This is the best scene of the entire film. Like I really liked it, and the tone felt genuine to. I FELT THE EMOTIONS SO WELL.

In my opinion, when you feel something in a film, YOU KNOW it is good. Like how horrifying Hunchback of Notre Dome is or Prince of Egypt.

If they don't make you feel anything about the characters, then you need to review what went wrong.

Ofc, you don't have to FEEL what is going on in a good film, but the darker the film, the more that it hits.

This...THIS RIGHT HERE, felt like old disney.

Production workers at Walt Disney Animation Studios have voted to unionize under the Animation Guild, the union announced Wednesday on X. Production coordinators, managers and supervisors at Disney Animation are poised to be represented by Local 839 IATSE, a branch of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. Sixty-three of the 68 workers who participated in the election voted in favor of union representation, according to the National Labor Relations Board. “Congratulations to the production workers at Disney Feature Animation!” the Animation Guild posted on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter. “With 96% voter turnout, 93% voted yes!!! If the Wish writers kept Concept Art!Star the movie would have been more fun. Look at this cute shapeshifter! Just look at them!

I loved Star in the movie, but if Star was left as they were in the concept people would have gone nuts over them.

It's really interesting to see how far your artistic process has grown over the years. This original work was done FOUR YEARS AGO! It's crazy to know it's been that long since the series ended. It's always a joy drawing Rapunzel and the gang from time to time like this.

Early visual development for Wish (2023) by Griselda Sastrawinata-Lemay and Brittney Lee.

An earlier version of the film saw Star take on a human form as a magical, glowing character inspired by Peter Pan. Ultimately, the creative team reconceptualized Star as an ethereal, playful entity resembling Mickey Mouse. "Now Star and Asha have an emotional journey. They are soulmates." -Allison Moore.

The 90s/early 2000s was the best Disney era for male protagonists

This isn't all of them, but these were the best of them, imo. And this is just the characters; how I felt about their movies varies. I hope more Disney films in the future feature male leads--especially musicals!

Seeing how 'Wish' is supposed to be a celebration of a century of Disney that's chock full of homages and nods to their past films, no matter what happens in the film, there's really only one suitable end for King Magnifico:
