I'm so sorry if you were not mental prepared for this info during your spiderman brainrot..

But, fun fact with a lot of spiders their mating rituals have the male lay down a "spermweb" to attract mates. As well as fear is a big part of what turns them on, female spiders being 2x the size of males, tending to have the dominant role. Pinning is also a big part of it as well. (Male spiders actually tend to be much more skishes.)

So imagine your spiderman of choice being in mating season, with a mix of these feelings due to them being half spider. Hallo everynyan. I am not dead, I just have felt the worst case of writers block I’ve had in a while. Trying to get myself out of this funk, so here’s something about Ben Reilly, as I haven’t seen a single x male reader about him.

You and Ben would have been dating for a while before his heat hits him, leaving him scrambling through his apartment to start gathering blankets and other materials he can use to make a structure.

It’s not fully a nest, its more like a pillow and blanket fort, closed off from the outside world. There’s webs all over it too, almost like Ben was marking his territory, or some animalistic part of himself was saying “hey, this is mine, back off”-

Ben would shoot off a text to his earths Peter, since they most likely work side by side, that he needs his patrol covered for personal reasons. Seeing as peter has heats as well, he understands and wishes Ben luck, offering to bring him stuff he needs.

After calling around with his job and getting his shifts covered, Ben would settle down into the structure, antsy and oh so uncomfortable in his skin. He would feel almost naked without you there, without your weight holding him down and your hands touching him.

Ben would never have told you about his heats if you weren’t another spider as they embarrass him so greatly, because they reduce him to a limp submissive mess. Normally he can just ride it out, but now that you two are dating his thoughts are filled with images of you, what he wants you to do to him, and how he wants you to do it.

He would wrap himself in the clothes you left at his apartment, his heightened senses letting him inhale your scent as he touches himself almost desperately.

It’s nowhere near enough without you there, but Ben is too proud to contact you. So it would end up with Ben laying there curled up in a ball, his fingers pumping in and out of himself as he listens to recording of you on his phone, be it voicemails or videos you two have taken.

If he has any pictures of you that show off your strength in any way, you bet he’s looking at those two. Think gym selfies, you hiking, you fixing a car, anything along those lines. It gets so bad that he busts just looking at a picture of you carrying 4 bags of heavy groceries on one arm.

After that shameful orgasm Ben realizes he probably won’t be able to do this without you, as the soul deep urge to be held and used by you grows by the day. In one of his less lucid and weaker moments he would send you a fumbled text before passing out.

When he wakes up you are there with him and taking care of him. Ben would try to play it off and stay cool, but he feels more submissive and meeker than usual, struggling to meet your eyes and lowering his head when you look at him.

You most likely contacted Peter for help, fearing Ben was dying or had been poisoned or something like that. When you learn it’s a spider heat, you are surprised but you would never leave Ben for something as small as that, you just wished he’d have told you before.

Ben would hesitate to let you help in the beginning, but soon the need for you, your power, your dominance, would break down his walls. He would follow orders so well, wanting nothing more than for you to tell him what to do.

He would burst immediately the first time you pin him down by the neck, his entire body locking up as he wails in pleasure, twitching and gasping. After that you’d take care of him, cleaning him up, and lay down on top of him as he slept.

Having you lay on top of him like a blanket help settle that deep urge inside him that he needs you there, and it tells his animal brain that you are watching out for him and protecting him as he sleeps.

After the heat is over you can expect Ben to be more open about his wants and needs, though he is still a little flustered about him. He’s still an overconfident guy, showing off and flexing his muscles at you, but he also wants to please you, and he melts under any and all praise you give him.

President Coriolanus Snow, a towering figure of authority, ascended the grand stage with an air of regal confidence. His platinum blond hair, meticulously styled in a sleek comeover, caught the glint of the spotlight, emphasizing the sharp angles of his aristocratic features. Dressed in a crimson red suit that spoke of power and ambition, a single white rose adorned his lapel—a symbol of both purity and calculated charm.

Icy blue eyes, cold as the very name he carried, scanned the crowd with an analytical precision. He caught the green eyes of a young woman as he spoke to the Capitol Senate. She was a cute woman, he noted. Her fair skin was beet-red as she attempted to maintain eye-contact wit the President. The corners of his mouth raised as he attempted to mask his smirk.

His smile, a masterpiece of beauty and charisma, played effortlessly upon his lips. It was a weapon, finely honed through years of navigating the intricate web of Capitol politics. The allure of his charm was unmatched, a force that had won over even the most skeptical hearts in the Capitol.

