I`ve visited Edinburgh once in my life and one of the things, that left a lasting impression on me there were the locals walking down the street only in t-shirts and shorts, despite the fact that it was about 40 degrees F outside. And now I imagine Soap, this clump of chaos, who absolutely ignores the weather forecast and dresses in light clothes just because it's already May. And he doesn’t care that it’s raining and windy outside and the reader begs him to put on at least something else.

He`s just like "coldwhatcold?", as the reader stands beside him in a few layers of clothes.

soap would definitely stare at you in confusion; your bundled up in layers of close, a scarf around your neck and teeth gritting against the cold breeze, you can feel your fingers begin to go slightly numb against the wind. he just stared, he doesn't understand how you can complain about the cold whilst he's seconds away from ripping his shirt off and walking around shirtless.
