When you heard that Mindy and Ethan had been separated from the rest of the group, you immediately knew nothing was going to go according to the plan.
Everything had happened so fast. First accusation news about Sam had streamed on television, then Quinn's bloody corpse had fallen on top of you, then Anika wasn't able to make it across the latter, her bloody hands and Ghostface's shaking had made her slip. You had lost two of your friends in less than fifteen minutes.
You hadn't heard of the killings in Woodsboro until you had met Tara the first day of junior year, but she made sure to tell you everything that had happened the closer the two of you got.
Based on everything you had heard, you understood why Sam was so protective over Tara, the Carpenter sisters had been through more than normal people have in a lifetime.
However, even though you were nothing but nice and understanding towards Sam, she didn't seem to like you.
The first time Tara had brought you home to the apartment, Sam had kept a burning gaze on you for the whole time, like she wanted to burn you alive.
You thought that she would warm up and eventually trust you like she seemed to do with Anika, Quinn and Ethan, but she never did.
And it only got worse once Tara had called you her girlfriend in front of her, a huge disagreement broke out, so big that Sam had sent you out of the apartment.
You never got to know what Sam had said after that, but you did know that the glares you got from Sam only worsened and so did the small comments she would make about you when she thought you didn't hear.
Such as now, when Sam and Tara were walking in front of you, the theater being the destination. You had this gut feeling that Sam was currently talking about you. You just knew she was, even tho you couldn't hear her voice nor did you see her head moving like it normally did when she spoke, you knew.
But your mind changed thoughts when she rapidly turned on her heel, stopping when she was in front of Danny who had been walking closely behind you, alongside Kirby.
"Not you." She said, her voice cracking.
"What?" He answered almost immediately, like he had been expecting it.
"Don't trust anyone remember?" Sam replied.
You watched the scene with worried eyes, what Sam said reminded you way too much of something she had told Tara when she thought you weren't near. "We don't know you.. not really."
His face expression looked hurt, almost taken aback when Sam spoke. "You know me."
"You're not Woodsboro." She spoke quickly, rage lacing her voice.
Tara looked down at her shoes after that was said, her lips finding a home between her teeth. You knew she was scared, because you were as well. You had no idea how things were going to go down, you had never experienced something as brutal like this before.
You were seconds away from putting a comforting hand on her shoulder, before she looked up at you with tears pricking her eyes.
"That goes for you too." She swallows thickly, trying her hardest to look into your eyes.
You furrowed your eyebrows, panic rising through you. "W-what?" Your voice came out as a stutter, not believing what she had just made it's way out of her mouth.
Tara just nodded unsurely, her eyes looked sad and were filled with doubt. You couldn't understand why. If she was sad about it, why would she say it?
"Tara I- you can't be serious." You spoke again, voice growing shakier by the minute.
She knew very well how terrified you were about the situation as it was, and yet she still chose to leave you out of the plan alongside Sam's unknown fuck buddy? If it didn't make you shake out of fear you would've been infuriated.
"You're not Woodsboro." She stated, same thing as her sister but in a different tone, she'd tried to sound calm, but her voice was filled with uncertainty, shaky with worry.
You knew she was right. You weren't Woodsboro. You had never been to the place nor did you knew it existed before Tara came along. But the fact that she didn't trust you enough to know for certain that you weren't Ghostface, made you feel the need to fall apart. Did she really think you would kill your friends? Let alone hurt them?
The thought made your eyes sting, and before you had the chance to wipe the tears away, they fell.
"Tara please I promise I-" You felt embarrassed, being so vulnerable over basically nothing.
All eyes were on you as you tried to keep the tears from falling, you felt ridiculous. But you were terrified.
You couldn't stand the thought of being left alone in this situation. Not only because you were scared of being alone, but also because you had to protect Tara.
Although you knew Sam would do a perfectly fine job of keeping her safe, but you wanted to do it, you had to. You wanted to prove to Sam that you loved Tara almost the same amount as she did, you wanted to prove to Tara she could trust you with her life.
You could see that Tara wanted to give in, tell you that you could come along and that she trusted you with her whole being. Her eyes were filled with regret and doubt. But you could tell that she wasn't going to change her mind anytime soon.
She just watched you, biting her lips hard enough to draw blood. Seeing the look on your face just made her want to squeeze you in a hug hard enough to make you faint.
You looked so scared, and the fact that she knew how scared you were about the whole situation, made everything worse. She had noticed the terrified look on your face that hadn't left since the attack at the apartment, your trembling hands and the layer of tears in your eyes that never fell.
Tara actually thought that you looked more scared than both Sam and her combined.
"Y/n please just stay here." She tried to reason, as if she wanted this. But she did want it. She wanted you to be safe.
You wanted to argue, tell her that you would refuse to come along. But you knew that you wouldn't get anywhere with it, Tara was stubborn, she always got what she wanted somehow. And you didn't want Sam to see you argue with Tara, that certainly wouldn't help you get on better terms with her.
So you gave in, even though you knew Tara's life was at stake. Sam will take care of her, you tried to tell yourself.
You quickly wiped the tears on your cheeks with your hand, even though everybody had already seen them.
Tara's eyes never left your figure as she watched your trembling hands. "Fine." You almost spit, voice cracking with worry.
Tara nodded at that, happy to hear you give in. You didn't pay attention to anybody's reaction other than hers, they didn't seem to matter.
She walked closer to you, placing a kiss on your faintly tear stained cheek. "Be safe." She said, as if she wasn't the one that was about to walk into a situation that she would either leave traumatized or not leave at all.
"Be safe." You repeated, before you watched them all walk away towards the building.
Seeing as Sam turned her head to Tara and whispered 'good call', as they walked away.
But when you turned around to try and make a decent conversation with Danny, he was nowhere in sight. Making even more worry creep in your bones.
***
You had been pacing around in the same place and pattern for 20 minutes without any progress, Danny was gone, and your phone was dead.
The streets where dead and empty.
You had half a mind to just run to the theaters and do the exact opposite of what Tara had instructed you to. But you knew well enough that both of the Carpenter sisters would quite literally murder you if you stepped a foot into their plan.
But eventually the worry and stress got to you, like it always did. You didn't care if you were going to get murdered whether if it were by Tara or Ghostface, if it was for protecting Tara, it was a good reason.
However, before you had the chance to change your mind or consider the other options, a glove-covered hand landed on your face, covering your mouth tightly.
The yelp and screams you tried to make was inaudible, nobody could hear them.
You felt a surge of fear and panic, unable to hear your own scream. The street grew eerily silent as you struggled to break free, your heart pounding in your chest. Rush of intense vulnerability and confusion, as you desperately searched for a way to escape the grasp of the unknown assailant.
But you knew who it was. It was Ghostface.
You tried to kick them with your legs, but none of them seemed to hit. The person was holding a strong grip on your mouth, and the other arm was firmly placed around your waist. You were unable to move out of any of the grips, the person was too strong. And you weren't.
Your panic was making it harder to breath, and you were beginning to feel as if you were about to faint any second.
You tried your best to remove the grip with your hands, gripping hardly on the muscular arms, trying so hard to get them away from you.
The tightened arms had veins all over them, yet another reminder that it was impossible for you to get away.
It was Danny, you tried to tell yourself over the ringing in your ears. It had to be Danny. He had left the second you were alone with him. It had to be him.
Muffled screams and ringing ears were the only noises you could make out. If the person behind you was speaking in a voice changer to you or not, you had no idea.
The panic you felt was replaced with relief when the thought of using your elbow to hit the individual behind you entered your mind.
But you never got the chance to do that.
Seconds before your elbow was about to meet the Ghostface mask, you felt a sharp pain in your lower abdomen.
All of the movements you were making stopped the second you realized what it was.
One.
Two.
Three.
Four.
Five.
Six.
Seven.
Seven times you could feel the sharp piece of metal enter and exit your abdomen. A gasp escaped your mouth after every single one of them.
You tried to scream, but nobody was around. Your wide eyes scanned through the street, yet again seeing that nobody was there. It was all empty.
Normally the streets of New York would be filled with drunk teenagers and late night workers, whether it was night or afternoon.
But when the news about the killers got out, everybody stayed inside. Some people didn't even bother to leave for work, and of course no parties. Even the homeless people seemed to have found another place to stay at.
You didn't realize that numbness was spreading through your legs until the potential male had slowly began to loosen the grip he had on your figure.
Before you had time to think, he had completely let go.
Suddenly you felt dizzy, you couldn't feel your feet, you couldn't feel your legs, you couldn't feel anything.
You could barely feel your legs giving up, nor did you feel your body hitting the ground as you tried to cover up the damage that had been made on your lower stomach.
Regardless the sharp pain in your body that almost made it impossible to breathe and the dizziness that got worse every time you moved, you tried to crawl towards the fence that was just centimeters away.
Your hands bloody from trying to add pressure to your wounds made trails on the asphalt.
You couldn’t tell if you had placed your hands on the right place, considering that the stab wounds were all over the place. And you didn't even dare to look down, because you could guarantee that it wouldn't be a pleasant sight.
Your eyes were starting to close by themselves and you were struggling to keep them open.
Everything hurt.
The pressure you were putting on the wounds was now becoming lighter, your hands didn't seem to have any strength left in them.
Tara would be here soon, you thought, desperately.
She would be here soon, everything would be okay; no more Ghostface attacks, no more Sam hating you, and no more unexpected death cases of your friends.
Your mind focused on Tara.
Her brown hair, her beautiful brown eyes, her dimples and her breathtaking smile. Her voice, her touch, and her joyful laugh.
Your eyes closed, and this time you couldn't stop them. The pressure on your wounds was no longer existent. The color in you was gone. You were gone.
Last thought being the girl you wanted to marry.
***
Tara left the building with a lump in her stomach, as big as a bowling ball.
Her body was filled with worry and guilt, but a part of her felt relief. She was relieved that everything was over now. No more Ghostfaces. She was done with them, truly.
Tara couldn't wait to see you. She was going to tell you that the decision she made was right, that she was happy you stayed behind, because you stayed safe.
But when Danny had walked into the theater, tackling all kinds of officer in his way, he was all alone. You weren't there, you didn't come with him.
Danny told them that the two of you had lost sight of each other rather quickly after they'd left, that you probably just needed to be alone and breathe for a moment.
Tara knew that you would be upset with her, for not allowing you to come with them, for not letting you protect her, like you always told her you would, even if it meant dying.
Although she had hoped for you to at least come to see if she made it out alive.
Danny had called the cops and ambulance to arrive at the place as soon as he got the chance. That's why the only thing in Tara's sight was ambulances, police cars and the fire department.
Chad had miraculously made it out alive, same with Mindy and Kirby. And even though that made Tara want to cry out in happy tears, she couldn't let herself feel anything until she had seen you.
Safe and secure. Like you should've been.
Panic began to rise within Tara as minutes passed without any sight of you.
Sam stood beside her, trying to sooth her younger sister with comforting words. But they didn't make anything better for her.
After the whole showdown, the two Carpenter sister's had talked, really talked.
Sam had tried to explain to Tara that she didn't actually hate you, the opposite really. She thought you were lovely and a perfect match for Tara. But she didn't want to take any risks.
She wanted to show you the walls to her trust weren't easy to break. And then she thought that if she acted rude towards you, you would eventually leave; meaning there was no need for Sam to let her guard down and open up to people she didn't know.
But Sam knew how much Tara loved you, she had been listening to her sister's rambling about you everyday.
That's why Sam could feel her heart sinking down her entire being when her eyes met with a stretcher where a body was placed, a morgue sheet on top of it, which was filled with blood.
Sam prayed that it was somebody else. That you had walked somewhere else to breathe just like Danny had assumed.
She felt the need to distract Tara before she had the chance to see it, but it was too late.
She had already seen it.
Tara screamed out your name in a sob, straight away assuming that you were the person underneath the white cover.
The woman who had been pushing the stretcher had stopped, turning around to try and give the man behind her any sort of information about the deceased individual.
Tara's legs moved faster than she could process, Sam following shortly after.
Heart pounding, hands trembling. With a swift of motion, she grabbed the edge of the wrap and pulled it upward, revealing your pale and peaceful face.
The vibrant hues that once painted your face were now gone, leaving behind a pale and ghostly visage. The colors had been drained from you, you no longer looked like yourself.
Tara could feel herself gasp loudly at the sight, turning around with a hand placed on her mouth.
A surge of sickness overwhelmed her. A gut-wrenching sensation, as if her stomach was about to revolt. She felt like she was on the verge of throwing up, basically feeling the acidic liquids rise within her.
It was you. Her girl. Dead. Gone.
Sam had the same reaction to the sight, gasping and putting her hand on her mouth, preventing from letting out any tears or sounds. Chills running down her spine.
Stop it. Pull it together. Tara. Tara needs you. Sam told herself.
Gaze shifting from your body and the bloody sheet upon you to her younger sister, who was sobbing beside her, about to fall down to her knees.
But when Sam put a hand on Tara's shoulder, she stood straighter. "No!" She shot up, voice raspy.
