Here is a screenshot of my heavily modded ship in Starbound!! I've been working on it for a couple days now and I really like how it's turned out :3 I still have the cockpit to make pretty, but I have no idea what I want to do with it.

Most of the furniture is from "WW Furniture" (Steam Workshop link)!! I've installed too many mods to list, but if there's anything in particular you're curious about I can absolutely get the mod pages for you!!

Something I really really really wish customers would understand is like. How much really dumb pointless shit matters to corporate. How if you liked your service please don't leave a review with anything other than 100% across the board because giving us an 80% or a 70% just makes our review score stay the same or drops it. It's never good enough and they're always barking at us to do better no matter how good we do it doesn't amount to anything unless we're at 90-100% . Please if you do surveys only ever leave 100% if your happy with your service please I beg you

Customers are incapable of comprehending when a coupon or smth doesn’t work or when something is not on sale. Their brains literally can’t process it

(still on sale just more)#& she was like well the sign didn’t specify that. MAAM #& the website is being weird rn & not giving the barcodes for coupons so they can’t be used in store n most ppl (normal) r like oh bummer #but this 1 woman today was trying to use a coupon from the app but she made me do all this weird stupid bullshit so it ended up not working #so she went to the website & it wasn’t working so I told her & she was like so what I do then. MAN WHAT? PAY WHOLE PRICE FOR GHE THING?? BRO #Iits ok I’ve also had plenty of rlly nice customer interactions but Jesus Christ

through a series of Wacky Hijinks(tm), i ended up on a livejournal post where someone basically details LiveJournal Social Etiquette (holy grail. to me), and it's actually really interesting to see just how much the concept of tumblr as like, a communal social space, and our modern ideas of "mutual"-hood, and just like, the deeply community-oriented netview (worldview but regarding the internet) of this website seems to echo the environment of lj in its heyday.

like, i've been doing research abt lj out of personal curiosity for quite a while now (if any of you were there, gandalf, pls tell me abt it), and at first it just seemed like such a foreign concept to me. what were the social rules? how did people congregate? how did they form, like, their webs?

but the more i uncover via (not-asking-people-directly-because-if-i-initiate-social-interaction-i-will-wither-into-a-prune) general internet spelunking, the more i've come to realize that like many aspects of humanity, the more things change, the more they will also remain the same. and i just think that's so terribly endearing

#one of the bullet points on this post is like. 'hey. do NOT do custom formatting in your comments just for aesthetics'#(i presume this is referring to using in-line css for formatting text in a comment; like making sure it shows up as a specific color)#but it also talks abt not using special fonts (i presume using unicode) n specifically says a lot of this stuff is ass for screen readers #n other stuff that you hear people discussing a lot here on THIS website n i'm like 'OH. #he went to the eye doctors for the first time in forever bc his old ass glasses finally broke #and he comes back like we’re gonna have to find a new eye doctor 😤#apparently he signed to get a contact exam that they ended up not doing bc they were like oh no your contacts are fine #but they still wanted to charge 50 dollars bc he signed the paper. which like yes is fucked up #but we have literally been going to the same doctor for like 15 years and have never had a problem before #and in saying that. im sure if u actually talked to the doctor and not the front desk ppl it would be taken care of #and you dont have to write a dramatic note like THANKS FOR EVERYTHING BUT YOUVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!!! 😡😡😡#so like. sorry dude but i think your wife who actually keeps up with her yearly exams is NOT doing that. lol

“oh they’re not taking away chronological dashboard, well everything’s okay then” they also said in the post they’re making reblogs collapsed (like comments on twitter) so you won’t see the full conversation in a post. they also won’t get rid of tumblr live despite it being an annoying and cancerous data-miner that isn’t legal in much of the world. they won’t even let you opt out of tumblr live for more than seven days. they implemented a terrible photo viewer that mimics tiktok and makes it so you can’t zoom in on images. they took away the ability to view prev tags. they’re making it so you have to sign in with your email to view almost any thing on tumblr. they’ve already made it so you have to sign in to send asks, even on anon. they’re slowly phasing out custom blog themes.

the things that make tumblr at all usable and favored by us-- the older web blog features, the anonymity-- that is still being taken away. it HAS been being taken away for some time now. i am urging you people to reveiwbomb the tumblr app. force them to acknowledge that users do not like these changes.
