Hi everyone! I'm not entirely sure who here overlaps with my AO3 but for the sake of everyone and myself here's a little announcement/update thingy.

First up: I worked full time all summer and had my energy drained constantly by tourists so I would like to apologize for not being as active as I would have liked to been.

Second up: My last work was published a month ago. I am not leaving nor did I disappear off the face of the earth. I have simply thrown myself into focusing solely on my two Kinktober series for this year. It demands a lot of my attention and I am trying to take as much stress off myself as I possibly can.

The Kinktobers will be published on schedule on October first. Hopefully they will all be up sometime in the late afternoon, probably around 6pm every day.

Thank you all so much for reading my works and supporting me. I appreciate it more than you know!

I’m not sure if this one counts considering neither character (indeed none of the listed characters) plays for the Bruins anymore, but the grimy, seedy, small town sense of desperation and the concrete slice-of-life observations are so wonderfully evoked, you feel Springfield Massachusetts like fungus growing under your fingernails. I recommend listening to “Coattails” by Broods as a soundtrack while reading this.

The throughline of aching to return to Boston guts me, it's the perfect theme to use in an AU because it's such a central part of the 'being traded away from a team that you considered home' experience, so it really carries over perfectly.

Penicillin by Aaron_The_8th_Demon || marcheron || 6,180 words || reccer's notes: Post-apocalyptic marcheron au featuring the Bruins as a group of firefighters trying to survive the plague. (Think of a Fallout 4 mission where you’re running around Boston frantically trying to save your infected colleague from dying before you can tell him you love him.) The climactic resolution is handled so tenderly and naturally, so in-character and with so little fuss, it fills me with utter joy every time.

na wie ist die Lage bezüglich des heutigen Göttingen Tatorts?👀👀

tja 😅 ich weiß ich bin der resident Tatort Göttingen Fan auf dieser Webseite, aber ich hab ihn noch nicht gesehen 😅 hab nämlich mit @mondfahrt ausgemacht, dass wir ihn nächste Woche zusammen gucken, sie ist ja der andere resident Tatort Göttingen Fan auf dieser Webseite. Und auch überhaupt. Hab manchmal das Gefühl, sie und ich sind das Fandom für dieses Team und das wars 🙈

Anyway, so oder so ist es kein Tag zum Feiern, weil es das letzte Mal sein wird, dass meine Lieblingsmilfs zusammen sind 😔 All das Potential, nur fünf Fälle in sechs Jahren, unerklärlich lange Wartezeiten auf jede Folge, teilweise echt grottiges Writing, und wofür? Dass Lindholm jetzt wieder ihren eigenen Kram macht 😔

Vielleicht schreib ich ja noch irgendwann meine Fanfic-Reihe fertig, damit es wenigstens irgendwo ein Happy End für die beiden (oder auch die drei, Grüße an Daniel Donskoy gehen raus!) gibt? Wer weiß. Dafür bräuchte ich Zeit, Energie UND Inspiration, und das klingt doch eher mal bisschen unrealistisch 😅