She looked at you again, but this time not caring for the feeling inside of her throat that threatened her. "She's not dead." Tara spoke again, trying to convince herself that you were alive, that she could save you.
"Tara-" Sam tried, but Tara had no interest in listening to her sister.
"Y/n. Baby, look at me." Tara gently brushed her fingertips against your cheeks, but quickly pulled away when she felt the chill that pierced through her body, for they were once a source of warmth and comfort, now distant and cold.
You were always warm.
The tears streamed down Tara's face, leaving even more mascara smudges on her cheeks, falling and leaving marks on her blue shirt. The shirt that you had gotten her.
"Sam, Come on! help me please" She begged for her big sister's help, still hoping that you could be saved.
At that sentence, the woman who had pushed you turned around, she seemed to have heard Tara's pleads and begs, filled with hope, wishing that you were alive. "Oh honey, this girl has been deceased for over an hour...we can't save her."
The woman spoke apologetically and looked at Tara with sorrowed eyes. "I'm so sorry." She ended. Tara was about to scream at the lady, yell at her and tell them to at least try, you weren't gone. There was no way.
But before Tara got the chance to argue, Sam had pulled her into her chest, embracing Tara with a hug. And at that, Tara broke.
The sobs left her mouth faster than she could take them in, she didn't have any space to breathe.
"She's gone." She cried, her tears staining the older woman's shirt. "And I wasn't there to help her." Tara rambled, talking rapidly before the next sob would escape.
Sam didn't know what to say. She just stroke her younger sister's hair, trying to soothe her sobs.
She had never seen Tara this vulnerable and emotionally ruined, not even when she had reunited with Tara at the hospital the previous year.
Tara's body shook violently as each sob left her mouth.
It was a mistake. It was all a mistake.
Tara had been so confident with her decision only minutes before. She thought she had made the right move.
But it turned out to be the biggest mistake of her life.
A mistake she couldn't take back, and had to live with for the rest of her time alive.

Ethan was struggling to not get hard as he sat through his classes, and you were fully to blame. The morning started off with you walking around his apartment in nothing but one of his shirts and your panties, taking every opportunity to bend over in front of him that presented itself. You might’ve been intentionally trying to tease him, knowing that he wouldn’t have time to do anything about it if he wanted to make it to his first class on time.
If that wasn’t bad enough, you were sending him the filthiest messages as you sat in class.
‘I need your cock in my mouth so bad’
‘I love the way you whimper when it hits the back of my throat’
‘Mmm and the way it fills my pussy up’
He finally had to put his phone on ‘Do Not Disturb’, because his cock was throbbing as it strained against his jeans, and it was hard for him to focus on anything his professor was saying. You sent him one final message, clicking ‘Notify Anyway’ once you saw his messages were silenced.
‘I need you to fuck me as soon as you get home today’
That’s when Ethan got an idea, one that would help him get a little revenge, and have you begging for him by the end of the night.
When he got home, as bad as he wanted to just give in and fuck you, he brushed you off. He felt a little guilty, because he knew how badly you wanted it. But he knew you didn’t feel guilty making him struggle to get through his classes, so he decided to have a little fun with you.
“Hey, babe,” you said, quickly walking over to him as soon as you saw him.
“Hey, baby. How was your day?” he asked, giving your lips a quick peck before he walked around you to set his stuff down.
“It would’ve been better if I wasn’t thinking about you all day,” you said, as you followed him towards his room. “But I’m sure you already knew that from the texts you were ignoring.”
“I read all of them,” he said, as he walked over to the closet and grabbed a new shirt, before pulling the one he was wearing over his head. Your gaze went straight to his abs before he put the other shirt on, blocking your view. “Are you ready to go to Tara’s? We’re supposed to be there in twenty minutes.”
“It only takes us ten minutes to get there,” you said, the seductiveness in your tone making him chuckle. “I need you, Eth.”
“You know once I get into it, I lose track of time,” he said as he walked back towards the bedroom door. “I’ll take care of you when we get back home, baby.”
You didn’t say anything, the pouty look on your face letting Ethan know how you felt. He sighed as he walked over to you and placed a kiss to your forehead.
“It’s only fair for you to wait after how hard you made me earlier.”
As soon as he pulled away, he smirked at you once he noticed the sad look on your face turned into annoyance.
When you got to Tara’s, you knew the best way to not think about how bad you needed Ethan to fuck you was to distract yourself. Ethan watched you talk to Tara as he talked with Mindy and Anika about the movie they wanted to watch, and he was a little disappointed that you had a happy look on your face, like his attempts to make you feel the way he did earlier in the day wasn’t working.
Then, he remembered the texts you were sending him. He decided to take it up a notch once Tara walked away from you to go to the kitchen. He excused himself from the conversation with Mindy and Anika before he walked over to you, leaning down a little so what he was saying to you wouldn’t be heard by anyone else.
“Are you having fun, baby?” he asked, your breath hitching in your throat once you felt his on your neck. You nodded your head in response as you felt one of his hands go to your hip, before it moved towards your ass, giving it a gentle squeeze. As soon as you let out a soft moan, he pulled it away. “You’ll be having a lot of fun later tonight, once I get your pretty ass back home.”
“Can we leave now?” you whispered back, your body involuntarily leaning into his as his hand moved up and down your side.
“Oh, come on, baby. You can be patient,” he said, as you huffed in response. “Just a couple hours, and my cock will be in your pussy so deep that you won’t be able to speak.”
“Fuck,” you mumbled, your cheeks heating up before Ethan stole a quick kiss and pulled away.
“You wanna go to our spot on the couch? Mindy’s going to start the movie soon.”
As everyone was sat in front of the tv, you were trying so hard to focus on the movie. You were snuggled up with Ethan under one of the fuzzy blankets Tara had, and his hand kept inching further and further up your thigh. You shot him a warning glare as he smiled in response.
“Ethan, knock it off,” you softly whispered, your hand grabbing his and moving it back to his lap.
“Sorry, babe. I guess I just can’t wait to have my fingers in your pussy,” he said lowly, before he glanced around the room to make sure everyone was still paying attention to the movie. “And my tongue flicking against your sensitive clit.”
“This is so not fair,” you mumbled, as his hand when back to your thigh. “I wasn’t this mean to you.”
“My favorite though is when you’re about to cum, and I suck on your clit. You make the hottest sounds,” he mumbled, before you pulled his hand off your thigh and hopped out off your spot on the couch. Mindy grabbed the remote and paused the movie before everyone looked at you, the awkward silence in the air heavy, but not nearly as heavy as the sexual tension between you and your boyfriend.
“Ethan and I have to go,” you said, his eyes wide as he hesitantly stood up.
“Is everything okay?” Tara asked, before Chad spoke up.
“They’re going to fuck,” he said, before he looked at Ethan. “If you want to talk dirty to your girl, do it a little quieter next time.”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Ethan lied, as you grabbed his hand and led him out of the apartment.
The fast-paced walk to his place was silent, aside from the sounds of cars passing and sirens off in the distance. He was running through all the things he wanted to do to you in his head, all the positions he wanted you in. He was already hard from teasing you, but as his mind wandered, the feeling of his cock confined by his jeans and his boxers was starting to get painful.
He had his keys out before he made it to his apartment, and once you were inside, clothes started to fly before the door fully closed. You were both craving each other, both so desperate to do the things you’d said to each other throughout the day.
“Those need to go,” you said, looking down at his boxers as you slid your panties off.
Ethan did as you said, and at first, he thought you wanted to skip foreplay, until you dropped to your knees in front of him. You wrapped your hand around his cock as you looked up at him, his lips parting at the contact.
You swirled your tongue over the tip of his cock as your free hand reached between your legs, rubbing slow circles over your bundle of nerves. You gasped around him as you inched him into your mouth, his praise starting almost immediately.
“Fuck, that feels so good.”
“So fucking beautiful on your knees for me.”
“Yeah, just like that, baby.”
As your fingers moved against you, you slid him out of your mouth, your eyes still on his as your tongue flatly moved up his cock, base to tip. He was letting out the softest moans as his hand ran through your hair, his sounds turning into the loudest whimpers once to sucked him back into your mouth until his cock was almost to the back of your throat.
Your hand twisted as you hollowed your cheeks, his eyes fluttering as he tried to keep them on you. As soon as you took him back a little further, your gag reflex kicking in as you bobbed your head, he tugged on your hair, hard.
“Gonna cum,” he groaned, as you bobbed your head faster.
Right as Ethan hit his high, he placed his free hand on the wall to stabilize himself as his mind went blank, his eyes screwing shut as you just kept sucking. It was so intense that he got a little lightheaded and had to pull you back by your hair, the feeling making you moan around him before he slid out of your mouth.
“Jesus Christ,” he said, as he looked down to see you still on your knees, your eyes glassy from the tears that welled up. “I don’t think I’ve ever came that hard.”
“You’re welcome,” you said softly, as he grabbed your hands to help you stand back up. “I was hoping you wouldn’t cum yet. I was close.”
“Oh, really?” He asked, “Let me help you with that.”
You expected to end up on the couch, because you knew you weren’t going to make it to his bed, but he had other ideas. He backed you towards the kitchen table, grabbing your hips and sitting you on it before he gently laid you back.
“Your kitchen table?” You said, giggling a little as he kissed up your thighs.
“No better place to eat, baby,” he mumbled against you, before he traced his tongue up your thigh, until he made it to your pussy.
Your wetness was dripping out of you, and he didn’t want to miss a single drop as he dove in, lapping at your entrance before he pushed his tongue inside you.
Your hands tangled in his soft curls as he ate you out, your toes already tingling when he’d just gotten started. He hummed at how good your pussy tasted, his head leaning against your inner thigh as you lazily ran your nails all over his scalp.
He slid his tongue out of you and licked up your fold a few times before he made it to your clit. He chuckled as the slight contact made your hips arch off the table, before he pushed them back down.
“Fuck, Eth,” you moaned as the tip of his tongue gave you the perfect amount of pressure. “Fingers?”
He did as you asked, sliding two digits into your soaked pussy with ease. He watched you as he angled his fingers to move them against that special spot inside you, your jaw dropping as he worked you closer to your orgasm.
He knew you were close when your whining got louder, and he was more than willing to get a noise complaint from his neighbors if he was making you feel as good as you were. Your pussy began to pulse around his fingers before you whimpered that you were cumming, your entire body starting to jolt as you let that feeling take over.
When Ethan pulled away, he smirked at you as your body was sprawled out across the table, your breathing labored as you let out the shakiest whimpers he’d ever heard.
“Maybe us teasing each other all day isn’t a bad thing,” he said, as you looked at him, your bottom lip in between your teeth. “I’m not done with you, yet. Let me know when you’re ready for more, if you think you can take it.”
“What makes you think I can’t?” You asked, as you sat up. Your legs were a little weak when you hopped off the table, your boyfriend’s knowing smile making you roll your eyes as he held you upright.
“That,” he said, chuckling as he turned you around and bent you over the table.
You whimpered when you felt his cock pressing against your ass, your hips instinctively moving back towards him.
“How bad do you want it?” He asked, running the tip of his cock over your dripping pussy.
“So bad,” you said, whining once you felt his tip inside of you.
He made it clear that he wasn’t done teasing you when he slid inside you halfway and pulled out. He kept repeating his actions until you were begging him for all of it.
“Please baby,” you whimpered, as he gave you a little more than he had before. “I need it.”
“You need it?” he questioned, before he slid all the way inside you, the full feeling causing a low moan to build in your throat. “Don’t hold back. Let me know how good it feels.”
His thrusts were slow at first, so deep that his hip bones were pressed against your ass as he filled you up. You needed him to go faster, but before you had the chance to say anything, he sped up. His hands were gripping your hips as he pulled you back to meet every thrust, your moans turning to whimpers as he kept hitting that spot.
You gripped the table with your hands as your legs started to tingle, his skin slapping against yours so hard that it was starting to sting, but it only made it feel even better.
“Fuck, I’m getting close,” you whined out, as he laughed to himself.
“Already?”
“Mhm,” you hummed, as his hand snaked underneath you to pull you towards him, your back pressed against his chest.
He kept his pace as your hand went to your clit, rubbing fast circles as he placed kisses on the side of your neck.
“Gonna cum,” you cried, your shaky hand still moving as you heard him start to grunt.
He laid you back over the table as he fucked you through your orgasm, his right on the edge as he pounded into you harder than before.
“Fuuuck,” he moaned, “Can I cum in you?”
“Please,” you said, your voice showing how tired you were as his hips snapped forward a few more times until they slowed.
Ethan stayed inside you as he caught his breath, his hands running over the flesh that was red from how hard his skin was slapping against yours.
“You okay, baby?”
You lazily nodded your head against the table in response, before he helped you stand.
When you turned around to face him, he leaned down to kiss you, his lips gently moving against yours before he pulled you away and held you against his chest.
“I love you,” he said, his hands running over your back as he kissed the top of your head.
“I love you, too.”

