Если салат помидоры-помидоры надоел, а чем разнообразить меню - непонятно, можно разнообразить любимый салат интересными заправками!!! РЕЦЕПТЫ НАТУРАЛЬНЫХ (без термообработки) СОУСОВ НА ЛЮБОЙ ВКУС 1. Соус песто из петрушки Ингредиенты: 3 чашки — свежая петрушка без стеблей 200 гр — орехи кешью или миндаль 50 мл — оливковое масло 1/2 чашки — нарезанный зеленый лук 3 ст. ложки — лимонный сок 4 зубчика — чеснок 1/2 ч. ложки — соль 1/2 ч. ложки — молотый перец Приготовление: 1. Все ингредиенты смешать в блендере или кухонном комбайне до получения однородной массы желаемой консистенции. (Если вы не уверены, что ваш блендер настолько мощный, чтобы справиться с орехами, замочите их на час в воде перед приготовлением соуса). 2. Соус можно есть с хлебцами, использовать в качестве соуса для пиццы и с любым блюдом. Хранить до 7 дней в герметичном контейнере или до момента, когда он приобретёт коричневый оттенок. 2. Острый соус из кабачков и лука Ингредиенты: 3 средних кабачка (очищенных и нарезанных на кубики, примерно 2 чашки) или цукини 1 пучок лука-шалота или зеленого лука (примерно на 1\2 чашки) 1 чашки сырого кунжута 2-3 ст. ложки органического оливкового масла первого отжима сок 1 среднего лимона 2 чесночных зубчика 1 ч. ложка морской соли или вашей любимой травяной салатной приправы 1 ч. ложки кайенского перца (или 1 для менее острого вкуса) Приготовление: Поместите кабачки, лук, кунжут, масло, лимонный сок, чеснок, соль и кайенский перец в кухонный комбайн и взбивайте примерно 60 секунд, пока масса не станет плотной и мягкой. Хранить смесь в плотно закрывающемся контейнере не более недели. Рассчитано примерно на 2 чашки. 3. Техасский соус Танго из томата с перцем Ингредиенты: 2 чашки порубленных помидоров 1 средний желтый перец (без семечек, нашинкованный) 1 средний перчик халапеньо (без семян, мелко покрошенный) 1 зубчик чеснока (раздавленный) 1 чашки листьев кориандра 1 чашки кукурузных зерен 1 ст. ложка сока лайма 1 ч. ложки тертого тмина 1 ч. ложки свежемолотого черного перца Приготовление: 1. Смешайте помидоры, лук, желтый перец, халапеньо и чеснок в средней миске. Тонко нарежьте листья кориандра. Добавьте их и кукурузные зерна к томатной смеси. 2. Смешайте сок лайма с тмином, солью и черным перцем в маленькой миске. Хорошо перемешайте и добавьте к томатной смеси. Тщательно перемешивайте большой ложкой. 3. Хранить в плотно закрывающемся контейнере в холодильнике не более 5 дней. Рассчитано примерно на 4 чашки. 4. Домашний майонез без консервантов Ингредиенты: сырые семечки подсолнечника – 1 стакан; сухая горчица (продаётся в аптеке) – 1 столовая л.; чёрный перец (обязательно свежий молотый) – по вкусу; соль (лучше морская) – по вкусу; чеснок — по желанию. Приготовление: Всё это тщательно взбиваете в блендере до густой однородной массы. Пробуете на соль и остроту, можете добавить по вкусу недостающие на ваш взгляд компоненты. Домашний натуральный майонез готов. Добавляйте его в любой салат и наслаждайтесь. Вкусно и полезно! 5. "Сметанный" соус Ингредиенты: 2 чашки кешью орехов, предварительно замоченных на ночь (примерно от 6 до 8 часов) 2 ст.л. и 1 ч.л. лимонного сока щепотка соли около 1 стакана воды Приготовление: Смешайте в кухонном комбайне кешью с соком лимона и солью до образования густой пасты. Это займет около 2-х минут. Очистите дно и стороны вашего кухонного комбайна. Медленно добавьте воду. Начните с 1/4 чашки в течение 1 минуты, а затем продолжайте вливать воду до получения пюреобразной консистенции. После того, как сметанный соус охладится, он приобретет более плотную текстуру. 6. Соус из тахини с куркумой Ингредиенты: 1/4 чашки сырого соуса тахини (рекомендуется бренд Dastony) 1/4 чашки воды 1 чайная ложка куркумуы Приготовление: Соедините все компоненты соуса в блендере и хорошенько смешайте. Переместите содержимое в банку и поставьте на некоторое время (около часа) в холодильник. Заправляйте ваш овощной салат. 7. The Recipe Raw Superfood Mint Chip ShakeServes 1Ingredients 1.5 frozen banana3/4 cup ice 1 cup plant milk 1 Tbs Dastony stone ground raw cashew butter Handful baby spinach 1/2 tsp green powder - we used Amazing Grass Supergreens mix but use your fave! 1/4 tsp vanilla 1 drop therapeutic grade peppermint essential oil, or 1/8 tsp organic peppermint extract 1 Rawmio mint Essentials bar chopped 1 tsp Rawmio cacao nibs for extra crunch Steps 1. Blend all ingredients except raw chocolate and cacao nibs until smooth. 2. Once blended, add in your cacao nibs and chocolate chunks and blend again briefly for a mint chip effect. Enjoy!
The ingredients for this one are kind of expensive or hard to find, so think of it as inspiration. Fresh mint leaves would be cheaper and easier to find than essential oils.

Randomized clinical trials have shown that almonds can lower your cholesterol. One study published by researchers at Penn State University looked at cholesterol levels, another strong indicator of cardiovascular disease risk (2).
The study randomized nearly fifty people into two groups, one of which consumed 1.5 ounces of almonds per day as a snack in addition to their usual diet, while the other consumed a muffin with an equal amount of calories. This continued for six weeks, after which the groups were switched.
The researchers found that cholesterol, particularly LDL or “bad” cholesterol, was reduced when the subjects were eating almonds instead of the muffin snack. Interestingly, the researchers also found that almonds were associated with a reduction in body fat stored in the abdomen, indicating that almonds may have a more general positive metabolic effect.
Almonds can improve blood sugar control in people with prediabetes. Prediabetes, which is characterized by high blood sugar and poor insulin, affects millions of people, so a team of researchers in New Jersey decided to investigate whether almonds could improve prediabetes (3).
Their rationale was based on results from observational studies, which indicated a possible link between almond consumption and better blood sugar control.
Their study was quite intensive: subjects with prediabetes were split into a control group, which followed the American Diabetes Association recommended diet, and an experimental group, which followed the same diet except that 20% of the calories were replaced with almonds. Both groups were followed over the course of 16 weeks.
The researchers reported that the almond-rich diet had greater improvements in their insulin sensitivity as well as lowered LDL cholesterol.

This finding makes the long term health benefits of almonds even more attractive, as their high energy density won’t have negative consequences for weight gain.