The Capitol Senate room was carefully crafted by the strong hands of Capitol engineers and architects. Similar to the Academy and the University, the ceilings were as high as skyscrapers with long windows that welcomed the fall sun. The room was held by large Grecian-like columns, sanded to perfection. On the marble floor, which lacked dust or grime, was the symbol of the Capitol in red. An addition made by President Snow.

He stood before them on the podium that was built just for him. At the front of the room, he was the center of attention. All 300 Senators, leaders, and other political figures gawking at him like he was a peacock who just showed his beautiful array of colorful feathers.

On the Senate floor, newly elected Senator Lyra Ravenshroud observed the spectacle with a discerning gaze. Standing at a mid-size stature, she emanated a quiet strength that belied the challenges she was prepared to face. Her dark skin exuded a richness that stood in stark contrast to the opulent surroundings. Sister locs, meticulously arranged, framed her face and cascaded just below her shoulder blades—a testament to both tradition and individuality.

Lyra's eyes were trained on the President as he shifted his footing. There was a seat behind him, white as snow, that he had not sat down in since it arrived. A million questions floated in her mind as she watched him interact with members of the Senate. He came from newfound wealth through his father's military strength, therefore, it was not easy to recover after the rebellions. But, for him to graduate from the Academy at 18 and become the president of the nation, from zero to hero in just five years, was something she struggled to wrap her mind around. It even kept her awake at night.

As the President spoke of unity and progress, his charismatic words weaving through the air, Lyra listened with a gaze that saw beyond the surface. The crimson-suited president and the reform advocate senator—their worlds collided on this stage, setting the tone for a new dawn in Panem's political landscape.

President Coriolanus Snow concluded his inaugural address with a flourish, the applause from the Capitol elite echoing through the hallowed room. As the crowd erupted in admiration, he stepped down from the podium, his crimson suit a beacon of authority amid the sea of admirers in neutral clothing. A stark contrast indeed.

Meanwhile, on the Senate floor, Lyra Ravenshroud rose from her seat, her dark eyes following the President's every move. The air seemed to hum with an unspoken tension as their eyes locked across the expanse of power.

The Presidednt, drawn by an invisible force, made his way through the crowd. His steps were deliberate, every move a calculated display of charisma. He apologized to those who tried o get his attention, promising to circle back shortly. As he approached Lyra, the air crackled with anticipation—a collision of two worlds on the precipice of collaboration.

"Senator Ravenshroud," he spoke, his voice carrying the weight of authority. His icy blue eyes met her warm brown ones, and he found himself captivated by the dance within her gaze. "A pleasure to finally meet the advocate who promises to reshape the Capitol's destiny."

Lyra's sensual smile played upon her lips as she extended her hand. "President Snow, the pleasure is mine." Her voice, a sultry melody, resonated in the air. Coriolanus found himself liking the sound of it, the way her words carried a depth that transcended the usual political pleasantries. "Your words inspire change, and I am eager to be part of that transformation."

Their handshake, a symbolic gesture of political unity, resonated through the crowd. Unbeknownst to them, this moment marked the inception of a collaboration that would shape the course of Panem's future. Coriolanus, ever the tactician, couldn't help but be intrigued by the woman before him. The way her eyes, brown like rich earth, danced with the gaze of his icy blue ones hinted at a complexity that both fascinated and unnerved him. Her physical presence, a mid-sized woman exuding a quiet strength, contrasted sharply with the opulence of the Capitol.

The title of President seemed to roll off her tongue effortlessly, a dance of words that added an unexpected elegance to the occasion.

"I'm glad to hear that," Coriolanus spoke softly. "I hope you're looking forward to the new Senator orientation tomorrow. I'll explain your new role better tomorrow during our one-on-one. My assistant will pass over those times to you."

Lyra gathered her purse over her shoulder and nodded. "Of course. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Mr. President." She smiled gently.

Coriolanus tilted his chin up and nodded once, slowly. "Likewise, Ms. Ravenshroud." Little did they know, as the stage was set, the delicate dance of power had truly begun.

I nod and just stare at him in the eyes, he tries to hug me and I push him away. "What the fuck are we gonna do austin?"

