!

The writing on the shawl is from a written language I made! It’s basically a protection citation of their religion.

From (your) right to left, the races are Amph, Reprin (Perpin), and Hididi (Nid). The models aren’t accurate to body proportion or anatomy… since the Nidden peoples are inspired by spiders and have three pairs of arms.
