Fresh Freehand Custom Scaffold. I was unsure I could do this due to the complexity of this ear and it's curves, this jewellery is made entirely of Titanium, and is created to fit the customers ear exactly, it's also made while they wait, so you might wonder what's so hard blending Titanium let alone making it fit a customers ear, well your notice that the big issue is pressure and swelling, you need to keep the metal from exerting opposite pressures on the ear when the swelling kicking in, as well as rubbing the tissue, factoring the way the cartilage curves and all it's contours, the ball when you look closely sits perfectly withing the gully or groove of the cartilage, otherwise when movement caused by talking or swelling will cause the bar to cut into the ear. The Jewellery is modular, this means if the swelling exceeds the bars gap from the ear it can be unscrewed to relieve the pressure and still keep the piercing, then when the swelling has gone down enough the bar can be reassembled. The reason I started making these was for those that could not have a traditional scaffold piercing and to keep the price low enough that the customer and myself was happy, plus I really love a challenge.