I WANNA EXPAND ON THIS YES

alfred has been chased by the cops for 1: settign the forest on fire several times and 2: using a lawnmower to travel on the open roads.

francis and arthur have a rivalry where whey see who can roast each other better. they stick their heads out of their oppsoing windows and point out the other's flaws, they'vre gotten so many noise complaints for this lol)

the only way that the neighborhood knows that kiku is still alive is that every week yao drops off some fresh groceries at his door and immediately an arm pushes the door open, grabs the groceries and then dissapears back into the void.

yao orgsnises like all of events and cooks for all of them.

roderick is playing his piano at like 3 am just to freak out gilbert and alfred.

gilbert helps decorate for like all the events.

arthur has a massive garden of flowers and francis keeps stealing his roses.

alfred is one of the only neighbors that go into ivan's house and come out alive.

ivan is the chillest neighbor and will tell the neighborhood kids fairytales if they hsve the guts to talk to him (the kids who have experienced this arent scared of him anymore)

ludwig's crazy dogs are actually pretty chill.

feliciano makes a pizza for every new neighbor who moves in.

romano grows tomatos and will beat you with a broom if you steal any one of them.

alfred likes to feed the birds.

we're pretty sure alfred hasn't committed any federal crimes.

matthew lives next to kiku and just has a polar bear that the neighborhood just accepted.

you woke up late one morning and rubbed the sleep from your eyes. you rolled over and grabbed you phone, scrolling through tiktok for a while before getting out of bed. as you lied there, you felt a familiar pain in your lower stomach. 

“no, not today??” you sighed. you opened your period tracker app and were shocked to find that you were actually supposed to start the day before. you went to the bathroom and found an unfortunate sight in your underwear. once you placed your coverage, you grabbed yourself something to drink, and took some midol to get ahead of the worsening cramps. you got back in bed and almost immediately fell back asleep. 

a few hours later, you were woken up by your phone ringing. you picked it up and saw that colby was calling.

“hey babe.” you said when you answered, clearing your throat.

“hey. did i wake you?” he asked.

“yeah, but its fine.” you said, grunting as you sat up.

“are you okay? you don’t sound good.”

“i started my period and im having really bad cramps.” you sighed.

“oh, i’m sorry hon. well, i called to ask if you wanted to go out to lunch with me. sam and i finished our meetings early and he’s about to go out with katrina, and i wanted to see you. but if you’re not feeling well, maybe i could just comeover to you place?” he asked.

“actually, yeah. that sounds nice. would you mind bringing some food over too?” you asked.

“of course. i’ll see you in a little bit.

“thank you. i love you.” 

“i love you too.” colby said before hanging up the phone. you turned on the tv while you waited for colby to get there. once he did, you heard him come in and find you in your room.

“hey.” you said quietly as he set his things down. he got into bed with you and pressed a kiss to your forehead. “you felling alright?”

“yeah, at the moment. my cramps haven’t been too bad for a while, so that’s fortunate enough.”

“that’s good. so, here’s lunch.” 

“mm, thank you.” you said, taking the food from him. the two of you ate while you talked, catching up after the two of you being rather busy the past couple of days and not really being able to see each other.

after you ate, you started to fall asleep again as you and colby were trying to watch a movie.

“i hate that i’m so tired. here we are finally getting to see each other and all i can think about is sleep.” you sighed.

“please don’t worry about it. if you’re tired, then sleep. i’ll be here with you either way.” he said.

for the next couple of hours, you tried as hard as you could to sleep. however, your cramps were so bad that you couldn’t even think about sleeping.

“you okay?” colby asked, turning his attention to you. you had your arm wrapped around the bottom of your abdomen, hugging yourself tight trying to ease the pain. you were too distracted by the pain to even speak.

once the pain finally subsided, you sat up and wiped the tears from your eyes.

“holy shit, my cramps have never been this bad before.” you sighed, catching your breath.

“here, i found your heating pad. i didn’t turn it on because i don’t know if you needed it. but it’s there incase you do. i brought the midol in here from the bathroom so you don’t have to keep getting up to go take it. and here’s some fresh water.” he said handing you a glass.

“thank you honey.” you sat, sitting up and taking another dose of midol.

“can i get you anything else?” he asked, and you shook your head.

“no, i think i’m good for now. you’ve already done more than enough by just coming over so i can see you.” you said, leaning over and pressing a kiss to his cheek.

you and colby ended up spending the rest of the day in bed, you trying to manage your cramps and colby helping taking care of you when you needed it. it was more than you could have ever asked for, but you were so grateful that he was there with you.
