I saw this cc by @anxioussimmer and knew I wanted to try and make a laundromat, and since HSY is promoting more family oriented gameplay, it seems like the right place to make one :) I’m really happy with how it turned out, and I usually don’t use CC so I’ve uploaded both this version and a non CC version to the gallery if you want to download it to use in your game!

I love building with limited packs so here’s my attempt at an art deco style house using only Base Game and High School Years. I actually built this for my Not So Berry gen 3 heir, but I changed the colors for this version so it’s not entirely yellow. Also there’s no rocket ship in it.

The Prescott Family

For my high school save file (not yet available), sneak peak at the Prescott family and their home located in Copperdale. These are the new descendants of the original founder of Copperdale. Bill Prestcott II, Karen Prescott, and their son, William Prescott III.

William Prescott III, strives to rule the school as king of "The Populars". His ultimate dream is to become prom royalty. His traits are materialistic and snob. He may not be close with his mother or father in any sort of affectionate sense, but they all are a pretty like-minded family with their sights set on power and gaining the respect/fear of the town and even the world as a whole.

Eriksen’s house (Life is Strange 2)

The Eriksen Household is a location in The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit and Episode 2 of Life is Strange 2. It is the home of Charles Eriksen and Chris Eriksen. The house consists of Chris' room, Charles' room, a living room, kitchen area, bathroom and a yard. A garage is situated near to the house. *I used debug snowdrifts to make screenshots look nice, so if the season in your game is not winter you will have to remove them in b/b mode

The perfect place to cozy up on a fall evening with your prom date or partner, the Starlight Drive-In is one of Copperdale's favorite pastimes.

Even though it's not the most realistic, multi-functional lots is one of my favorite things for dynamic gameplay, so this one can be a lounge or a park!

Komorebi Public School

School for Komobemi in Copperdale

A functional school where there is not a single empty classroom. There are classrooms for history and mathclass, the rest can be used as a background for screenshots or, for example, to improve certain skills (these are classrooms: chemistry-biology, physics, music and drawing (both are more optional). The school has a library on the 3rd floor, a teacher's room, a principal's office, a dining room and locker rooms for boys and girls (separate). I have placed functional school lockers in the locker rooms. The environment is completely made in the style of Komorebi, however, if you do not play in such a setting, you can design an environment in the style of the city in which you play. On the street there is a place for bicycles, a basketball court and access to the school stadium (game).
