Tracking Jensen's micro-expressions in this scene reflecting Dean's thoughts as he tries to justify killing himself to Castiel makes me wanna dunk my head into my koi pond. Dean is like "😌🙂" but Castiel is all "no you're wrong 😤🫵" and then "so this goodbye? 🥺💔 " and then Dean goes from "😠😤🫵‼️" to "😰😟🥺😔" in a span of two seconds. when @strawlessandbraless is making you watch all of SPN (but it's been out for years so you know the ending), yet she's the main source of SPN spoilers cause her blog is too powerful.

Destiel was so powerful by season 9 they honestly didn’t have any other choice than to force Dean to send Castiel away from both him and the bunker.

I mean, a human Cas in the bunker with Dean as his guide would have been so intimate. He’d have learned quickly from Dean how to feed his hungers, whether it was with food, a fight, or a fuck.

Cas safe and human and finally staying put. All of a sudden always within arms reach & dressed in Dean’s clothes. There’s no way they wouldn’t have gotten to know each other in the biblical sense.

The way Dean and Castiel's first interaction inside the bunker is Dean telling Cas off because Cas didn't trust Dean with the angel tablet (after Dean said 'I need you' but anyways) and their last interaction inside the bunker is Castiel confessing his love for Dean.

so recently i was trying to talk to one of my classmates about everything happening online with destiel. and before i could even explain *what* was happening, just mentioning destiel she goes, “YEAH ITS DISGUSTING RIGHT?!? can’t believe those fans still trying to pair them together. ITS NOT CANON. ITS NEVER BEEN CANON.” and so im standing there like “...haha...yeahhh...so grosss...bleh...i hate men...men kissing? boooo”

And he would have walked up towards where Sam and Dean were sitting under an umbrella and we would have had a shot of Dean spotting him and whipping off his sunglasses with his mouth open and sitting up and hitting Sam repeatedly in the chest to make him look

And Cas would have stopped in front of them and said ‘oh there you are. Why are you just sitting here? I thought the point of the beach was to swim’ and Sam would have been completely normal and chill like ‘oh I brought a book to read instead but I might hit the waves later’

Meanwhile Dean would have still been sitting there with his mouth open and Cas would have been like ‘Dean’ and Dean would have said something like ‘dUDE wHY are you SO-’ and then just gestured wildly at Cas and still failed to close his fucking mouth

Cue plot related interruption

Then later in the episode we’d have had a hot girl in a bikini walk past and we would have gotten Dean whipping off his sunglasses and hitting Sam repeatedly in the chest with his mouth open-

They couldn't have done a beach episode of Supernatural because there's no way Dean wouldn't have insisted that Cas has to take off his suit and wear swim shorts to "blend in" and Dean has to lend him a pair of his own and then he stares at him like he's water in a desert when he does the whole "how do I look?" thing while Dean's overcompensating for having his entire mind blown to pieces by all the bare skin by loudly saying some silly pop culture reference thinking he's showing that he's having a totally normal reaction to this totally normal thing happening even though Sam is next to him like ? Are you okay???

anyway it would have been impossible for it to be anything but Very Gay.
