So we all knew the Campaign was gonna have something related to the Moon in it, but I expected Orym and Imogen to see like... I don't know, a giant face or something...

Instead, we got the beginning of "HIS DARK MATERIALS"!

You know, I know that Matt thought this was gonna be a conversation/parley, but there was absolutely no way it wasn't going to get violent. Like, Bells Hells just went through the world's tensest, most confusing conversation/parley ever with Yu. I know everyone was just itching to get out that bloodlust. It was glorious.

But, for the love of fuck, can we get some downtime? This party has like 10 emotional conversations they need to have yesterday.

y’know, between a wildly misfiring Gatling platform and one dude casting one spell, it’s nice to know Exandrian firearms still haven’t caught up to the time-honored tradition of throwing high level damage spells at the problem

Watching dimension 20 and critical role at the same time is wild because i’m rewatching d20 sophomore year i have a specific idea of what and who the nightmare king is. But then on cr Ira is the nightmare king who is completely different, both in form and in personality.

Then watching A Court of Fey & Flowers seing how the fey works, the courts’ relationships with one another, seing what the sealie and the unsealie are to eachother. Then going back to critical role c3 where the feywilds is so mysterious?

We don’t know anything about them their motives, who they are. Between Fearne, her parents, Ira, and Yu who is unsealie. Fearne’s “grand-mother” Morrigan who isn’t part of a court who we just found out is a hag and also the Morrigan from exu kymal it’s so much fey and we know nothing about them. And trying to reconcile that they are two very different and very beautiful worlds is both confusing and amazing.

Anyways all of that to say I love them so much and both Critical role and dimension 20 are amazing great and it's really interesting to see how they both aproach all of it.
