Ok, back to business. Found the supposed *non-lethal knockout* Minthara post recruitment dialogue. Datamined only, currently unreachable in game, due to the "IMPOSSIBLE" tag.

Idk... Storytelling wise, it makes no sense. Even Minthara thinks it makes no sense, she berates Tav for it.

Unless you did some metagaming, the game really gave no reason why you should knock her out, much less knock only her out and not the other goblin camp leaders.

And if this were to make it in game, there'll be even less content in the "evil" route (and incentive to play it) compared to the "good" route. Which is a problem that should be addressed.
