A few years ago we planted 400 + daffodils … we waited and held our breath. Now every year in spring these happy little flowers pop up and bring such joy and happiness. It was a lot of work to plant them all, but worth every second … snowdrops next … 🥰😃

What if fast food became slow food again?
Took back our time and forgot the hurry we're in?
We gathered fresh ingredients that came from the land
We savored the moment and worked with our hands
A labor of love for the ones around the table
It isn't always fancy, but we do what we're able.
So ponder this thought, and let me ask again,
What if fast food became slow food again?