Tara Carpenter x gn!reader
Summary: cuddly Tara strikes again
Words: 0.9k
A/n: very much inspired by this fic, please go read it i beg you
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
This was your worst fucking nightmare. Well, something close to this.
You’d expect maybe Anika or Mindy to set you up for failure, but your own mother? You were her kin, for christ’s sake!
Not to mention the woman knew what she was doing. Once she pulled the “Oh, it seems there isn’t enough beds for all your friends! My, I must’ve counted wrong!” You knew it was over from the start.
Mindy and Anika shared a bed, Chad and Ethan shared an air bed, leaving Tara to sleep on the couch. Which, you offered Tara to sleep in your room while you slept on the couch, but god did she make it fucking hard. The brunette insisted you sleep on your bed since you were the one driving most of the time during the road trip, but unfortunately your urge for hospitality rivaled her
You argued Tara looked far sleepier, and you thought it was settled when she didn’t respond
You were pretty fucking wrong.
When the time came and you eventually left your bathroom to go to the living room, you don’t expect to see a Tara in a band tee that was about two sizes too big on her, Hello Kitty shorts that barely poked out of her large shirt, and a bunny stuffed animal you gave her not too long ago
She grabbed your hand before you knew what was happening, and pulled you into your room. Half of the reason why you didn’t want to sleep in there was because of how you could distinctly tell your teenage self wore too much eye makeup and chains. The thought makes you cringe, and Tara only laughed at your expression
“Let’s go to bed, please?” You should’ve fucking said no. But how were you supposed to? Tara was looking up at you with her big brown eyes, a shirt that was probably yours, and a sad expression. You couldn’t have said no if you tried.
So here you were, looking at the ceiling in a small bed with Tara’s back touching your arm. A blanket covered her entire body while it only covered your midsection with your hands fidgeting on top of it
You feel the younger Carpenter shiver due to your close proximity, and you realize it’s actually cold in the house. Well, you were awake and you did live here, so it was probably your responsibility to make sure everyone was comfortable. If Tara was cold, everyone else probably was too
It takes a little maneuvering to get up with as little squeaks as possible, but you’re eventually successful. You think so, until you feel something around your wrist
“Don’t sleep on the couch…” You hear Tara mumble half asleep
“You were shivering, I’m changing the temperature” You whisper back, leaning towards her as she huffs
“How do I know you’re not lying?”
Your forehead wrinkles as you think, but you eventually have an idea
“I pinky promise” You stick out the small digit of your hand, and Tara eventually meets you halfway. When she lets go you assume she approves of your leave
The journey to the thermostat isn’t a very long one and you’re back in about a minute, the only challenge being not running up the stairs because you’re afraid of the dark
Tara acts like you’ve been away for years when you come back. Once you’re in arm distance, she pulls you down very quickly
“S’not enough, still cold” Tara mumbles into your chest as she crawls on top of you like it’s nobody’s business. Her arms trap you on both sides after she pulls the blanket over you both. You can tell she’s warm when she sighs and makes sure you know how comfortable you are
“You’re like a teddy bear… my teddy bear” You don’t know how to respond, but Tara obviously does
I can’t believe you got up for nothing”
“The others might’ve been cold, you know”
“The others can fuck off” Tara yelps when you pinch her nose
“Don’t be mean”
“Mmm… whatever” The brunette sighs again, who’s now in a position with you that resembles a cheetah and their support dog
Now this was your worst fucking nightmare.
Tara, god bless bless her, was a light sleeper. If you moved an inch she’d feel it but now that she was on top of you, you were really fucked
“You’re tense”
“Go to sleep” You whisper
“Pillows are supposed to be soft, not hard” She whispers back, looking directly into your eyes
“Last time I checked, people aren’t supposed to be pillows” Tara snickers at your dumb joke and you resist the urge to poke at her dimples
“Now you’ve got me all awake”
“Be so for real, you’d fall asleep instantly if I stopped talking to you”
“Yeah, you’re right. I would” The brunette rubs her cheek against your shirt, almost like she’s trying to burrow into your chest. A few moments pass, and you’re finally feeling the effects of driving for most of the day. You can feel your body relax more every second
“I love you” Tara whispers so quietly you don’t know if you’re hearing her correctly. You fall asleep before you figure it out

summary: you can't fall asleep until your nestled in your girlfriends arms and kisses.
word count: 600+ (drabble)
Tumblr media
It's been 30 minutes, and you can't sleep without feeling your girlfriend by your side.
"Y/N, I still have homework sunshine, I promise we can cuddle when I finish, it'll only take me 15 minutes."
A whine pasts your lips as you kick your feet on your bed, the only light from the salt lamps, fairy lights, and night light.
"Pleeeeaseeee"
She giggles, pressing her lips to your forehead, "Soon baby."
"Nooooo," you groan, sleepily as you twist and turn in bed, "Whyyy can't youuuu?"
"I just need to finish this baby, I'll almost be done," she coaxes, opening her laptop and clicking away.
You grunt putting on your most innocent look as your curled up into bed and watching her every move, "Pleaseeee? For me??.."
Tara doesn't even turn around, making you angry, well from this angle you just looked even cuter.
"It's not due till Wednesday, it's Monday. Tara baby pleasee it's not fairrrr.."
She hums, typing.
"You hate me," you say, getting out of bed and wrapping the blanket around you. You look like a grumpy child that got rejected from getting a stuffy at the toy store. You murmur angrily, making a small stomp before leaving the door. Tara hums.
Tara waited 5 small moments before she heard your footsteps and opened the door again, to see your tiny figure trod back to the bed, "Too cold, changed my mind." You say, voice a tiny as you don't look at Tara. Obviously mad.
A soft giggle past her lips, shaking her head as you flop into bed, groaning and complaining.
"I just want to cuddle with my girlfriend," you pout, stomping your leg and turning off your salt lamp. You turn away from her and cover yourself with a blanket, huffing. "Hmph, see if I care."
You care, too much. You had a bad day and you want your girlfriend who currently is not paying attention to you. You face the wall, arms crossed, "No fair."
You hear a sigh come out from her, her laptop immediately closing, "You know I can't say no to that," Tara whispers softly to herself. She slips on her t-shirt and some shorts as she crawls into bed, seeing the way your small figure wrapped in a blankety burrito. She untangles yourself from the blanket, seeing your tiny figure in a laced tank top and the fluffy heart pajama pants she gifted to you. Tara shuffles into the warmth of the blanket, seeing the way you shifted slightly.
"I'll cuddle with you," she whispers, pressing her lips to your ear and seeing the way you immediately turned around and scooted into her embrace, exhaling in happiness.
"Do that stupid assignment tomorrow, I can't sleep without you here," you say, looking sad as she plays with your hair and scratches your scalp, making you coo.
"Okay okay," she laughs breathily, "I'll ask Mindy to finish it, I know she took answers from Anika, but hush, you haven't been able to sleep for the past hour."
You murmur, breathing in her scent that immediately comforts you. A soft yawn passes your lips, "Because..." yawn "I can't fall asleep without my girlfriend.." your voice trails off, slowly growing sleepy.
"I know, but I'm here now, go to sleep," she whispers, kissing your lips softly before spooning you, you turn back around and nuzzle into her chest. She rubs circles behind your back, knowing the way it makes you fall asleep much quicker.
No longer than 3 minutes later does a soft snore sound throughout the room, making Tara smile and turn off the light before wrapping her arms around you and pulling you closer.

Fuck Ups and Make Ups
Tumblr media
“Why do you look so….dead?” You would usually laugh at how blunt Mindy is, but today. Today you were not in a laughing mood. You were having one of the worsts days ever.
“Unfortunately, I’m not dead yet. But! If someone wants to take me out back and shoot me, I would not oppose.” You deadpan.
You watch as Mindy and Anika’s eyes widen, and Tara just looks at you even more confused than before. “Yeah, like your pretty boy would let anyone touch a hair on your head.” Chad states while texting someone. “Seriously though, what’s going on?” He asks as he puts his phone away, letting you know you have his full attention.
“Pretty boy is what’s going on!” You exclaim, slamming your head down on the picnic table. “Huh?”
You say something else, but it’s barely coherent. “Honey, you gotta lift your head up for us to understand you.”
You lift your head up and let out a huff, bringing your knees to your chest, you hug them tight to bring some form of comfort to yourself. “He likes someone else.” If the sadness in your voice wasn’t enough, the sad look on your face was, to make Chad want to get up, find Ethan, and knock some fucking sense into him.
For months. Months, the group has been trying to push Ethan to ask you out. It was so painfully obvious that you both had feelings for one another. And yes, you could ask him out yourself, but you were just too shy. You also didn’t really believe that he could actually like you back. I mean, he was literal perfection in your eyes.
“Why do you think that? Did something happen between you two?” Anika asks, moving from her spot on the ground to sit beside you, wrapping her arms around your body.
“I saw him talking to the new girl, Kennedy, in our sociology class yesterday, and they seemed to really be hitting it off. And then today, instead of sitting beside me, like he always does, he sat by her. I tried to talk to him after class, but he said he was busy and couldn’t talk to me right now and then rushed to catch up with Kennedy.” At this point you had a few tears fall. You were heartbroken by your pretty boy.
“I saw them together too! At our coffee spot, at our table. Like, why would he do that?” You let your head fall to Anika’s shoulder, and she places a chaste kiss to your head. “Why don’t we find out right now? Cause he’s on his way over here.” But before you could turn to look, Chad jumps up to block your view, and you feel Anika push your head back down to her shoulder.
“What’s up guys? I saw your text about Y/N, is she okay?” And for a few seconds, you felt relief. Relief that he did still care. Until you heard her. “Yeah, we had to cut our date short, so Ethan could play therapist.”
“I’m sorry, who are you again?” You could hear the bite in Chads tone. “Oh! I’m Kennedy. Ethan’s told me all about you guys. You must be the condescending alpha. It’s Chad, right?” If you could have seen Ethan’s face, you would have laughed. “Wait- I never said that.” Kennedy looks up at Ethan, fluttering her eyelashes and pouts her lips. “I’m just teasing E!” E? She’s known Ethan for two days and is already calling him by E?
“Can we go now? I’m sure whatever her name is can figure her shit out without you.” Your eyes only widen more. “Ethan, I really think you should talk to Y/N first.” Chad was almost begging Ethan not to leave with Kennedy. There’s a pregnant pause, but you couldn’t see what was going on due to Chad blocking your figure.
“Y/N’s an adult, she can’t rely on me for everything.” Ethan’s words hit you right in the chest. It hurt. It hurt so bad, you couldn’t breathe. Mindy noticed the state you were in and knew you couldn’t talk to Ethan right now. “What the fuck is your problem, dude?” She says as she stands up next to Chad.
“My problem is all of you! You’re all just pissed at me because I’m with someone who’s not Y/N. For months, you have all been on my dick about my feelings for her and how i need to man up and just tell her how I feel, how I need to go ahead and ask her out before it’s too late, but have you ever thought that I don’t fucking want to?” He was digging himself into a hole. He didn’t mean that, not at all. But to you it didn’t matter. He said what he said, and you heard all of it.
“You won’t have to worry about that anymore. Because I never want to see you again.” Ethan’s face pales when he finally notices you there. The fact that he just said all of that in front of you, makes him want someone to take him out back and shoot him. “Wait! Y/N, that didn’t come out the way I wanted it to.”
You almost laugh, and you would have if it weren’t for the doleful feeling in your chest and the tears falling from your eyes. “Leave her alone, man. You’ve said enough.” Chad places a firm hand on Ethan’s chest, stopping him from going after you. “I hope you’re happy. Cause you just lost the person who cares most about you in this world.” Tara’s words hit Ethan hard. He knew they were true, but it still hurt nonetheless.
But there was no way he was gonna let you go, not without fighting for you.
———
It had been two weeks. Two very long, sad weeks. Ethan was a mess, and he couldn’t blame anyone but himself. He still texted you every morning right when he woke up, and every night before he fell asleep. And every time, you would read his message, but never responded.
He hated himself for making you cry, and the look on your face is one he would never forget.
It was also hard for your friends to see how this effected the both of you. You barely left your bed. Only really leaving for classes. The one time you did leave for something other than that, was when Tara and Chad literally dragged you out of your room for a movie night.
Mindy told you that you were better off anyway, but she didn’t know Ethan like you did. You weren’t better off, and there were so many times you almost called him. Just to hear his voice, because it was the only thing that calmed you down after one of your night terrors. They had been more frequent as of late, probably to do with the fact you didn’t have your pretty boy anymore.
But, you never called. You never responded to any of his messages either. The words he spoke all those weeks ago, hurt you more than when Amber stood over your body, thinking she had killed you after her brutal attack.
And here you are now, sitting in front of your friends, who somehow convinced you to have a study picnic with them. They’ve barely looked at their textbooks and notes, too concerned about you to pay them any attention. You haven’t spoken barely a full sentence the whole time you’ve been with them, you have bags under your eyes, and you just don’t seem as glowy as you usually do. You looked exhausted.
