Uninstalling and re-installing cyber engine tweaks as I still can't add items with the console commands so maybe just wholesale removing it and then putting it back will do the trick.

i’m trying to download the virtual atielier (?) thingie where you can get clothes on the computer and i want to start doing more photomode stuff but i don’t know where to start or how to do it manually without breaking the game.

i’ve mastered doing the hair and cosmetic mods but things like archive xl and all that fun stuff is really hard to do 😞

so for photomode stuff, I am going to direct you to where *I* learned photomode stuff and that would be wench's amazing faq/resources and tutorial. 15/10, incredibly easy to understand and so well done.

as for the virtual atelier, it is 100% one of the more complicated mods out there...*hopefully* this mini tutorial is helpful, I'll pop it under the cut!

So if we go to the mod page and head over to the files tab, we will see two files.

Personally, I have the full version installed, but where you're just starting out I think beginning with the basic version is a good idea! There is just less to it. So, we choose Manual Download and get this pop up

These are all of the mods dependencies- it won't work without them! And some of these have dependencies as well, so we need to make sure we are downloading *all* of them. It looks very daunting, and it will take a bit of time, but alas, those are the perils of modding. Luckily, downloading it all is the most obnoxious task (imo), so it will be much quicker once it's all done.

So, now that we have everything downloaded at last, let's install them! (the process is the same for all) I'll just use the atelier for this example.

We open the atelier's .zip file and see this

We will have to navigate to the main Cyberpunk folder, which should be under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077 (assuming you are using Steam), and it should look like this

And from here, what I do, is literally just drag the contents of the .zip file into this main folder. And that's it :) Now you will have to do it with the rest of the mods you downloaded and the atelier should show up on your character's computer at their apartment.

When you're downloading clothing items for the atelier, some modders will have a store, others will not. The difference here is that if there is a store available, you will be able to buy the items from the computer. If there is no store available, you will just have to paste the codes into Cyber Engine Tweaks. Installing the clothing items/stores are exactly the same as installing anything else manually- just drag & drop!
