Tanjiro AgeRe Headcanons

Tanjiro is a flip!

-Tanjiro's regression age is 0-3! He a lil guy!

-Tanjiro is a flip with no lean!

-Tanjiro's primary caregiver(s) are Zenitsu and formerly Kie Kamado! Shinobu is his pediatrician!

-Tanjiro rarely gets to regress due to the high demand of the Slayer Corps, Zenitsu went to Shinobu who then went to the master and asked for a day or two off for Tanjiro so he could regress for a little, the master was happy to oblige.

-Tanjiro is a very well behaved kiddo, a very clingy baby though, he's almost always clinging onto Zenitsu and/or Nezuko.

-Tanjiro is a padded kiddo, all the stress and the injuries sustained in all the fighting made his bladder weaken. Shinobu made some decorated Diaper pins for him so he wasn't as embarrassed.

-Inosuke is a surprisingly amazing babysitter! Tanjiro is always well taken care of and often a little a lot spoiled. Inosuke absolutely loves babysitting! He always offers if given the chance. Inosuke loves taking his little underling on supervised walks through the forset, Tanjiro and Inosuke will pick up anything they think looks cool/pretty—dw Inosuke won't let Tanjiro grab anything that could hurt him—and after the walk, they'll happily show off all the pretty things they found to Zenitsu, Nezuko, Shinobu, anyone who has the ability to be shown! Tanjiro will pick specific items with the intention to gift them to specific people!

-One time, Muzan found Tanjiro while he was little. Thankfully Muzan isn't heartless and lead the little guy back to were he came from, disappearing before he was even noticed. Muzan doesn't allow any demon to attack anyone when regressed or their caregiver(s). Even the King of Demons as standards!

-Tanjiro's pacifier is green and pink! He picked it because the pink was the same shade as Nezuko's kimono!

-Tanjiro has been babysat by every Hashira at least once, yes even Obanai and Sanemi. Tanjiro calls them his uncles and Aunties! (Yes Gyomei cried when lil Tanjiro first called him uncle Mei-Mei)

-Tanjiro has limited speech, often using nicknames or poor attempts at peoples names, he's really trying though! People just have hard names!

-Tanjiro has one stuffed fox he takes literally everywhere. It's a baby toy Tanjuro made him. Lil guy is a papa's boy. Tanjiro absolutely refuses to sleep alone. He can and will cry until he passes out if left alone. Zenitsu once had to leave for an emergency during one of Tanjiro's naps, the poor thing started crying when he woke up and his Papa was gone. Lil man thought Zenitsu didn't love him anymore! (I just made myself sad) Tanjiro got a ton of cuddles that night, Obanai even let Tanjiro play with Kaburamaru that night! (Obi is wrapped around Tanjiro's finger. All the Hashira are.)

-Tanjiro's primary littles are Muichirou and Senjuro!

-Tanjiro loves spoiling his kiddos! He has a sticker board set up for his littles. Each day they're good, they get a sticker, if they get seven stickers in a row, they get a new toy!

-Tanjiro is an amazing bedtime storyteller! He can make up stories on the spot, or he can add a unique flare to classics! Tanjiro's kiddos love bedtime for this reason!

Cg Sabito/Little Giyuu

"I have someone that I want you all to meet." Was the first thing that  Ubuyashiki said when the Hashira meeting started. "You may come out now." Ubuyashiki called to whoever it was that he wanted the Hashira to meet. The person who stepped out head peach coloured hair that was tied up in a ponytail and his eyes were lavender.

"This is Sabito." Ubuyashiki introduced. Sabito waved at all of them, smiling. All the Hashira greeted back in their own ways. All but one. Giyuu was staring at Sabito, eyes wide in shock. The person standing in front of him was supposed to be dead. And if he wasn't dead, then where had he been for all these years?

Sabito's gaze finally fell on Giyuu, and his gaze softened. "Hello, Giyuu." Sabito said, voice gentle. All the other Hashira whipped around to look at Giyuu, wondering how this strange knew person knew him.  

