"Like all foreigners, the Jewish settlers sailed first to Alexandria, took a ferry to Jaffa, and were taken ashore by small boats. This mundane arrival at the shore appears in the settlers’ statements as aggressive and alien treatment: ‘Aravim Hetikifu Ottanu’ – ‘the Arabs assaulted us’ – is the phrase used to describe the simple act of Palestinian boys helping settlers to small boats on the way to Jaffa; they shouted because the waves were high and asked for baksheesh [tips] because this was how they managed to live. But in the settlers’ narrative they were assailants. Noise, presumably a normal feature of life in the Jewish townships of Eastern Europe, becomes menacing when produced by Palestinian women wailing in the traditional salute of joy to the sailors returning safely home. For the settlers this was the behaviour of savages, ‘with fiery eyes and a strange garroted language.’ Whether the topic is their language, their dress or their animals, reports back to Europe concerning the Palestinians were all about unpleasantness and weirdness. ... Again and again, Zionist settlers behaved as a people who had been insulted – either objectively in the form of a physical attack, but more often simply by the very presence of Palestinians in Palestine. ... The Zionist settlers instituted retaliation for ‘theft’, which was how they characterised the rural tradition of cultivating state land, a practice that was legal under Ottoman law. Picking fruit from roadside orchards became an act of robbery only after Zionism took over the land. The words shoded (robber) and rozeach (murderer) were flung about with ease when Palestinians involved in such acts were described. After 1948 these terms would be replaced with ‘terrorist’ and ‘saboteur’. ... Cleansing the land of its farmers and tenants was done at first through meeting in the Zionist madafa and then by force of eviction in Mandatory times. The ‘good’ Palestinians were those who came to the madafa and allowed themselves to be evicted. Those who refused were branded robbers and murderers. Even Palestinians with whom the settlers sometimes shared ownership of horses or long hours of guard duty were transformed into villains once they refused eviction. Later on, wherever Israelis would control the lives of Palestinians, such a refusal to collaborate would be the ultimate proof for Palestinian choice of the terrorist option as a way of life. ... Following the 1967 war ... both Israeli academics and Israeli media commonly used the term ‘terrorism’ when referring to any kind of Palestinian political, social and cultural activity. ‘Palestinian terrorism’ was depicted as having been present from the very beginning of the Zionist project in Palestine and still being there when academic research into it began in earnest. This characterisation was so comprehensive and airtight that it assigned almost every chapter in Palestinian history to the domain of ‘terrorism’ and absolved hardly any of the organisations and personalities that made up the Palestinian national movement from the accusation of being terrorists."

Nothing and I mean nothing, makes me more mad than Israelis who live a super privileged life whilst in that same place another group of people, the indigenous people of that land, suffer immensely because of them and their colonial state and then those same Israelis dare to be like yeah i have this awesome life but "bOth sIdeS aRe aT fAuLt" or "bOth sIdeS sUffEr" (actually miss me with your bothisdes bullhonkey) they are writing that in their stolen homes, they say this sitting cozily not in any danger living their lives normally, they say writing this from their phones, laptops, computers, with internet access and their fridges full with food.
All the while we have palestinians starving to death because of Israhell, palestinians that have no roof over their head and have to live in tents, refugee camps in any weather conditions, palestinians who we gladly will send esims to because there is no other way for them to show the world whats being done to them otherwise and lets not forget palestinians are getting bombed and massacred by the colonial state that is Israel, the very same state and the same group of people that stole their homes and kicked them out of their homes. And then Israelis dare compare themselves to Palestinians.
I literally had a discussion with an idiot yesterday, who literally posted how well she has it and posted pictures of how beautiful life is for her in occupied palestine and then she said "i watch the news and then i get sad uwu🥺 this is all hamas fault, palestinians chose them" (yk act like the victim and blame others for whats happening, typical settler behavior shit) and i just - mottherfucker... how tone deaf do you wanna be? Israelis; yes.
I hate you all honestly. Palestine will survive this, they have been living their since the beginning of times and always managed to survive, you can count on that they will prevail.

Colonization never really stop it only takes on new faces because who you come to a country to live and you do not adapt to its customs and way of living? worse if you only come to visit and learn? The point of tourism is to get to know new cultures but instead you want to come and have your life be the same as in the United States and that we locals have to adapt (in Mexico the gringos began to complain about the noise that the sellers make in the streets that are why they don't buy local and in Mazatlan together with the help of businessmen they want to ban the bands of cultural expressions that have been part of our country for decades just because that bothers them but if we Mexicans go to the USA and want to speak a litle of Spanish we get crucified)

I took a vintage ornamentation and turned it into a Palestinian flag for my fundraiser. The design can be found here.
As usual ALL PROCEEDS from my designs are for my Palestinian best friend to help him support his friends and family in Palestine and around the rest of the Levant who are being hurt directly and/or financially by the attacks on Gaza, the raids and economic devastation in the West Bank and the collateral damage in surrounding countries. He has also been supporting his girlfriend staying with him here in America these past few months; she is now heading back home. The immediate area around where she is from has been fairly secure recently. We're really hoping it stays that way. It will be sad to see her go, he has been noticeably less depressed with her here. She has been a great comfort to him.
Here is the above demonstrated on a few products:

You can find my full shop here. To see a design on different products click on the display product and scroll down or go here to browse by design. I have 158 designs and counting, I'm not going to stop making them until my friends family is safe. Here's a sample of some of my other stuff, displayed here on stickers:

How would you even do an “anti-Zionist Seder” though. Like instead of the enslaved Israelites fleeing Egypt to settle Israel, are we supposed to say that there were white rich media moguls in Ancient Egypt going to buy apartments in New Jersey? Do we finish it off by saying Next Year in Hoboken? I’m really looking forward to how they spin this one
You just send this to everyone without reading anything they have already said on the subject don’t you?
That’s okay! I got you covered buddy. The idea of a NATION STATE did not exist back then. They did not flee to the nation state known today as Israel, because they didn’t exist at all. None of the history or text indicates that supporting the land means supporting what the modern state of Israel is. Zionism had not even been considered yet. So quite frankly it is you who has no idea what they are talking about.
Liberators/Freedom Seders have been being practiced for decades at this point. The anti Zionist Jewish community is only growing bigger every day.
My money is on you not even being Jewish but wanting to try to own an anti Zionist Jew.

I dont remember where I got this from - i just know it was from a long tumblr post on here and this particular part stuck with me because its sadly accurate. "Peace" was never an option for Zionists since the very beginning, they wanted the Palestinians gone and they wanted more and more land. Zionism/Israel is a colonial project and it always has been.
