Seas of Paleness
How much grief have these shores absorbed that turned gray from the touch of the cold wind? From how many tears is the canvas of this sea woven? The grieving trees are bent, the waves sharpen their roots. Dark silhouettes of ghosts repeat these strange curves...

To break up the montony of anons with emojis rn, what is one of ur headcanons about the spring court! Cultural or like geographic is fine
-🎨
Finally! A nice person!
My favourite headcanon about the Spring Court is that it sticks to the traditional trickery of the Fae. If you walk down a path it will twist and turn and you’ll find yourself either right back where you started or so deep into the forests you can never get back out.
And if the woods don’t accept your presence they will drag you into the earth and make your body a home for roots and blooms.
Overall the woods are very alive and have their own personality which can be pleased. Its inhabited by long dead warriors and old god like figured and dead High lords. A lot of Fae will give sacrifices to the woods which can consist of coins, rocks, flower crowns and statues. There are portals within the forests that take the form of circular natural constructions. Like tall roots that form an arch, and fairy rings can be found in the woods!
Hope you liked this one!
