look at you.
I can’t tell you how often I’ve thought about your big, beautiful eyes, staring up at me, watching your pretty lips follow every curve of mine. how warm and soft your tongue would feel, how pretty your hand would look wrapped around me. sometimes I imagine that you’d swallow every last drop– the moans you’d make as I fill up your mouth, the way you’d keep stroking until you’ve got every last drop.
other times, I think about pulling you up, only to throw you over the arm of your living room couch. I think about kicking your ankles out from under you so the only thing stopping you from falling into or off the couch is the grip I have on your waist from behind.
or I think about returning the pleasure you gave me. picking you up and carrying you to your bed, only to leave a trail of kisses all the way down your body. I think about throwing your legs over my shoulders, wrapping my arms around each leg up by your waist, and just pulling you closer to my face so that when the time comes that you can’t take it anymore, you have absolutely nowhere to go.
your moans and whimpers would be so pretty, begging me not to stop, telling me how good it feels, hearing my name leave your lips and fill the air over and over again.

Hey, I keep seeing this thing where describers make "additional IDs" to already described posts. Knock that shit off. The extra reblogs and formatting is a mess for both sighted and blind users, and it's more confusing than just describing something yourself.
If you don't like a description or find it insufficient, write your own and put it in a new reblog. Cleaner, easier, and more accessible for everyone. If you're already describing posts, just describe them in a way you like. Description is subjective, and people who need or use IDs can choose which IDs they prefer from a large mass of people doing this work.
Having multiple IDs to choose from on each post is a boon! Having a mess of IDs and Addendums and whole Dialogue Trees of Description sucks shit and I stand firmly against it.
If someone adds an Additional ID to my posts, that person will be blocked. The process renders posts less accessible.

Any tips on describing clothes?
Not just the fabric’s texture, but every little detail.
Should I just add a picture and then call it a day?
Should I get a better understanding of what exactly are those neckline, fabric, color, ombré, etc.?
This is a struggle I have on describing hairstyles too. If I say “short brown hair” how the reader envisions it might be completely different from what I imagined. And it doesn’t help that I don’t know anything about art and therefore can’t put my imagination down on paper/screen.
Hi! This is a great question. I don't really have an answer, BUT maybe this post that I found from @all-that-you-can-draw about clothing details will help?
It seems that it was meant as a drawing prompt, but it might help with writing too?
EDIT: They also have this post about hair!
(Also, just so y'all know, I'm much more likely to respond to not-anonymous asks or private messages!)

MEET THE MAIN CAST FROM THE 2.0-VERSE!
SEVILLE FAMILY
Alvin 2.0 is a spunky, zany, unconventional genius who loves to use his creativity and intelligence to solve problems and make life easier for those he cares about. He’s a hipster with a flare for music, sports, and science. While he sometimes causes his fair share of trouble, he makes up for it with a little bit of talent and a whole lotta heart.
Simon is a meticulously organized child prodigy who feels like it’s his job to protect those he loves at any cost. He’s a buttoned up, sensible, and sarcastic aspiring scientist. Simon has a tendency to bottle up his emotions and usually feels incredibly misunderstood. When he lets his walls down, everyone gets to see the soft and compassionate person underneath.
Theodore is a sweet, creative, and generous kid who is very interested in the culinary arts. He prioritizes helping others and being kind above all else. Don’t let his childish interests fool you. Theodore knows how to take charge and make mature and tough decisions when the situation calls for it.
Dave is the always frazzled songwriter and main caretaker of the family. He’s dependable, a workaholic, and somewhat overbearing at times. Dave struggles managing his anger and can be extremely forgetful due to the amount of stress he’s under. Despite his shortcomings, he loves his kids and would do anything for them.
CHIPETTES
Brittany is a confident fashionista who is as mentally stubborn as she is physically strong. Brittany will cause drama wherever she goes whether it’s by accident or on purpose. She loves to gossip and shop, and though bratty, she still has a soft spot for her family and friends. She’s fiercely protective of her sisters and is convinced she always knows what’s best for them.
Jeanette is an eccentric girl with her head in the clouds. She’s an outspoken animal activist and environmentalist. She loves to write stories and is prone to frequent misunderstandings. Jeanette believes in everyone and everything. According to her, the world is a magical place full of wonder and enlightenment. Weirdo power!
Unfairly overlooked, Eleanor is a multitalented, ambitious, and mysterious athlete. She’s an action girl that’s always ready to take a stand to fight for what she believes in. Eleanor can be a little nosy sometimes and often uses her ability to go unnoticed to sneak into places she shouldn’t. Still, she recognizes when she’s gone too far and is quick to make amends with those she’s hurt or terrified.