“Staring me down won’t make you guys any more prepared for these exams coming up.” You state, not even bothering to look up from your notes. “We’re just worried about you Y/N/N. You just aren’t acting like yourself.” Anika’s voice is soft, almost like she’s afraid she’ll scare you off. “I just haven’t been getting enough sleep. I’ll be fine once exams are over with.”
They all knew you were lying. They all knew you were still heartbroken, and they all knew how much you missed your pretty boy.
…Which is why Chad texted him and told him where you were.
Ethan was in class when he got Chads text. Usually his phone would be off, but he’s had it on everyday since your fight just in case you finally texted him back.
“You better fix things with our pretty girl, she’s not okay and I’m only doing this because we all miss seeing her smile. She’s here studying at the quad with us, don’t fuck this up again.”
Ethan was jumping from his seat the second he finished reading the text. Catching a few odd looks from the people around him, but he didn’t care. He just wanted his girl, who was never officially his girl, back.
Everything he thought he was gonna say left his mind as soon as he got to you. You looked absolutely miserable, and when your friends looked up at him, they couldn’t believe how miserable he looked too.
You held your face in your hands as tears of exhaustion fell down your cheeks. You felt like a baby. But you finally hit your breaking point, sobbing uncontrollably. You couldn’t breath and all you wanted was the comfort of Ethan’s arms around you. “Y/N/N? What do you need us to do?” Tara tried to comfort you the best she could, running her hands up and down your arms.
“Can someone please get Ethan? I just really need him right now.” At your words everyone looked up at him with a look of, ‘we will kill you if you don’t fix this.’
He almost tripped over his own feet trying to get to you as quick as possible. “I’m already here, angel.” He said softly as he kneeled down beside you. He then slowly removed your hands from your eyes, and you immediately wrapped your arms around his shoulders and shove your face into his neck.
“I’m gonna take you back to my place, okay?” Ethan could tell you’ve barely slept, and you always said you got the best sleep with him in his bed. “Okay.” You mumble out, before pulling away from the comfort of Ethan’s embrace.
———
After bidding your friends goodbye, Ethan grabs your hand in his and doesn’t let go until you’ve made it inside his dorm. His eyes follow your form as you make your way to his room, he had so much he wanted to say to you, but was afraid it wouldn’t be enough.
When you reach his room, you go straight for his closet, wanting to be out of the uncomfortable jeans and crop top. Your hands delicately run across Ethan’s shirts, missing the feeling of the material on your skin. It’s dumb, you think. How a simple piece of clothing can bring you so much comfort, all because of who it belonged to.
“Oh, here! I put your favorite t-shirt away so nothing would happen to it. I’ll be right back.” Ethan hands you the old graphic tee, before going into his adjoined bathroom. You quickly change and sit down on his bed, already feeling the tension leaving your body.
When Ethan returns, he’s also changed into comfier clothes. He’s also holding a pack of makeup wipes, that he always kept there just in case you needed them.
He sits against the headboard, eyes meeting yours before patting his lap, signaling for you to take perch in. “Come here.” He says softly, dark eyes never leaving yours. You tiredly make your way over to him, not really knowing what to expect. But he only opens the pack of make-up wipes and with a touch so soft, you barely feel it, he wipes your ruined makeup off. And even though he’s done this for you a million times before, this time feels so incredibly different.
Ethan thinks he’s somehow fucked up again, as he noticed the slight wobble of your lips, followed by tears gathering in your eyes once again. He drops the wipe, and cups your face instead. You feel the pads of his thumbs wipe your fallen tears and you can’t help but ask, “Why did you say it?”
And he just looks at you. Big brown doe eyes, staring right into your soul.
“I’m in love with you, Y/N.” He gives you a sad smile, rubbing his knuckles against your cheek. “And when I realized how in love with you I actually am, I got scared. And I’m still scared, because if there’s one thing I’m really good at, it’s fucking up all the good things I have in my life. It’s not an excuse for how I acted, and I wish I would have just told you how I felt instead of causing all of this. Instead of causing tears to fall down your pretty face.” You could tell by the conviction in his voice he meant every word he said.
“I just-“ He pauses and continues to look at you, waiting for you to reject him. Waiting for you to tell him it’s too late and the damage is done, and there’s no repairing it.
Instead, you lean forward and place a hand on his chest for support, before placing your lips on his.
Ethan stops breathing for a few seconds. He couldn’t believe he was finally kissing the girl of his dreams. He couldn’t believe that a fuck up like him, got someone like you. And the kiss. The kiss was just how you both imagined it would be. Slow at first, learning the others patterns, but once you figured it out, it became more heated. You could feel the others want, you could feel every ounce of love the two of you had for each other.
After a few more pecks, you pull away. “I’m in love with you too, E.” Ethan’s face lights up, and he just smiles at you. “Does this mean I can officially call you my girlfriend?” You giggle and nod with a smile as big as his. “Yes, pretty boy. You can call me your girlfriend.”
Ethan wraps his arms around you, and moves your body to lay down with him. Your head immediately going to his chest as you feel his fingers run through your hair. “Well I have a lot of making up to do, so to start off, let’s get you to sleep. Because I know you haven’t been sleeping like you should.” “Do I look that awful?” You ask, looking up at him with raised eyebrows.
“No, sweet girl. You look beautiful. But I know you won’t go to anyone else about your night terrors, and your body language is off. Now, just close your eyes and go to sleep. I promise I’ll be here when you wake up.”
“Okay.” And for a second it’s completely silent. Ethan thinking you had already fallen asleep places a kiss to your forehead and brings you closer to his chest. “I love you so much.” He whispers, finally closing his tired eyes.
“I love you too.”

“So…” you said, twirling the straw of your milkshake, your eyes constantly darting from your milkshake up to Tara who was seated across from you with her own milkshake.
You continued to play with your straw, unsure on how to broach the subject. You had been meaning to bring it up for a while but there was the whole Ghostface attack, then you were injured, and then you were avoiding everyone, there was just never a good time. You knew currently wasn’t the most ideal time, but it was the best time to come up, Tara and you were done with the semester, a whole day earlier than Chad and Mindy since you just didn’t have class the next day, you and Tara were both going to therapy and slowly dealing with the Ghostface stuff, and you were slowly falling back into a normal pattern with everyone. You had taken Tara out for celebratory milkshakes for (literally) surviving the semester.
“What?” Tara asked with a small smile, taking a sip of her milkshake but you could hear the nervousness as she lightly chuckled.
“At the potential risk of you getting mad at me,” you said slowly, watching as she slowly looked up from her shake, slightly narrowing her eyes at you, ready to yell at you for something you must have done. “Is there anything special you want to do for your birthday?” you quickly took a drink of your shake, peeking over the glass for Tara’s reaction.
Tara let out sigh, slumping back in the booth as it was her turn to play with her straw. She didn’t seem mad at your question which you were grateful for, you really didn’t want to say something to set her off. You didn’t know all the gritty details because she didn’t like to talk about them, but you knew Tara wasn’t a fan of her birthday. Tara’s birthday was a little over a week before Christmas and her dad had left during that time. Christmases had never been the same after that and you gathered from Mindy that they only got worse when Sam left a few years later, Christmas becoming almost nonexistent.
Mindy once explained that Tara tolerated her birthday after her dad left, she still had a party and cake but once Sam left it just became another day. You had only heard about her mother, and nothing had been good, you weren’t surprised that she never tried to do anything special with Tara. You wanted to do something special for her, but you didn’t want to push her away or do something that would only bring her more pain. Since Sam was back you weren’t sure if that changed Tara’s mind at all on birthdays or if she just wanted tomorrow to be another day.
“If you don’t want to do anything, it’s cool,” you said softly. You slowly reached across the table, your fingers grazing hers before she made the finale move to intertwine hands. “We can just hangout, watch movies, make out until Sam gets home and she throws me out,” you smirked.
Tara giggled at your joke, and you shyly smiled at yourself for that. Tara’s shoulders relaxed. She took another long sip of her shake, playing with the straw again as you patiently waited for her response.
“I don’t know,” she said, giving you a sad smile. “I haven’t done anything in years, I definitely don’t want anything big, but I don’t know.”
“Hey,” you whispered, tilting your head down to try and meet her eyes. “We don’t have to do anything big, it can just be dinner, it could just be movies and cake,” you chuckled, getting a small smile out of her. “If you want it to be just you and your sister, or you and the twins, or just the core four, then I’ll make myself scarce.”
“No,” Tara shook her head. You titled your head not sure what part she was saying no to or if she was saying no to the whole thing. “I want you there, no matter what we do.”
“Whatever you decide, I support.” You brought your intertwined hands to your lips, placing a kiss on her fingers. “What’s not up for debate though is me getting you a present.”
“No, you don’t have to, I don’t want you to waste-”
You quickly dropped her hands to point at her, making sure to put on your serious face. “It’s not a waste. Spending money on you is never a waste.” Tara smiled at your words but didn’t seem convinced. “Except for that god awful movie, you made me see over the summer.” Tara’s mouth dropped open. “I wish I could pay to have it erased from my brain.”
“It was a good movie!” Tara gestured widely, openly laughing at you.
“It didn’t have any explosions,” you fired back.
“So, the only way for a movie to be good is for it to have explosions?” Tara raised an eyebrow.
You shrugged. “It never hurts,” you mumbled. “It was so boring,” you sighed, dramatically throwing your head back against the booth. “All they did was talk!”
“It was a psychological thriller!” you cut her off by letting out a loud snore. “You’re an ass,” she threw her straw wrapper at you.
“And yet you love me.” You shrugged. “Maybe you need better taste in partners and movies.” She raised both eyebrows at you. “Wait…”
Tara shook her head, chuckling at you. “We can do something,” Tara said slowly. You could see the way she was thinking about the words as she said them, but you couldn’t help the way your eyes lit up.
“Are you sure?”
“Yeah,” Tara nodded more to herself than to you. “Just something small.”
“Of course. Do you want to go out to eat or keep it at the apartment.”
“The apartment. If that’s okay?”
“Of course,” you smiled, taking her hand again. “It’s your birthday, we’re going to do whatever you want to do.”
You and Tara finished your shakes, not talking about birthday plans anymore. When you were all done you walked Tara back to her apartment. You would normally stay a little longer, but the sisters agreed to dinner once a week with just each other and tonight was that night.
“See you tomorrow?” she looked at you with wide eyes.
“Bright and early,” you smiled.
“Not to early,” she put a hand on your chest. “I want to sleep in.”
“Yes ma’am,” you saluted her.
She rolled her eyes at your ridiculous, lightly punching you in the shoulder. She leaned in, grabbing you by the back of the head as she gave you a long goodbye kiss. When she finally released you, she smirked at your dumbstruck state. She gave you a light push, gently closing the door on you as you just stared at her smiling.
You shook off the effects of her kiss a few seconds later. You stepped closer, leaning closer to the door to see if you could hear Tara still in the room. You waited another minute before bringing your fist up and lightly knocking. It wasn’t even a moment later before the door was being flung open and the person you were hoping for was standing before you.
“Ugh,” Sam groaned. “Why are you back?” she shrugged. She turned to yell back into her apartment, “Ta-” you quickly put a hand over her mouth, dragging her out into the hall.
“Sorry,” you whispered, looking back into the apartment as the door closed, making sure Tara didn’t hear or see anything. “I didn’t want Tara to hear,” you quickly took your hand away from her mouth and let go of her.
“I-” a hard slap to your face cut you off. Your head whipped to the side so quick, you were to stunned, you didn’t even say ow. You brought a hand to your jaw, as you slowly turned back to Sam, your mouth wide.
“Don’t ever touch me,” she stepped closer, pointing threateningly at you.
“Sorry,” you whimpered. “I-I-I just wanted to talk to you.”
“What?” she stepped back, crossing her arms.
You cleared your throat, shaking your head but still feeling the sting of your cheek. “Tara agreed to celebrate her birthday.” Sam’s arms relaxed, her eyes going wide. “She doesn’t want anything big just a little something here at the apartment. I was hoping maybe you could get the food?” Sam nodded; her mouth open but no words came out. “Great!” you smiled, completely forgetting Sam had slapped you. “Don’t worry, I’ll get the cake. Just make sure Chad and Mindy know?” Sam silently nodded again. “Great! Great, thank you.”
Sam stood there speechless for a moment, just looking at you. You were about to get concerned, you had never seen Sam like this, not even after you got stabbed for her. “Sorry for slapping you,” she finally said.
“I probably deserved it,” you shrugged. “You’ve been wanting to do that for a while, haven’t you?”
“Oh my god yes,” she sighed, making you chuckle.
“It was a good one,” you nodded. “My face still hurts.”
Sam gave a satisfactory nod before turning and opening the door again. “Goodbye.” She didn’t wait for you to respond before closing the door.