Giyuu continued to stare at Sabito, tears gathering in his eyes, ignoring all the eyes on him. "S-Sabi..." Giyuu trailed off. Sabito went over to where Giyuu was, pulling him into a hug which Giyuu collapsed into, Sabito being the only thing that kept him standing upright. The tears spilt, and Giyuu started to sob. "Sabi." He cried. "Shh, it's alright, I'm here." Sabito consoled him.

As Giyuu calmed down he still did not let go of Sabito, so Sabito just scooped Giyuu up so that he was now carrying him. Sabito faced the remaining Hashira, who had all been watching the interaction and were now left staring at them. "Please excuse us." Sabito addressed Ubuyashiki with a calm, closed eyed smile. "Of course, my child." Ubuyashiki stated. Sabito nodded and walked out, carrying Giyuu who had fallen asleep in Sabito's arms. 

Sabito took Giyuu back to the Water Estate, and once they got there, Sabito took Giyuu inside. Going over to the couch, Sabito tried to put Giyuu down on the couch, but when Sabito tried letting go of Giyuu, Giyuu clung onto him. "Nu!" Giyuu complained.

"Okay, okay." Sabito soothed, standing back up, Giyuu back in his hold. Giyuu clung onto him tighter, scared that Sabito would attempt to put him down again, which Sabito noticed. Hey, I'm not going to let go of you if you don't want me to." Sabito told him. Sabi pomise?" Giyuu asked, staring at Sabito with round eyes. "I promise." Sabito said, placing a kiss on the top of Giyuu's head. "Mkay." Giyuu sighed quietly, eyes fluttering closed as he once again fell asleep.

Sabito cooed at how cute Giyuu was being. He missed this. He really missed this. He had been Giyuu's caregiver before he disappeared for a few years. Sabito really did regret leaving Giyuu, but at the time he didn't think Giyuu would want to see him after supposedly sacrificing himself and abandoning Giyuu, but now he saw how wrong he was, and he was going to do anything in his power to make it up to Giyuu.

Tanjiro cannot be near a store that has any type of scent to save his life everywhere he goes he’s mindful to stay away from soap stores

Inosuke canonly doesn’t wear shirts properly because they feel uncomfortable so all of his fabrics are a soft texture so he doesn’t start breaking everything in his room

Genya will not eat anything new unless he has had an amazing day and he’s heard good things about said food because the texture and taste of things would make him start punching things

A little angsty request Muichiro regresses and thinks Obanai is Yuichiro

Didn’t do it tooo angsty but I hope it’s still good (and added Mitsuri bc I felt it pushed things along better).

“He won’t let me put him down.” Iguro had been holding Muichiro for at least an hour at this point. As a demon slayer he had the strength to do so but somehow it was still tiring. Iguro wanted to go lie down for a bit or simply have some time to himself.

“Maybe he’s hungry,” Mitsuri suggested. She was clearly worried. Usually the younger hashira clinged to the woman. They could hardly be separated. For Tokito to barely have any interest in her was a sign something was wrong, except the boy seemed perfectly happy. “I’ll get some fruit for us!”

She disappears and still Muichiro barely blinks. He happily nuzzles Obanai’s chest and pulls at his hair. The one or two pieces that are a little longer are easy to grasp. The younger boy seems a little spacier than usual. In between soft kisses and tight hugs he stares at Iguro’s face with a strange look on his face. Then he blinks rapidly a few times and goes back to being more active.

The few times Kanroji had tried to take him into her hands Tokito had almost immediately burst into tears. His face screwed up and the boy gripped Iguro’s haori like a lifeline. Normally he’d be treating Kanroji like that.

At least in the older slayers arms he wasn’t complaining or squirming around much. Though it didn’t seem like the boy would be falling asleep any time soon either.

“We had peaches! I cut them up really small so Mui-kun doesn’t have trouble eating them.”

“He can eat regular slices just fine.”

