it was strange --------- hanging out with fizz after so long &* so much had happened. it's tentative &* awkward at times , but more often than that , blitzø just feels bittersweet about how easy it is to fall back into a pattern. sometimes it felt like no time had passed ; others , they felt miles apart. thankfully , most of tonight has been easy. it's been a while , so he's adjusted to this new version of fizz more or less. stopped expecting that soft eyed kid. mostly.

sometimes , he still shines through. that kid , untouched by fire. it sparks something blitzø had sworn he buried. times like now , where @clwngasm has dozed off while they watched some shitty wonderful horse movie. he fell asleep on blitzø's shoulder , then slowly kind of just slumped down until he was curled up with his head on blitzø's lap. blitzø didn't have the heart to wake him , or move even when his position got uncomfortable. when the movie ends , blitzø can't even reach the remote or his phone. so he just ends up with his elbow propped on the arm of the sofa , head leaned into it as he dozes in &* out of sleep. he doesn't consciously do it , but his hand ends up resting on fizz's side , fingers rubbing absent little patterns there. ( a habit from when this happened in their younger years. familiar &* repetitive. calms him as much as it did fizz. ) / STARTER CALL ( accepting ! )