You nodded to yourself and then quickly ran home. You considered the whole day a success. Tara was going to get the birthday that she deserved, you would make sure of it, you got her a present you knew she’d love, and you were pretty sure Sam was starting to warm up to you. You just needed to wear her down a bit more, maybe save her life again, and before you know it, she’d be wanting to hangout. Okay, maybe that was farfetched but eventually she wouldn’t roll her eyes every time she saw you.
***********************************
The next day you woke up early, running to the grocery store to pick out a cake for Tara. It was last minute so you couldn’t get something crazy and custom, but you looked at the options they had. You stared at each cake for over a minute, contemplating which one would be best. Ultimately you decided on a basic yellow cake, white icing, and little balloons and flowers decorating the edges. You bought some blue icing and took off to the Carpenters apartment. It was after noon when you knocked on the door. Tara opened it, still rubbing her half-closed eyes.
“Morning,” you said, smiling and giving her a quick kiss on the cheek as you entered the apartment. She groaned in greeting before throwing herself face down on the couch.
You shook your head at her, laughing at your very much not a morning person girlfriend. You didn’t consider yourself a morning person either, but you would get up early if it meant coming to see Tara, even though you would usually pass out on their couch in less than an hour of being there. You got back to work, sitting the cake on the table, flipping open the lid and delicately began using the blue icing to write out ‘Happy Birthday Tara’. When you were satisfied with your work you gently closed the lid and put the cake in the fridge where Sam had cleared space.
You wiggled your way onto the couch with Tara instantly sitting up to cuddle into your side. You flipped on the TV silently watching random shows until Tara decided to join the rest of the world. When Tara woke up, she woke up, she was up and talking, listing off all the movies she intended to make you watch until dinner. And that’s how you spent the rest of the day, curled up watching movies until Sam got home then the twins arrived a couple hours later, letting out sighs of relief at being done with the semester.
It wasn’t much longer before the pizza arrived. The five of you gathered around the table, your arm constantly around Tara as all of you talked and joked. Sam even joined in, telling stories of babysitting all of them and all the trouble they tried to get into. You laughed along but mostly you watched, you watched the way Tara’s eyes crinkled as she laughed, she didn’t stop smiling the entire night. When you brought out the cake Tara’s eyes lit up, giving you a kiss as you sat it in the middle of the table. Sam got the candles, lighting them and they all watched as Tara blew them out. Chad didn’t wait for the candles to be pulled out before he grabbed a knife and began cutting the cake, taking an extra-large piece for himself.
When the night started to die down all of you gathered in the living room, putting Tara in the big chair so she was the center of attention as everyone gave her presents. Chad gave her a couple gift cards, scratching the back of his neck as he looked around, noticing everyone else got her actual gifts. Tara said it was fine though and he knew how much she loved gift cards. Mindy shoved her gift into Tara’s hands next, excitedly watching as Tara unraveled the gift.
“Oh my god!” Tara shouted, jumping up from her seat. She turned showing a framed poster of one of her favorite movies, signed by the whole cast.
“Can I claim best gift yet?” Mindy asked, leaning close to your ear.
“You wish,” you said, playfully shoving her back.
Sam shook her head, rolling her eyes as she watched you and Mindy as she handed Tara her gift. Tara had just gotten seated again but as soon as she tore through the paper, she was on her feet again. She turned the box around showing tickets to something. When you got a closer look, you noticed it was for a museum tour that was in town. It opened in a few weeks, but tickets had quickly sold out, Mindy and Tara had both tried to get tickets but were unsuccessful. It was a moving exhibit of a horror props and costumes from a bunch of different movies. The exhibit was making its way across the country and Mindy and Tara had both squealed when it was announced to coming to the city.
“Dammit,” Mindy whispered. “You may have won this one,” she pointed at Sam. “But I’m not even mad!” she broke out into a smile as Tara handed her one of the tickets.
“So, can your oh so amazing gift top this?” Tara teased, staring down at you.
You looked up at her, smirking as you shrugged. She was about to sit back down but you grabbed her hand, keeping her on her feet. You slowly pulled out a little velvet box as you got down on one knee. Everyone went silent, Tara bringing a hand to her mouth as tears pricked the edge of her eyes.
“No!” Sam shouted, jumping up from her chair, making everyone turn to her. Sam froze, her arm midair as if she were reaching out to stop you.
“I’m not proposing,” you sighed, rolling your eyes. Flipping open the box to reveal a gorgeous silver ring, with a singular blue stone in the center.
“Are you sure?” Mindy whispered.
You ignored Mindy as you stood up, gently taking Tara’s hand as you slipped the ring onto her right ring finger. “It’s just a ring, with your birthstone,” you smiled down at the ring, looking at the glimmering blue stone.
“It’s nice to know that’s how you’ll react if I ever propose though,” you said, shooting Sam a glare before laughing it off. You saw the ring and instantly knew it was Tara’s style, you only thought of getting down on one knee when you realized it would make Sam freakout and then you just couldn’t pass the opportunity up.
“If?” Tara questioned, starting to pull her hand away from you.
“When,” you corrected, tugging her hand back. “But I would rather graduate first unless you want me to propose? I can redo this whole thing,” you gestured around. You were joking but if Tara had said yes, you knew you would totally do it in a heartbeat, she was the love of your life and if she wanted you to propose while you were freshman in college then you would.
“I think after graduation sounds wonderful,” she smiled, pulling you in for a kiss.
She broke the kiss but kept you close, your heads nearly brushing together. She looked down, holding up her hand to get a good look at the ring. “I love it,” she whispered, pulling you in for another kiss. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” you whispered back.
“Thank you, for the best birthday ever,” she flung her arms around your neck, pulling you into a hug. You quickly wrapped your arms around her waist, hugging her back just as fiercely.

quinn smiled and then turns to you. “and poor innocent y/n, you know you really should have listened to mindy when she told you too never trust the love interest.” she starts slowly walking towards you. sam and tara stand in front of you trying to protect you. “i mean come on! did you really think that ethan liked you.” she says in a mocking tone. you shake your head and look at ethan, his eyes looked different. you wanted to see the man you cared for but you don’t and that makes you cry even more. ethan just stares back with a glint in his eyes, like he was almost sad or apologetic.
quinn giggles at you regaining your attention.
“oh…oh don’t tell me you feel in love with him?” she mocks you. “aw poor y/n that must suck for you doesn’t it.” as she gets closer ethan comes around to the other side and surrounds sam, tara and you. sam and tara grab a brick and each hold it up confidently. “y/n when i say go i want you to make a run for it.” you look a sam with worry shaking you head no. “i can’t! i don’t wanna leave you.” tara turns and gives you a look, a look that kinda reassures you and you nod.
both girls eye down quinn and ethan. “y/n go!”
after you heard sams worlds you sprinted and the girls started to attack the ghostfaces. you run into an empty room and stop looking around thinking your safe. you turn to walk around the corner but stopped when a sharp blade comes face to face. you look at ethan with horror in your eyes.
“i love you, i really do you have to know that y/n.” you look at your boyfriend and glare at him. “you mean your actually going to kill me?” ethan looks at you, oh how he looks at you. like he loves you. “i mean just that!” he tells you but you see it in his eyes he’s still that nerdy boy that couldn’t even talk too you a few months back. “well, go ahead.” you don’t know where this confidence came from, hell you were scared shitless.
“you can’t kill me, you can’t kill me because you love me.” ethan shakes his head at you, trying to deny it but you see right through him. he loved you and you were his weekness. ethan’s release on you neck let’s you have a gasp of air you were holding in. “god. i’m so fucking stupid!” he backs up still pointing the knife at you. “i wanted to protect you. you can come with us and i’ll keep you safe.” you shake your head, “ethan your a killer. you are not the ethan i loved. and i will never love you.” ethan walks up to you and grabs your face as much as you tried to get out of his grasp. he leans in a presses and light feathered kiss to your forehead, that leave you with tears running down your face.
“i’m sorry but i have to do this for my dad.” he then takes the knife and pulls his hand back to aims it at you. just as the sharp blade cames close to your stomach a loud gunshot is heard and ethan falls to his knees. there sam is with a gun pointed at his body. you look down to where ethan is laying. blood all over his face and mouth as his breathing is slowed down. it makes you cry, not cry because he’s dying. no cry because you actually trusted this asshole.
you bend down to the ground and ethan looks at you. he trying reaching for your hand but you flinch away. he just smiles at you. and he’s gone. sam rushed over and pulls you into a hug as she looks at ethan. “come on we can go.” you nod stepping over your past lovers body and meet up with tara as she runs and hugs you. she lets go and gives you a sad smile and links arms with you. as you walk out you sigh.
“i can already hear mindy and her i told you so.” tara giggles and tugs you to the ambulance so you can both get patch up.

I like the way you kiss me pt.2
Tumblr media
sam carpenter x reader
i like the way you kiss me pt.1
A/N: Hey guys!! So this is the second part to my newest series! I’ve been trying to decide if this should be the last part or if I should do one more so let me know! Also you guys are able to ask for requests now and i’ll make a page with who I write for!! (Also this fic is not proofread pls excuse my typos lmao)
Summary: You go to a party Mindy and Chad host and “coincidentally” Sam is there…
—————————————————————————
After that day you hadn’t really talked to Sam besides necessary conversations you guys would have to have when you went over to hang out with Tara. Which you seemed to be doing more
and more of recently noticing the two of you actually make a pretty good duo.
One day you were getting smoothies with Tara when you felt like you should tell her about what happened with Sam.
“Tara?” “Hm?” She replied, mouth full of the strawberry banana smoothie she was drinking. “Do you remember how Sam acted when she met me that first time?” You asked looking at her. “Yeah but I told you not to worry about it I swear she’ll get used to you at some point she just isn’t exactly a people person.” Tara shrugged. “No that’s not it,” you sighed. “The day before that, I met Sam at the grocery store and I slid her my number. And that night we talked for like 3 hours before I hung up.”
Tara looked at you confused. “You slipped my sister your number…” you looked down waiting for her to yell at you for talking to her sister. “AND SHE ACTUALLY CALLED YOU?” She smirked at you. “God, I knew you were fine but not fine enough to create a miracle!” You looked up at her almost choking on your smoothie at her words. “That was your takeaway from what I just told you? You’re not mad? Or even sad?” “God no.” She replied “I’m just shocked my sister actually made an attempt at being a normal person. No wonder she acts so weird whenever I mention you. She totally likes you y/n.”
That night you think about Tara’s words a lot. Did her sister actually like you? Whenever you were around her she seemed like she was seconds away from punching you in the face. But, maybe that’s just how she is. She’s not exactly bubbly. You think about the time Tara left the apartment for a bit while you were there to go do something, leaving you and Sam alone. Sam couldn’t keep her eyes off of you. But she also didn’t dare utter a word to you. She always left you confused and wondering what was going on inside her mind.
That week you and Tara went over to Mindy and Chads place. Tara decided to find something cute for you to wear and she did your makeup. You weren’t sure why she was dressing you up so much but you let her anyway as it was fun.
As you arrived at the door Tara fixed your hair up and you gave her a weird look as you were still confused why she was trying so hard to make sure you looked good even though you were just seeing friends. You handed her the wine glass you brought as a gift before knocking on the door. After knocking you hear familiar voice say “I’ll get it.”
To your surprise as the door opens you’re met with a wide eyed Sam looking you up and down. She mumbles a quick “Hi” to you before moving over to let you in. After giving Mindy and Chad hugs you look over at Tara and Sam talking.
“You didn’t tell me you were inviting her Tara.” Sam says. “I didn’t think I needed to Sam? We’re constantly together it should’ve been a given.” Tara says raising an eyebrow at Sam. “Plus why do you care? You’re very clearly enjoying the sight of her.” Tara gives a small smirk to a slightly open mouthed Sam who is clearly shocked her sister caught on to her not so secretly checking out her friend.
As the night goes on the drunker and drunker everyone gets. You guys talk for hours, play games and watch dumb reality tv shows. “Who wants to play a classic game of drink or spill!?” Says a very very drunk Mindy. “What a good idea lil’ sis” exclaims Chad. “You know you’re only a few minutes older right?”
“Can we please start playing before you two get into a fight and ruin all the fun?” Sam says rolling her eyes. You all sit in a circle in their living room waiting for Mindy to ask questions. “Tara,” Mindy says, “how many people in the room would you kiss?” “Oh come on, that one’s easy! Three.” Tara says. “Thank god.” Sam replies letting out a fake sigh while laughing.
“Y/N, sweet, gorgeous, lovely, y/n.” Mindy says in a jokingly sweet voice. “Who in this room would you say no to if they asked you out?” You let out a chuckle, “if it wasn’t obvious before, I’m sorry Chad I’m just not into your uhm…kind?” You give a fake apologetic smile. You make eye contact with Sam who looks at you shocked. Obviously thinking she was going to be the one you would say no to. You give her a small smile before she looks away.
The rest of the night is a drunken blur for you. You can’t help but notice Sam staring at you all night and wonder if you look insanely hot or like a drunk mess. Later on you decide to go find Tara who’s probably making out with Chad somewhere to tell her you guys should head home.
