anyways AUGH i have to choose just ONE??!?! pain and agony and suffering on planet earth (..ha that pun wasn't even Purposeful)

there are so many good ones!! she goes good paired with literally all of her brothers. her and Lunar could already be dating for all we know, lookit how they act in canon. they kiss off camera <3. her and Sun make me fucking URAGHHH cause THEY'RE SO FUCKING CUTEEE?!!? whenever they have their movie dates nights together i bet Earth pulls Sun onto her lap to cuddle <3<3<3 her and Solar are literally just a tragic love story rn. she misses her wife (Solar), tails. she misses her a lot /ref. and ofc her and Eclipse are making Rounds even outside the celestialcest circle rn: and for good reason. he was a punk, she did ballet. what more is there to say? /ref/ref sahskgsigwk

BUT. (and while i don't think it's the Best ship w her in it, it's what I'm thinking about rn cause. looks at current canon events. i lo-ho-ove angst/hurt-comfort. :]) today i bring to you: Earth x Moon thoughts.

i wonder how much she cried over Moon yelling at her like that. how much it Hurt her. Earth had only seen the soft side of Moon before recently- the side of Moon framed in fuzzy, soft lighting in her mind where he's hunched over a desk, pencil between his teeth and eyes scrunched together as he glares at some blueprints. but then she calls out to him and he looks up, eyes- no, whole Body- relaxing upon seeing her. and then he smiles such a warm and fuzzy smile it makes Earth get Butterflies.

but recently she saw the Other side of Moon.

the one that's selfish, possessive to a sickly degree- the dark side of his face that refuses to twitch into a smile.

she still loves him, oh, she could never not love him. she and Sun have that in common.

but now she's Hurt. she's actively hurting and she wants Moon back. she wants her Moon back.

she wants back the man that has a short fuse but always extends it for those he loves. the man who locked up and got all flustered the moment she gave him a hug. she wants to find him working too late into the night again and convince him to go rest by pressing the softest of kisses against his cheeks. and she wants to wake up the next day and go into Moon's room to find it not empty. she wants to see him in it again so she can wake him up by gently shaking him and giggling when he pulls her in for a goodmorning kiss.

she wants her big brother back, man. :(

some Thoughts ive been having

so i feel like we all know that one of the main things that ppl find the most physically attractive about earth is her height. and this obviously applies to her partners (as i will discuss in a moment :3c). and me personally, as an aroace gay man, if a tall woman came up to me and suddenly started flirting with me i would combust on the spot (/pos ofc) so i can only assume that her partners feel that tenfold when its something she does. like. daily

SO- stay with me now- wut if she was small? like- lunar sized small. like temporarily shrunk down to be itty bitty. ik she had a whole episode where she was made tiny BUT SHE WASNT SMALL ENOUGH!!

and personally i feel like her partners would just. lose their fucking minds. like- their tallest partner- IS NOW SMALL?? ITTY BITTY??? AND CAN BE HELD???? LIKE PICKED UP?????

and i was rewatching the original video and solar and moon were like "im not used to looking down to look at u" and i was like "oh..? is that... mayhaps- a bit flustering??" like- u CAN NOT tell me that solar didnt immediately try to distract himself by moving stuff around so he could calm down-

and i imagine that after the initial fluster of seeing their partner being so adorably tiny they just. absolutely took advantage of the situation. i have a hc that earth LOVES to put ppl in her lap. makes interactions more intimate. PLUS it makes it easier for them to be able to kiss her. (ofc they could just. ask her to lean down so they can reach but.. its more Fun just sitting them in her lap :3c) BUT. im just thinking to myself like. they would ABSOLUTELy tease her by using the same tactics. cooing at how small she is while they hold her in their lap, patting her head and holding her face oh so gently- DO U SEE MY VISION????

and i feel like solar and eclipse would be the ones to do it most. cuz like- i imagine that theyre effected by her holding them the most cuz it just- makes them feel so many emotions so NOW theyre like "u wanna sit in my lap?" give her a taste of her own medicine and all that :3