“It’s better this way! He’s my baby and I’ll treat him like one.” Kanroji sat beside Iguro and waved a small peach cube in the young boys face. Muichiro huffed and turned back into Obanai’s chest. Immediately Mitsuri wilts.

“Do you think he hates me?” The woman sounds nearly hysterical. Tears build in her eyes.

“He doesn’t.” Iguro almost growls. He refuses to think that anyone could even dislike Mitsuri. “Don’t you want your mama?” This time he directs the words towards Tokito. It’s rare they use such familiar words, ones like mother and father. Obanai hopes it’ll remind the younger slayer who cares for him most.

“Bubber.” The words are utter nonsense but Muichiro speaks the words a few times over while he nuzzles any part of Iguro he can reach.

“What is he saying?” Mitsuri manages to stop her tears for a few minutes. “Do you have a little nickname for Iguro-kun?” She pokes his cheek and at the very least he doesn’t whine at all.

Muichiro takes a deep breath. “Brud-bur.” He focuses very hard when speaker. One of his small hands tugs at Obanai’s hair again. The older man still looks confused.

Kanroji has gone very quiet. She looks sad again but not for herself. Leaning in close to Iguro she speaks very softly, “I think he’s saying brother.”

Suddenly he doesn’t care so much about having to coddle the young boy.

Here is a scene from a KnY Classification AU that I will Never Ever finish lol:

“Wait, stop!” Kyojuro throws himself between Sanemi and the box. “Sanemi, stop! Don’t you sense that she’s Little?”

“Demons can’t be Littles,” Sanemi spits. “It’s trying to trick you.”

“How would she even do that?” Tengen rolls his eyes. “That makes no sense. You can’t trick Caregiver instincts into activating.”

“They can be wrong,” Sanemi insists in a growl.

“Yours, maybe,” Tengen mutters.

“We should wait until the Master arrives before we make any hasty decisions,” Kyojuro says pointedly.

“Let me…” Tanjiro frantically struggles to get up. “Let me…please, give me the box.”

Kyojuro turns to look at Tanjiro and nods, picking up Nezuko’s box and bringing it to him.

“Thank you,” Tanjiro breathes, resting his head on the top of it. “Where…where are my other Littles?”

“All surviving Corps members are currently recovering at my estate,” Shinobu says.

“But I don’t…” Tanjiro swallows. “I don’t know if they survived.”

“Your bond marks would have scarred if your Littles died,” Gyomei tells him. Tanjiro notices a few scarred bond marks on his arm where his sleeve isn’t covering it and wonders how many there are.

“Well…I’m only bonded to one of them,” Tanjiro says quietly. “And even then it’s very weak. My Littles are…rather difficult. I’ve only been caring for them for a few months.”

“Ah. I understand completely!” Kyojuro laughs, looking at his three Littles. “Mitsuri and I were bonded in a matter of days, but my boys sure didn’t make it easy for me!” Giyuu and Obanai both blush and look away.

“One of them always wears a boar hide, and the other has bright yellow hair,” Tanjiro says.

“Ah, yes, those two are both safe and sound,” Shinobu smiles. “They’re expected to make full recoveries.”

Tanjiro breathes a sigh of relief. “Oh. There is…there’s another Little in the Corps who I met during Final Selection but was even less agreeable than Zenitsu. I’ve been worried about him, though. Do you happen to know the status of a Corps member named Shinazugawa Genya?”

Sanemi’s head snaps up at the sound of the name, and the other Corps members all slowly turn to look at him.

“Your brother’s a Little?” Tengen demands. “And you just abandoned him?”

“He’s not!” Sanemi snaps.

“Your brother’s a Little and you didn’t even know?” Tengen’s fuming, fingers twitching by the handles of his blades like he’s thinking about pulling them out and killing him right there and then. “You’re the saddest excuse for a Caregiver I’ve ever met! You don’t have the instincts at all, you don’t know how to handle the kids when they’re regressed, you’re not even supposed to be able to hurt Littles, and you almost stabbed one just now!”