“Tara?” You ask while knocking on Chads room door. “If you and Chad are in there eating each other’s faces please take this as a warning to stop before I walk in.” Suddenly the door opens and you see Sam smiling at your remark.
“Hi, Sam.” You say awkwardly. To your surprise she opens the door more for you to come in. “So my sister and Chad huh?” You nod. Confused as to why she’s talking to you. But then you think about the fact that she drank 5 shots during the game you guys played. She sits down on the bed in the room looking at the floor avoiding your eyes. And you join her. “I’m sorry I’ve been kind of a bitch to you y/n.” “It’s fine I guess?” You say confused as to why she would apologize now. “I really liked you that night we talked Sam. I wish you gave me a chance.” She looked up at you finally making eye contact. She stared at you for a second as if she was thinking about something.
Before you could think more she leaned closer to you, grabbed around your waist and kissed you. Only for a moment but just enough to show you she meant it.
“Im sorry,” She said looking away from you when you didn’t say anything. “That was more than okay Sam.” You smile at her and she kisses you again. This time more passionate and confident.
“Y/n!” Tara’s voice calls out a little before the door to the room bursts open. Tara’s eyes go wide at the sight of you and her sister and she stares for a moment before laughing. You and Sam look at her in bewilderment. “Thank god!! I was so sick of you two undressing each other with your eyes all night.” Sam scoffs at her boldness. “As much as I hate to break this up we need to go y/n we have class tomorrow.” Tara says as if she’s not gonna be insanely hungover the next morning. You stand up and smile at Sam. “Call me?” She says before you walk out. And you nod with a goofy smile plastered on your face.

SAM CARPENTER HCS — DATING HER
Tumblr media
Summary: What it would be like to date Sam Carpenter.
Pairings: Sam Carpenter x Fem!Reader.
Warnings: SFW & NSFW. Implied fem reader, she/her pronouns used. MDNI.
Author's note: Not much to say, look at those arms tho. 🤤
MASTERLIST.
Tumblr media
SFW:
You've met Sam through her job (one of them).
She's a waitress at one of your favorite diners, but after seeing her face, you had one more reason to go eat there everyday.
Sam had issues and that was obivous.
You didn't knew what had happened, and Sam didn't knew if that was a good or a bad thing.
You knew something was off when you looked at her, while she was serving your morning coffee, and she would just look away.
Like if she wanted to look, but she couldn't.
One day, the diner was about to close and she was cleaning everything up, while you finished your last mug of coffee.
So, you handed her your phone number written on that 10 dollar bil that Sam swore she wouldn't keep it.
And of course, she did. She rather have 10 dollars out of her paycheck than to miss the opportunity of having your number.
Sam was scared.
Everyone who came into her life got involved into her mess, one way or another. She didn't wanted that for you.
And although she didn't even knew a single thing about you (despite the fact that you liked your coffee black), she cared deeply about you.
But after you guys started exchanging texts, she realized that all she wanted was to be herself with you.
Behind all of that protectiveness, Sam was just insecure. She just didn't felt safe anymore.
And she hated not having control of things.
Which is why you guys' first date made her anxious as fuck.
She didn't knew what do to, or what to say. She was scared to drive you away with all of her baggage.
But you, and thank god for that, took the matters into your own hands.
Being the extroverted girl you always were, you talked about pretty much everything all night. All of your favorite movies, your favorite music.
You even explained to Sam why purple was the superior color for a good amount of time.
And all of the anxiety she felt before, suddenly was gone.
Needless to say she kissed you goodnight after that amazing date.
Sam proved herself to be an amazing girlfriend, actually.
You would visit her at the diner everyday, sometimes you guys would even walk home together.
But for a very especific reason, Sam would never let you go upstairs to her place.
And you didn't knew why; she never told you.
You thought it could be her sister who didn't liked you, her friends who thought you might be weird; maybe she was a secret hoarder.
But all of the questioning came to an end when she drove you to college one day, and your friends saw her face for the first time.
"Holy shit, is that the Woodsboro girl?" One of your friends said after she left.
"Who?" You asked, confused.
"You don't know what she did? Dude, she's a murderer."
That night, you and Sam had a heated argument.
You were sad that after 6 months of dating, she couldn't even be real with you. It's like she didn't even trusted you enough.
"How would I tell this to you, (Y/N)?? No one teaches you to tell your girlfriend that you had to kill someone, god damnit." You took a deep breath, and looked at her.
"Look at me, baby. I don't care what you did, what you had to do, or what happened back in that town. I believe in you. I trust you." And that was what Sam needed to hear. From anybody. From you.
After that argument, you guys rarely fought anymore. You gave her time, and space. You understood her issues, you took care of her.
Eventually, you got to meet her friends, her roommates, and especially her sister, Tara.
And you guys hit it off right away, which made Sam so happy and relieved.
"You really like her, don't you?" Tara said, while Sam and her were together in the kitchen. Sam looked at you and Chad playing some Mario Kart together, laughing and making fun of each other while Mindy and all of the gang were laughing as well.
"Yeah, I do."
Sam is the kind of girlfriend who pretty much always wants to break up with you because her mind tells her to do so.
She's just too scared to hurt you, to bring you into her life.
But she's also very caring, being the most incredibly sweet girl you've ever met.
When she's home from work, tired, all she wants do to is cuddle you and feel your fingers onto her her.
She's just a huge softie sometimes.
NSFW:
Everything about Sam being a softie doesn't apply here.
It took you guys a certain amount of time to finally have sex.
Mainly because Sam was just insecure.
But when you finally did, you've asked yourself how the fuck could she be so insecure?
She was just that good.
Sam is a dom most of the times, like I've said; she feels safer when she's in control.
And she's a good dom, lemme tell you that.
She's the kind of dom who wants to overstimulate you so bad until you use your safe word.
She wants to make you feel the better you've ever felt.
Her favorite position is the missionary (especially with the strap).
There's something about looking at your face while she fucks you raw that just gets her going.
One of her biggest kinks is also mommy daddy kink.
And she kinda found out by accident.
You were supposed to call her mommy, just like she'd asked you.
Somehow, daddy came out instead.
And now she won't stop railing you untill you call her that again. And again.
And again.
She's VERY into dirty talking.
She could easily make you cum just by whispering all of the things she wanna do with you.
"Fuck, you like that? Look at your fucking face, you wished I was fucking your mouth too. God, you're such a slut. Your pussy is made for me to fuck."
And at that point she was fucking you so good that all you could do was nod and whimper.
Sam also prefers to fuck at your place, mainly because she's terrified that Tara finds out she has a sex life.
And let's never forget about the day Mindy has caught you two.
"Oh, my god! I am so, so sorry- Wait, is that a butt plug?"
So now Sam's traumatized enough.
And also, she has a huge toy collection that she absolutely adores using on you.
Like I've said, overstimulation is a big thing for her, and she wants to fuck you in every way possible.
And at the same time.
"Fuck, look at you... So fucking tight yet so ready for me, huh?" She whispered while she was fucking your ass with one of the plugs. "Bet daddy can make you cum just by fucking your ass, don't you think?"
But when Sam bottoms, though.
Seeing her so vulnerable, so submissive, gets you going like crazy.
Sam didn't allowed herself to be in that position for a very long time, it's safe to say she's insecure about that too. But you respected her time, her space.
And now she's a whore in bed with you.
Sam loves when you fuck her in all fours, it makes her feel like she's a dog in heat and that makes her crazy.
When you pull her hair, slap her ass, god.
She has a big mirror in her room, and something about watching you fuck her gets her so turned on.
And you knew that.
"Look up, baby. Look at your face while I'm fucking that tight pussy of yours."
Also, she has zero gag reflex. You do whatever you want with that information.
Being completely honest here, Sam doesn't really knew much about aftercare.
Mainly because all of the people she's been with never really cared enough to do it, so she was unaware.
But, of course, you taught her. And you took care of her.
And everytime you guys were done, she would look at you and ask if you were okay, if she hurt you too much.
She loved you too much to hurt you, at that point.

Can I have Chad eating pussy? I bet he'd good at it and loves it
I need more Chad requests!! I might start writing for Tara and Mindy too. Or Billy? Any interested?

my taglists are here (I added one for SCREAM) + you can requests here at any time
Tumblr media
‘’When is Ethan coming ho— Ah! Fuck, do that again,’’ you begged with a moan, hips rising and fingers clutching the dark blue sheets that probably hadn't been washed since moving day.
Chad's mouth left your pussy, making you whine at the loss. ‘’Do what again?’’ he asked, raising a quizzical eyebrow at you. ‘’This?’’ He pressed kisses to your inner thighs, causing your breath to hitch. ‘’Or this?’’ Diving back between your legs, he glided his tongue across your slit.
A pleased sigh left your lips. It felt nice — anything involving Chad’s mouth between your legs felt nice —, but it wasn't what had your fingers clutching the sheets.
You shook your head.
‘’What about...this?’’ Chad wrapped his lips around your clit and sucked a few seconds before releasing it, causing your hips to buck as a shudder ran through your body. ‘’You like this, don’t you?’’ Chad's tongue continued flicking your clit, sucking on the swollen bud and making you squeal as your legs shook in desire over his shoulders.
He loved pleasuring you and teasing you.
You could’ve come just from this, but Chad had other plans. His skilled tongue vacated from your clit, eliciting a sad mewl from you. You bucked your hips against his face, needing his mouth again. You looked down, barely catching Chad’s smirk before he thrusted his tongue inside of you,
You threw your head back at the feeling of his tongue, moaning so loud the guys in the neighboring dorms must've heard. Your hand reached to grip his hair, but found no purchase. Instead, you found yourself clawing at his shoulders, turning into a moaning mess as Chad swirled his tongue around.
Your lower stomach was tightening and arousal was coating Chad’s mouth and chin, alternating between sucking on your clit and slipping between your folds. His palms were splayed on your thighs to keep you spread, feeling them want to close around him.
‘’Ah, fuck— Chad, I’m close.’’ Moans kept spilling out of your mouth, feeling yourself getting closer.
Chad didn't slow down. He added two fingers, curling them just the right way while he was working on your clit, bringing you to the edge with a cry of pleasure.
The feeling was overwhelming and you felt your orgasm smacking you in the face, slowly still grinding your hips against his mouth as Chad swallowed every last bit of your juices. He slurped and sucked at your pussy, wanting to get every drop, his groanings sending vibrations through your body.
Your legs were still shaking from your orgasm when Chad crawled up to kiss you. His tongue tasted of you and you weren't sure you liked it.
The sound of a key getting inserted into the lock had you and Chad break apart. Ethan.
Quickly, you grabbed Chad’s Blackmore hoodie and slipped it on to cover yourself. Your eyes searched for your panties, but god knows where Chad threw them. The latter straightened up and wiped his mouth and face with the back of his hand, making the visible remnants of your doings disappear. Your face probably looked like a mess, but you had no time to fix it. It’s not like Ethan didn’t know you and his roommate were sexually active.
The door opened just as the hem of the hoodie went past your private parts, not wishing to give Ethan free material to jack off.
‘’Mindy’s been trying to reach you for the past hours. Your mom called. Your parents are visiting next weekend and—’’ Ethan's voice caught in his throat, face flushing when seeing you on Chad’s bed. Although your body was covered, he could see that you didn’t have pants on and easily caught on to what you had been up to while he had been absent. ‘’Oh. Eh…hi Y/N.’’
You slipped your legs under the plush blanket, trying to cover more skin. ‘’Hi, Ethan,’’ you greeted back flatly with a small smile.
Chad turned to his roommate, a frown on his face. ''What? They weren't supposed to be coming before Thanksgiving—'' His eyes shifted to you. ''Shit. I think Mindy slipped about us to my mom...''

Tara/fem!Reader
Tumblr media
Summary: You get kidnapped by ghost face
Warnings: torture but it doesn’t really go into detail, angst
WC; 5.1k
Author note: not proofread, English is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes in advanced. hope you enjoy:)
"Tara I'll only be gone for the weekend. I'll be back Monday morning."
"But why can't I go with you."
"You have that exam tomorrow and you can't miss it. I'll be back before you know it." You zipped up your bag and turned around to see the adorable pouty of face of your best friend. You smiled and walked towards her.
"You won't even notice I'm gone. Plus didn't Mindy say she set you up on a date with someone?" You tried to hid the sadness in your voice at the mere thought of Tara going on a date with someone. You spent most of your friendship with Tara hiding your feelings from her. And you had to give your self credit. You were great at hiding your feelings.
"Ugh yes. She's setting me up with this guy from one of her classes." She rolled her eyes as she helped you with your bag. Packing the spare of glasses you had, she knew how you'd always tended to misplace them. "But I don't have to go. I haven't said yes. And I'd also rather spend my time with you. Your parents love me"
"I would like for you come with but Sam would probably kill me if you miss that final tomorrow. You can come with me next time." You offered ignoring the way your heart thumped in your ears at mention of her rather spending her time with you.
"I called you an Uber so you didn't have to take a taxi. And it's five minutes away." Quinn said as she stood next your open door. Leaning on the door as she smiled at you.
