im doing the notes thing
I doubt it'll work but I have also witnessed the power of Tumblr so...
100 notes: I'll paint my nails the trans flag colors
200: I'll buy a nonbinary pride moth bracelet (skyebluez.com)
250: I'll also buy a classic pride bracelet (I know it's not a lot but it's kinda all I can afford)
500: I'll find a way to go out in public wearing all three
900: I'll talk to a friend that I suspect is a system about our DID
1000: I've been wanting to stream on twitch but am insanely anxious about it so if we hit this I'll do it at least once
1500: I'll have y'all recommend stuff and I'll make a poll

just gonna say it one more time for anyone who didnt hear it:
ENDOGENIC IS NOT SYNONYMOUS WITH NOT DISORDERED. ENDOGENIC SYSTEMS CAN BE DISORDERED AND HAVE TRAUMA AFFECT THEIR SYSTEM EVEN IF IT DIDNT FORM FROM TRAUMA.

Plural Culture is having to deal with flashbacks for events you don't even remember
Sometimes it's just emotional/physical flashbacks
Sometimes the flashback happens you you immediately forget what it was about once it's done
Either way it sucks ass

also gonna put this out there cause I got an ask on it:
I support people with low/no empathy. Personally I have very little empathy and it's usually very conditional, so yeah. Having no empathy doesn't make you a bad person, being a bad person makes you a bad person

we have a ___ fictive in our system
‘OMG LET ME MEET THEM THEYRE MY FAVOURITE CHARACTER’
our headmate is not a character, the alters in our system are very much real people who mostly don’t associate themselves with their sources.
don’t be weird towards fictives just because you like their source it’s really uncomfortable

what is an endo?
An endo is someone who says that a CDD (DID/OSDD and the subgroups [pfDID, pDID, UDD, OSDD 1a, etc]) can form without trauma. They have taken genuine terms from systems, such as s"sys hopping," and turned it into mean something else.
An example while still using "sys hopping." It was originally a community term for RAMCOA survivors, describing alters that could go from a sidesystem to another, or from subsystem to subsystem. Endos have taken this term to mean an alter from System A going to System B, which is impossible.
Endogenic systems believe in plurality without trauma which, scientifically, is not possible as plurality is the fracturing of an identity that happens when a child is dealing with extreme trauma. A CDD will form from ages 0-9/10/12 depending on the resource you use. But trauma is required for plurality to exist as the mind cannot fragment on its own.
Hopefully this helps a bit. :)

sending love to the alters who disassociate from and romanticise negative things as a coping mechanism
you aren't bad for not wanting to feel it or to romanticise it
just give yourself space to heal please

Plural culture is not knowing who actually is fronting most of the time so you just default to the "host" even if you dont know if you are the host or blurry or maybe someone else and it's honestly exhausting at this point
