Jason–Jason’s a little twitchy, though, and needs to leave before it gets any worse. Before anything happens. Before . . . 

He just–needs to leave. 

Also, it probably is past midnight. Like–he’s a little bit lost his sense of time, after all–that, but even if it weren’t this late, that doesn’t mean he’d wanna hang around and have to live with the embarrassment of everything he did tonight and the way he acted for it while it’s all still fresh in both his and Tim’s minds.