"Thanks Quinn. You didn't have t-Don't worry about it babe. You know you got a special place in my heart." You took a glance at Tara only to see her smile no longer there, replaced with a scowl as she looked at your guys roommate.
"Okay well thanks Quinn. I'll be down in a bit."
She smiled and winked at you, "It's a black SUV Cadillac." Then she walked away. Leaving you and Tara in what felt like awkward silence.
"Come on. Walk me out?"
"You sure you don't want Quinn to do that. You two have grown close." She spoke in an annoyed tone. Her eyes still starting at the spot where Quinn once stood.
"Tara." You sighed gently taking the your bag that Tara still held and slinging it over your shoulder. "Come on. I want you to walk me out." You held out your hand for her to take. You watched as her annoyance melted away, she took your hand and led you out of your room with a huff.
"Bye guys. I'll see on Monday. Where's Ethan?" You waved only to stop when your best friend wasn't in the room. You had met Ethan at the very start of the year and grew close, having the same hobbies. You two bonded for your shared love over video games.
"He said he had a study group he couldn't miss. He told me to tell you he'll miss you and to bring him something." Quinn spoke from her spot on the couch where she sat in between Chad and Anika. Sam and Mindy were in the kitchen making dinner.
"Bye Y/nn have a safe trip." Sam smiled sharing quick hug. She had known you for quite a while. She also cared deeply about you, seeing as she knew you from such a young age. She also knew how you were in love with her younger sister. She had promised not to say anything but she had tried to push you into telling her. Even going as far as trying to get her sister to tell you about her feelings. After the murders of Woodsboro 2022 not only had she become protective of her family. But so did you. Especially over Tara. She had watched how you watched over Tara after she was attacked. Going as far as staying at the hospital. She watched how you did everything in your power to make sure Tara was safe.
The rest of your friends said their goodbyes and you made your way out of the apartment with Tara. The short brunette kept your hand in hers as she lead you down the steps on to the side walk in front the of apartment complex. You saw the black SUV a man wearing a black yankee hat and a black face mask was in the driver seat with the passenger seat window down.
"For Y/n?"
"Yea that's me. Can I get a second?" You asked the man, he nodded and shot you a thumbs up.
"I don't want you to go." You heard Tara mumble as she leaned into the arm she was still holding.
"Tar it's only three days." You pulled her into a hug, she buried her face into your chest her arms wrapping tightly around your waist. You both stayed there for what felt like forever. Before pulling away. She looked up at you through her eyelashes.
"I'll always notice when you're gone." She said in a soft voice.
"I'll be back first thing Monday morning. I have to go. I'll be back before you know it." Without thinking you leaned down kissed the top of her head. You watched as her eyes widen and her cheeks turn pink. Yours for sure doing the same.
"Uh bye Tar."
*
You sat in the back of suv with your cheeks still feeling warm. You leaned back in the seat and looked down at your phone. The lock screen being of Tara and you at Disney land, Tara had the Mickey Mouse ears and you had your Goofy hat. Both of you smiling at the camera as Sam took the picture. The ping coming your phone notifying you of a new message
Tara: I miss you already :(
A smiled made its way on to your face. You opened the message and typed out response but before you can hit send. The driver spoke up.
"So Y/n, what's your favorite scary movie?"
You were snapped out of your thoughts, your head almost getting whiplash at how fast you looked at the driver.
"E-Excuse me? What did-Mmh!!" You were cut off by someone emerging from the back seat. You tried to fight him off only for you freeze momentarily when you saw who it was.
Ghostface.
He jumped over the seat making you unfreeze as you tried to fight him off. Your glasses flying off your face with punches you were receiving, making your vision impaired. The blurry figure of ghost face moved fast. The driver continued to drive like like nothing was wrong. You noticed that the ghostface didn't have his knife which had you confused but you didn't stop fighting. He punched you repeatedly. You were growing weaker by the second. With a final punch to your face you were knocked out.
*
As you came to, you felt the throb of pain shooting through out your skull. Your blurry vision in no way helping the pain in your head. The panic settled in when you remembered what happened. Ghostface was back.
"Wakey. Wakey Y/n. You don't want to miss all the fun. Do you?"
You registered that you were tied to chair and tape was covering your mouth. There were two ghost faces standing in front of you. You breathing became quicker as your eyes filled with tears.
You pulled on the restraints that held your wrists the handles of the chair. But the rope that had you tied down only tighten the more you moved. One of the figures moved towards, you tried to move away from the knife he held but it was no use.
You couldn't do anything but cry in pain when the knife was brought down.
*
I miss you already :(
Read 5:39pm
Three hours passed since you left and Tara kept looking at her phone. You had yet to respond to her message, you clearly read it she had seen the bubbles appear. Meaning you were going to respond but the message never came. It wasn't like you to not respond. She sat back in her seat, her friends and herself had a movie night and she couldn't take her mind off you.
"I'm sure she'll answer once she gets off the plane. You know how paranoid she gets when she's on a plane. Phone is in airplane mode and her headphones on full blast. Swear that girl says hates planes cause of final destination but still gets on them." Chad joked as he ate the popcorn Sam had made.
"Oh my god remember when there was turbulence on flight here?" Mindy laughed at the thought of how scared you were. Tara couldn't help but giggle.
"Man who knew she had such a strong grip. Swear my hand hasn't been the same since." Chad shook his hand that you once had in a death grip. He remembered how much it hurt. But you had been so scared, and he wanted to comfort his best friend.
"Chad you literally had tears in your eyes." Mindy laughed even harder. "That's what you get for stealing Tara's seat."
Tara finally relaxed in her seat, she knew exactly how you get when you'd go on a plane. By the time she wakes up Friday morning she'd have a text from you.
*
When she woke the first thing she did was reach for her phone. Expecting a text from you but when she saw that she had no notification from you she sat up. Her concern coming in ten fold. She pressed on your contact and waited for you to pick up your phone.
"Hey this is Y/n sorry I can't get to the phone right now. Please leave a message after the-Hey just wanted to know if you got home safe. Call me when you get a chance."
It has been approximately 15 hours since you left. The flight was only going to be a six hour flight. You had more than enough time to text her back.
"Still no response?"
Tara looked up from her phone to see her sister standing at the door way of her room. Tara went to respond when her phone binged. Her eyes snapping to the phone in her hand.
Y/nn<3: hey sorry I didn't call. I crashed as soon as I got home and my phone was dead when I got home. My parents say hi but I can't really talk right now. I'll call as soon as I can. Good luck on the exam today. I know you'll do great :) ps I miss you more <3
Tara smiled letting her shoulders drop and the concern she felt before wash away.
Okay call me when you get a chance and tell your parents I said hi as well. Ps not possible I miss you way more
"Great she responded, now get ready for school. You have an exam today." With that Tara got ready for the day. The day would be a long one since you weren't there with her.
*
After the fight with her sister Tara had dropped in her bed with a deep sigh. She hated fighting with her sister. But sometimes Sam was just a bit over protective. It was something that she understood but if annoyed her just the same.
She wanted nothing more than to have you here. You were not even gone for a day and she missed you way too much already.
*
You had felt pain before. You were stabbed the year before by Sam's crazy boyfriend. He only got to stab you once before you got the upper hand and kicked his knee in. But this pain. It was a type of pain that had your vision go dark, but then it felt like lights in this old place seem way too bright.
"You will the same pain you made him feel."
The voice behind the mask said. You didn't have the slightest clue on what he was talking about. From the lights you could see you noticed that one of figures was shorter than the other two. It's exactly what you needed, there were three of them.
*
"-Okay. You're alibis check out. You're friends as well. You have another roommate correct? Y/n Y/ln." Detective Bailey said as he sorted out his paperwork that was in front of him.
"Yea but she left to visit family for the weekend." Tara said leaning forward. Not understanding why the detective was bringing you up. You were no where near New York to be brought up and she was grateful. That she knew you were safe and nowhere ear this again.
"A flight to California is that right?"
"Yes, why are you bringing her up. She's not even in the same state right now?" Sam stared down the detective.
"How well do you know Ms.Y/ln?"
"Since grade school. Now tell us what does Y/n have to do with this." Tara demanded to know.
"Her dna was found in the bodega. Y/n never arrived at the airport, she wasn't on flight Thursday afternoon. So I ask again. How well do you know her?"
"W-What? No no she texted me said that she was already in California. She wouldn't lie to me." The young Carpenter rejected the mere thought of you wanting to kill Sam, your friends, her. No you wouldn't.
Right?
*
"Well then where is she Sam. I just got off the phone with her mom. They haven't seen her. She wasn't on the plane heading back home." Tara paced in the safety of her living room. After being attacked they settled in their apartment. They searched your room for any sign of where you could be but came up empty handed. Everyone had tried to call you but you never answered your phone. It would go straight to voicemail.
With all blame for the murders not only falling on Sam's shoulders but yours as well. The situation was becoming even more stressful.
"I don't know Tara. I don't know."
The five in the room jumped at the sound of Tara's phone ringing. They looked at her phone and saw the contact picture of you popping up. Tara wasted no time to answer the phone.
"Y/n! Where the hell are you-Oh Tara, you dumb little thing. Y/n isn't here or maybe she is and she's been stringing you along. Or maybe I'm Y/n. It wouldn't be the first time someone you love tries to kill you, now would it."
"Y/n wouldn't do this."
"You sure about that."
Tara looked down at the phone when ghostface hung up. Everything in her was telling her that you would never do this to her. You wouldn't. But there was little part of her that was telling her that it was true.
"Hey we've known Y/n since we were babies. She loves you too much to do this. No, there has to be a different explanation for why ghostface has her phone." Chad said in not believing for one second you could be part of this deranged persons team.
"Wait doesn't-Guys, what the hell."
The four walked out of the kitchen, towards the living room where Anika turned up the volume. The five watched how the blame for the murders where placed on Sam and Y/n. And how Sam almost attacked a girl the night before. How the murders of Woodsboro 2022 were also blamed on Sam. They watched how the reporter not only victimized Richie but dragged Sam's and Y/n's name as well.
Sam took the control away from Anika and turned off the tv. She stormed away and sat the kitchen table.
The three teens watched how Tara tried her best to comfort her sister. Trying to push the worry she felt for you aside.
The five in room not aware of the danger lurking in the room across the hall.
*
The throbbing pain coming from your knee was becoming worse. One of the ghost faces had broken your knee. They had the cut you and beat you but the worst pain of it all was the knee.
"Are you ready Y/n. You won't believe it but your group of friends has become unfortunately small."
"Leave them alone you bitch! I'll kill you. I'll-You won't do anything. Want to know why. Cause when they find you. You will be dead. Just another name added to my list. But don't worry. They'll see your final moments after all."
You didn't know they had been recording, but all you cared for was your friends. Tara. You felt your eyes fill with tears. You hated not being there for her or Sam. You only hoped that they were okay.
You could only hope.
*
The group watched how all the ghost face costumes were on display. They had made it an abandoned movie theater. All the evidence collected from past attacks.
"What's in the box? It's huge." Ethan walked up towards the wooden large box. "You think we could get it open?" He looked around trying to find something to open the box with. "I mean we don't know where Y/n is. She could be behind th-Don't you fucking dare." Tara stared daggers at the taller boy.
"I'm just saying Tara. Has anyone seen or heard from her? She's gone completely M.I.A. I love her but it's weird. The cops can't find her, her parents don't know where she's at. And to top it all off she goes missing the day the killings start. The knifes go missing from the kitchen, a kitchen Y/n used frequently. It's-Stop talking Ethan." This time it was Sam that cut him off. Sam loved you dearly, she had known you since you were a kid. You were too sweet of a kid to do something like this.
But the question still stood. Where were you.
*
"You know you always had a special spot in my heart."
The words rang through your head. Your blurry vision became cleared when the figure put something on your face. Your eyes widen in disbelief at who was standing in front of you. They had taken off their mask and were now just standing there.
Quinn.
She swung the pipe hitting you in the head before you could actually say anything.
You weren't sure how much time passed. When you woke up you were somewhere dark. You couldn't see anything. You could still feel the cloth tide over your mouth, the pain coming from the side of your head. But now you could also feel something covering your whole face. You could barely feel the your leg and you were afraid on what that could mean.
You could faintly hear muffled voices. And then gunshots. Making you flinch at the loud noise. You heard noises around you and then suddenly, light that you were able to see through the bag since it wasn't that thick.
"We have a few more surprises for you both actually. It was so easy. Having the blame not only on Sam but also her."
You felt someone touch your shoulder making you flinch harder than before. The bag than lifted from your head making squint your eyes a bit at the bright lights. You wheezed out, when they roughly grabbed you by the hair making you look up.
"Y/n?!"
At the sudden voice your eyes connected to the deep brown eyes that you loved so much. Tears streamed down her face as she tried to get to you.
"Q-Qui-Now Now don't spoil the surprise." You watched as Sam and Tara's eyes widen at the site of you. They looked at the person behind you gasped when you only assumed that they took off their mask.
