an idea for either spring break or summer: the disney binge

so because i'm a disney fan wanting to watch the movies i haven't seen yet (i've only seen like 5 or 6 full films...), i'm thinking about watching all of the Disney Animated Canon (with some implementations, of course!) in chronological order and reviewed as i go.

implementations i will add: the Pixar movies, (against my better judgement) the direct to DVD sequels (purely for like two of the movies. cinderella 3 and lion king 1 1/2 because apparently those are absolutely fire.), the movie The Wild since it replaced Dinosaur's spot in the Canon in Europe, and maybe the live action/2D animation combos (like mary poppins and bedknobs and broomsticks!) if it comes down to it.

either this is the worst idea i've ever come up with, or this is the best. i'll let you all know.

update: one of my friends brought up the point that i'll need to also watch all of the disney animated series that continue the story of the animated canon or create a story that ties into the canon (ex: ducktales, little mermaid, hercules, emperor's new school, etc). i offered to him to consider participating, but he said he probably didn't have the willpower. whatever boats his float :)

Yes, they exist and have human versions. But most of them are not part of the story's Plots, just like in the film.

Some, however, are part of the life of some emotions, so they deserve a space in history.

Right there in your heart." -Lewis (IF) ✨🌈 Recently I watched IF and as I watched the film I couldn’t help but think about Bing Bong and Riley crying a bit as Lewis told Bea about things you love ever being forgotten and it struck a cord of inspiration and I wanted to draw teenage Riley with Bing Bong because I’m breathing copium and I’m applying IF’s logic that maybe Riley still somewhat remembers Bing Bong somehow even if he got blipped outta existence from the first film! Riley's flying to the moon and going places. 🏒✨
