During these times of isolation, it’s the prefect excuse to revise and improve on recipes and techniques... it’s been *quite* some time since I’ve been able to do this... 😅 A few things have been lingering in the fridge, so here is also a prefect excuse to up-cycle food into something (arguably) better than what it was initially prepared for... Today being #JambonDay I spent the day laminating dough and saucing up various leftovers, shaping and stocking the freezer... Jambons are simple to make, such a treat to eat and for me, such a relaxing and fun thing to prepare from start to finish... Quarantina Tangerina recipe

I have invented this out of my 6th depression but this is suitable for even your 1st depression:

Juice of one tangerine (strained of any seeds, we are not alcohol-extracting cyanide today... that’s a different drink)

Whisk in honey to taste

Ice cubes to represent your despair on a scale of 1 to 5 (I like 4 ice cubes)

1/4 cup Jack Daniels (because wtf is 2 fingers) (or any whiskey but NO honey jack. Just no)

Enough club soda to achieve cognitive dissonance (this is key to the illusion of a fun summer party cocktail!!)

Optional splash of tears

Garnish with nothing. No garnishes allowed

Can be enjoyed any time of day but pairs well with a zoom meeting. Skol salud coronappetit etc