“Genya’s not a Little! He never presented!”

Cg kokushibo and little muzan where when muzan regressed just won't leave kokushibo alone and wants to be with him all the time/basically very clingy but it's okay because muzan is an adorable sweetheart?

Cg Kokushibo/Little Muzan

Muzan had been very clingy towards Kokushibo, not letting him go anywhere without carrying Muzan or at least holing his hand. It wasn't annoying to Kokushibo in the slightest, though. He actually found it sweet and enduring how Muzan wanted to constantly be with him everywhere he went.

"Hey, Little Bird, I need to go to the kitchen." Kokushibo told Muzan. Muzan was sitting on the floor, leaning against Kokushibo's leg, so Kokushibo was unable to move if Muzan didn't let him. "Nu." Muzan refused, shaking his head with a pout.

"Hmm..." Kokushibo thought for a while. "How about I carry you with me?" Kokushibo compromised. "Ok!" Muzan readily agreed. He shifted away from Kokushibo's leg to allow him to get up before holding his arms out towards Kokushibo, who scooped Muzan up, settling him on his hip before going to the kitchen.

When he got there, he started to prepare food for them, which was harder than normal as he was holding a clingy toddler in his grasp. By the time Kokushibo was done cooking, Muzan had begun chewing in his shirt. "Don't do that. It's not good for you." Kokushibo gently told him, easing the fabric out of Muzan's mouth. "Have some of this instead." He said, giving Muzan some food.

Muzan took it, eating it as he leaned his head against Kokushibo's shoulder. Kokushibo carried Muzan, along with the food back to the couch. Sitting down, he settled Muzan onto his lap, starting to feed him the food as well as eating some himself. After it was all done, Muzan let out a satisfied hum, snuggling against Kokushibo, closing his eyes, and drifting off to sleep.

I didn’t include Obanai or Sanemi as I struggled to come up with any ideas for them for the longest time so sorry about that :<

~~~

~Giyu sticking super close to whoever his partner is

~By the time the mission is over and he’s assured that they are safe he just clings.

~Refuses to let go because that was really scary and he saw his life flash before his eyes at least three times and the urge to cry is overwhelming

~Whoever he’s partnered with better not expect to be going home alone. Because the baby is either going with them or they are going to have to drop him off at the water estate and try and get him to stay there by himself (spoiler alert it’s not happening)

~Gyomei wouldn’t regress on a mission, but rather on the return trip

~Reporting back to master Kagaya and getting to lay his head in his lap afterwards having to take on the pressure and expectation that comes with the title of strongest Hashira

~Tengen would probably be really good with masking. There’s something off and he slips up a bit in his bravado, but it’s hard to tell the difference between him feeling small or being big

~Unless he’s paired with Rengoku or Giyu

~Then it’s complete baby mode.

~He trusts them too much and feels too safe around them

~The fussiest little thing

~Throwing a fit over the fact that they have to travel, that they can’t sleep in their own beds/have to camp out, over the stupid demon they have to hunt down when all he wants to be home with his wives playing.

~Muichiro just growing extra quite, going up to his fellow Pillar, tugging on their uniform and muttering “feel small”

~That’s about it

~He finishes the job and then crashes afterwards.

~Probably takes him a few days after the mission to return to his normal headspace

~Shinobu would end up really upset from trying not to regress and irritable

~Shinobu’s partner being like

“do you want to maybe hang back, I can finish this by mysel-“

“No!”

~Another one who would need a couple days after to regain her composure after the stress of a mission

~Mitsuri wanting to be carried once the fight is over.

~She fought hard therefore her payment shall now be good food and snuggles

~Rengoku being small during a mission is the same as giving a feral toddler scissors and letting them run around unsupervised

~Both the demons and his fellow slayers fear for their lives

~But he’s so proud once the mission is complete going up to whoever he’s paired with and being like “did ya see dat?! Did ya?!”