AND IT WORKS!! BC SHES SUPER FUCKING FLUSTERED AND DOESNT KNOW WUT TO DO WITH HERSELF. and eventually the others catch on and they just go "finally, a chance to fluster her" (since i imagine that there isnt many ways to fluster her. shes very much a "can dish it out and take it" kind of person unless u hit a Soft Spot for her) AND LUNAR would be ECSTATIC!!! FINALLY!! theres someone HIS SIZE???? and he also finds it ADORABLE how small she is. like- she baby! she small!! and FINALLY lunar is in kissing distance. he doesnt have to climb her like a jungle gym to kiss her (again, she can just lean down, but he finds it more Fun to just climb her :]) and HE DEFINITELY takes advantage of that. INFINITE KISSES!!!!! SOOO MANY KSISES!!!!!!!

Lunar x Earth? Chef's kiss. Literally the most supportive couple, I like to imagine that Lunar likes Earth to carry him because he can reach out to kiss her all over her face 🗣️💖 Earth is very kind and sweet to him, Lunar is more playful and makes jokes that make Earth question who she is dating but she loves him 🥺💖 They both make sure the other is okay all the time, if one feels bad, the other always takes the time to help them feel better <3

Sun x Moon are like the supreme ship, the original ship, the ones that started it all. Although I have different concepts depending on whether we are talking about Old Moon or New Moon. With Old Moon, their relationship was abusive, Moon knew how to manipulate people and unfortunately Sun was extremely weak, so Moon took advantage of that whenever he wanted. But Sun was blinded by love, even if it wasn't love he felt and he only called it that to hide his fear, Sun would always love Moon even if Moon did the worst to him. This was how it should be.

With New Moon, we have to take into account that Sun was devastated after the loss of Old Moon, and I have the HC that Sun was living with KC for a couple of weeks after that, so New Moon only lived with Earth and Lunar for that time, luckily they both told him about the wonderful person Sun was and how cute he looked when he was happy, and after watching the show and learning her past self, New Moon decided to be much better. Starting with being the best brother/lover Sun could have. They are both fine now, they love each other to death, and although Sun will never forget Old Moon and sometimes tends to miss those destructive behaviors of Old Moon, he knows that New Moon really loves him. He no longer have to pretend to feel safe until his mind believes it because now he really is: he is now loved, cared for, and safe 💖💖💖 The most beautiful, sweet and silly couple

OKAY SO TBH I JUST USED THIS ASK AS AN EXCUSE TO DRAW THESE PAIRINGS FKJHSDF (and the earth + bm one was a request from a dear friend, so don't mind them, they're just being silly :3c)

anyways ohhh yes yes Absolutely for both of those.

i've yelled about S&M to the high heavens already and i will continue to do so. literally every time i've drawn them they're all cuddly n shit cause i can not overstate how clingy they are. and also soulmate status. beloved toxic yaoi with Feelings when it comes to Sun and Old Moon, and the cutest mutual pining shit you've ever seen with Sun and New Moon, even if they're experiencing some. glances at canon. difficulties, right now <3 whenever Moon gets his life together again he's gonna give Sun so many apology kisses.

and LUNAR AND EARTH RAHHH I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVEN'T YELLED ABOUT THEM YET??? tbh i think they might also have soulmate status. not in a yin-yang/other-half way like S&M, but in a 'you make me appreciate myself in a way no one else could' type-a way. Earth doesn't shun Lunar for his under-thinking or his 'out-of-pocket-ness', she laughs and accepts him for who he is, supporting him where he falls weak. and Lunar does the same for her!! he's the blunt to her beating-around-the-bush, the understandably guarded to her soft heart. and they grow together, even if it requires some baby-steps before they take off running. they are so good. and also since Lunar canonically has a height thing he's prolly done the "Mommy? Sorry- Mommy? Sorry- Mommy? Sorry- Mo-" to Earth at Least four times. how /j he was being in those moments is up to you sdjkhsdf