food adjectives & tips for describing food
@writingwithacutlass on instagram <3
source: masterclass
i don’t know about you but i think describing food is so fun! the goal is to try and make readers hungry while reading :) these tips could be applied to food scenes in your writing, but are especially helpful if you write recipes for blogs or magazines. for whatever purpose you use these tips, i hope they’re helpful!
be specific
there are a lot of food words that are vague or general, like “delicious,” “yummy,” “delectable,” “mouth-watering,” or “finger-licking.” avoid these overused phrases. food writing shines when it’s specific to the food's particular flavor, texture, or smell, making it more evocative and precise. rather than describing a soup as “tasty” or “scrumptious,” try more specific words like “buttery,” “chunky,” or “minty.”
consider your purpose
decide if your goal is to explain a culinary experience or make the food sound appetizing. a clear understanding of your intention and target audience can help you shape your writing to be the most compelling.
evoke all the senses
while you lean heavily on taste to describe food, remember to explore the texture, smell, sight, and sound of a dining experience as well. including sensory language that incorporates the other senses creates a more robust experience for readers.
sometimes less is more
food writing is most effective when it’s focused, allowing readers to zero in on the essential details of the dish. If you include too many descriptors or attach multiple adjectives to each noun, you can overwhelm or confuse readers.
how to describe different flavors
there is a wide range of words to describe flavors. from savory to sweet, here are words you can use when writing about food!
words for rich, spicy, or savory flavors
the following words represent complex, spicy, or flavorful seasonings and dishes: buttery, caramelized, peppery, piquant, salty, sapid, saporous, savory, smoky, and spicy.
words for sweet or fresh flavors
these descriptors characterize fresh or sugary dishes: ambrosial, bittersweet, bright, fruity, honeyed, minty, nectarous, saccharine, sharp-tasting, sweet, syrupy, treacly, and zesty.
words for subtle flavors
some dishes are on the milder side. you can use one of these words to describe the taste: bland, mellow, tasteless.
words for sour flavors
a sour or complex taste can be challenging to articulate. here are some descriptive words to help: astringent, briny, citrusy, fermented, sour, tart, and vinegary.
words for hard or crunchy textures
use these words to describe a crispy or chewy texture: broiled, caramelized, crusty, flaky, leathery, sizzling, thick, thin, toasted, and toothsome.
words for soft or fluid textures
these words can help you describe drinks, desserts, or other soft items: crumbly, doughy, fizzy, gooey, juicy, luscious, mashed, mushy, rubbery, runny, simmered, smothered, spongy, sticky, tender, velvety, and waxy.
words for the smell of food
here are common food adjectives you can use to describe smells: acrid, astringent, bright, citrusy, fermented, heady, honeyed, minty, nutty, peppery, pungent, rancid, rotten, smoky, sour, and vinegary.

Okay hold on I have an idea but like. I need feedback from my visually impaired folks.
Would anybody be interested if I try to describe Reigen Spinoff manga? Maybe turn this into a project? I wonder if anybody else would like to get involved too? Bc @reigenscans have the whole manga translated by fans but they are not described!!
Let me know!!! I haven't come across someone wanting such thing but it just randomly popped into my mind
Not that I'm super duper skilled at describing but I was hoping I can challenge myself AND push myself out of my comfort zone while helping others enjoy the manga as well :3