"Mindy was right." You looked up only to a person you considered a best friend. Heart breaking when Ethan ranted about killing Chad. "I mean it was fun. But it was more fun torturing you." You hissed when he pulled your hair harder, head tilted back as he taunted you with the knife.
"Get away from her." Tara lunged forward but was stopped by Sam. She cried at the sight of you. You were covered in blood, cuts, bruises. And she could see how bad you leg looked.
"Speaking of Families. My name isn't Ethan Landry. Is it dad?"
"Dad?"
"Hey roomies. You didn't see that one coming " Quinn smiled evilly. A chuckle escaped her mouth at the shocked expressions on the Carpenters sister's face.
You watched as they argued, Ethan..or what ever his name was no longer behind you. While they did their monologue, you tried to use this time to escape the ropes. The little fight you had left growing just a bit, when the three insane killers circled the two sisters. You had known that they were going to avenge their dead brother. You didn't know that it was Richie they were talking about. You looked to your side to faintly see a blonde woman crawling towards you.
She slowly and quietly cut the ropes tying your legs. Careful not to touch your bad leg. She then moved to your wrists. Slipping something medal in your hands.
"Hide it. I'm gonna try to distract them. Oh and here figured these could help. They're broken but it'll have to do." Kirby put the glasses on your face. She had found them laying around. She knew they belonged to you the moment she saw them. She has seen the pictures of you and your friends. The frames being way too similar for them not to be yours. The glass was cracked and scratched.
You tried to move but you had to stop at the pain coming from your leg. Your head snapping up when you heard gun shots. You watched as the detective was shot, Quinn was hit in the face with a brick by Tara. Who then tried to run towards you but was tripped when a hand grabbed her ankles.
"Tara! Sam!" Sam looked up from stabbing Ethan, towards you. She then moved to you. Stopping when you shook your head, "Help Tara, I can't move. Here." You threw her the gun Kirby gave you. She looked uncertain of leaving you but with a yelp coming from her sister she turned and ran towards her.
You attempted once again to move. Using the arm rests of the chair to pull yourself up. Biting your lip at the pain coursing through your body. From the corner of your eye you saw the detective get up, picking up his gun and then aiming at Tara and Sam. You had failed to notice that they had made it on the top balcony. You could only watch as Tara dangled from the top, Sam trying her best to pull her back up. Ethan was just below Tara swiping his knife at her. You limped your way to him. Using anything to to put your weight on. Picking up the a pipe on the way. Once you were right behind him you swung it as hard you can, Tara falling at the same moment. With the force of the swing causing you fall. Tara used the knife Sam gave her to stab Ethan through the mouth.
"Now die a fucking virgin."
"Baby." She quickly shifted toward you. Cupping your cheeks as she cried. Looking over your body at the damage done by people she trusted. "Oh y/n. You're going to be okay. Just-just keep your eyes open."
"Tara...y-you're bleeding."
Letting a tearful chuckle the brunette wiped your tears away. "So are you dumbass."
With a painful laugh you reached up wiping her tears away. "I m-missed you." You mumbled, your eyes growing heavy by the second. The energy you once had fading away. The exhaustion from the passed days coming to in waves.
"No no keep your eyes open. Come on baby. Look at me. Please."
Both of you flinching at the sound of glass and wood breaking. You moved your head slightly to see Sam and Quinn's dad on the floor.
"Go-go help her."
"You keep your fucking eyes open. You hear me. Please keep them open. I'll be right back." She leaned down kissing you the lips. Even in this light when she pulled away from you, you saw the blush on her cheeks. You cracked a smile at the sight.
"Yes ma'am."
*
Tara had been pissed when she returned to you to find you unconscious. Worried but pissed. So angry that she bursted into tears. Sam had to pull her away from your body letting the paramedics help you. Sam had watched as they rushed you away. Sam held Tara tighter as her sister tried to get to you. Her arm burning as she held her younger sister.
Now they sat in the waiting room. Waiting for any news on you and Chad. They both had gotten stitches on their wounds. Mindy and Danny sat with them. Sidney had called them to make sure they were alright. At the news that they were alright Sidney was on the next flight to New York. The older woman wanted to be there but she also had her own family to look after.
"Family of Y/n Y/ln and Chad Meeks Martin?"
The four shot up from their seats. "Please tell me they're okay." Tara begged, tears streaming down her cheeks
"Yes. They'll pull through."
The group of friends cheered tears of joy and pure relief. Danny pulled the three girls in a big bear hug. The three woman cried in the mans chest.
"The good news for Mr.Meeks is that the knife missed all the vital organs. He'll make a speedy recovery once all the stitches are out." The group nodded taking every word in. Thankful that Chad would be alright.
"Ms.Y/ln on the other hand and multiple cuts and bruises. She has minor concussion as well. But that's not what we were worried about. When Ms.Y/ln was brought her left leg was in horrible shape. Her knee was broken for at least two days. When she was brought in it was deeply infected due to the lack of treatment. Due to the infection, it had stopped blood flow to the that leg. Which caused what we call tissue death..requiring an amputation."
*
The bright lights form the ceiling were the first thing you saw when you opened your eyes. You felt nauseous, dizzy and numb all around. It felt like you couldn't move. The pain you once felt, you barely feel now. The more you came to, the more you realized that you were on a hospital. You also now felt a hand holding yours. It was warm and small. You recognized the hand instantly. Looking towards the direction of the hand, a small smile made its way to your face at what you saw. She was bit blurry due to you not having your glasses, but nevertheless she was still beautiful. You could tell that she was sleeping and not knowing what she's been through, you didn't want to wake her.
"Hey, you're awake." You heard the older Carpenter's voice. You turned to the sound of her voice and saw her figure standing by the bed. You saw her dig in her bag, pulling out a black box.
You smiled when she put on your spare glasses. "Thanks Sammy."
She chuckled and shook her head. "You're welcome. Now how are you feeling?" She realized that you haven't noticed that your leg wasn't, well there. And she didn't know how to tell you. She looked at her sister who was still asleep. For the past 24 hours that you've been unconscious Tara did not want to leave your side. Sam didn't want to leave her sister so she had Danny go to her place and pack them a change of clothes and other things they could possibly need. She knew she could trust him. He had tried so hard to make sure they were all okay.
"I'm feel a little sore and loopy but other than that I feel okay." You whispered back. "What about you guys. Are you guys okay?"
"Everyone is okay. Chad is a floor down with Mindy. Hell pull through. Tara and I are fine just a few stitches and bruises. You just focus on yourself. I'm going go get a doctor. I'll be right back. I'm so glad you're okay." She leaned down and kissed the top of your head. You offered a small smile. Your mind hazy from the drugs pumping into your blood stream.
"Hey you're awake." At the sound of the sudden voice. You looked at Tara who was now wide awake. She looked at you with tears in her eyes. The relief shown in her face at sight of you awake. "Thank god you're awake. I was so scared." She held your hand tightly as she brought it up to her lips.
"I'm-Ms.Y/ln you're awake. How are you feeling?" The doctor came in with a smile as he looked at you. Sam was close behind him as she moved to stand behind Tara.
"Sore, a little loopy. My leg kinda hurts but it's more of a sting." Your hand moved to touch your left leg but was stopped by Tara. You furrowed your eyebrows at her and she didn't meet your eyes.
"Y/n, you had a broken knee from what we saw the broken bone was left untreated for quite awhile. It was left unclean which led to an infection, this caused blood flow to stop traveling to your knee. Ms.Y/ln we had to amputate your left leg due to the dead tissue-"
You sat up ignoring the pain at the movement. The stitches on your stomach pulling. The three in front of you tried to stop you but couldn't. The doctor called for a nurse to get a sedative. Your eyes widen in shock and horror when you pulled back the blanket to see the leg stump. You could faintly hear the heart monitor connected to you pick up. Then followed a tiny sting coming from your arm. You looked to your side to see a nurse, you looked back at Tara who looked at you with so much guilt and sadness. Your world faded once again.
Tara stood as she watched as you fall in to unconsciousness. She knew things wouldn't be the same for you. She knew that it'd take time for you to heal mentally and physically.
She planned to be by your side throughout the journey.

Tumblr media
Ethan knew he couldn’t do what his family asked when it came to hurting you, but after hours of Quinn telling Ethan that you’d never want him, and that you would never see him as anything more than a pathetic loser, he’d channeled enough rage towards you to hopefully do the job he was asked to do.
When he popped out of Quinn’s closet that night and killed her flavor of the week, the adrenaline was already pumping through his veins. When he went out to the main area of the apartment, he searched for you. He thought back to the text you sent him about being bummed that he had econ and couldn’t join you and the rest of the friend group, so he knew this was where you were supposed to be. He didn’t let you not being there throw everything off, it just meant Anika had to die before it was originally planned.
He met with his dad before he had to show up at the crime scene and play the roll of the grieving father to explain how everything actually played out.
“She wasn’t there?!” Wayne yelled, as Ethan nodded, his breathing still heavy from all the running to get away from the apartment before anyone had a chance to see him. “Fuck, I thought you had this all planned out!”
“I’m sorry,” Ethan said, “She was supposed to be there. I guess she changed her mind.”
“You’re going to finish the job though, right?” Wayne asked, knowing how much convincing it took to get Ethan to want to kill you in the first place.
“Yeah, I’ll take care of it. I know tomorrow’s supposed to be the end of all this, but I have her schedule memorized. I’ll just break into her apartment before she get’s home from class, kill her, and I’ll meet you at the theater,” he said, as Wayne nodded in approval.
“I knew you wouldn’t let me down.”
The next day, you went to class. You’d heard about another attack but had no idea it was Anika and Quinn. With you backing out of coming over to Tara and Sam’s last minute before the attacks happened, your friends couldn’t help but wonder if you could’ve been the one that caused her death. You were the last person they’d suspect, but they thought it was a little strange.
Finally, Tara called you when you were walking back home after your morning classes.
“Hey, sorry I didn’t come over last night. I was so tired,” you said, as soon as you answered the phone.
“It’s a good thing you didn’t,” Tara said. You immediately heard the sadness in her voice.
“Wait, what happened?” you asked, before you heard Mindy yelling at Tara for calling you in the background. “Tara, what’s going on?”
“The killer came to the apartment last night…Quinn and Anika are dead,” she said, as you were walking through your front door.
“Oh my god,” you said, bracing yourself against the doorway as you took in the news she just told you. “Is Mindy okay?” you asked as you started to get emotional. You weren’t the closest to Anika yet, but you were getting there. You loved her sweet yet sarcastic personality, and you’d recently started to get to know her better from the study sessions with her and Ethan.
“No, not really,” Tara sighed, “Were you really home last night? I hate to ask you because I don’t think you’d do anything like this…but you saying you weren’t coming over last minute was a little suspicious.”
You were taken aback by her accusations, and were about to respond, when you heard the beeping that someone else was calling you. You felt annoyed as you saw the unknown number, quickly declining it before you responded to Tara.
“Tara, I promise you I was at home. I was so tired after class yesterday,” you got out, before you started to get another unknown number call, “Fuck, someone keeps calling me. I’ll text you in a little bit. We’ll figure out who’s doing this.”
“Okay, be safe,” she said, before you ended the call and answered whoever kept calling you.
“Hello?” you asked, the irritation in your voice obvious as you heard a chuckle on the other end of the call.
“I thought you were just going to keep ignoring me.”
You immediately recognized the voice. You’d heard it several times before in the Stab movies, and started to think this was some kind of sick prank.
“Who is this?” you asked, walking towards your kitchen, “Because this isn’t funny.”
“Oh, you sweet, dumb thing,” the person responded, a hint of laughter still in their voice. “I think this is hilarious. You’re all alone in your apartment, no one to save you…”
You tensed up as you glanced around the areas of your apartment that you could see from the kitchen, before inching your way towards the drawer that contained the knives.
“Don’t even think about it,” the voice said, the realization that whoever this was could see you in that moment setting in.
“Who the fuck is this?” you asked, your voice a little shaky as your anxiety kicked in.
“Aww, are you scared?” the voice cooed, “Because you should be.”
That’s when you saw the masked figure darting towards you from your bedroom. You tried to make a run for the front door, but Ghostface was hot on your heels. The knife was shoved in your direction in attempts to slow you down, but the knife penetrated the wood of your door. The killer struggled for a few seconds as they tried to get the knife out, giving you the smallest amount of time to get away from them.
You ran to your living room, searching for anything you could use to help you defend yourself, when you noticed that Ghostface had joined you in the room, holding the knife up as they stared at you.
“Why are you doing this?” you cried. Seeing you like this had Ethan feeling so guilty, but Quinn’s words kept replaying in his head. He didn’t say anything as he charged towards you again. You tried to fight him off, but you were quickly overpowered by him.
He threw you to the ground before he straddled your body. You kept trying to fight, refusing to just give up, even though this person was a lot stronger than you. Both of Ghostface’s hands were wrapped around his knife as they held it over their head, your life literally flashing before your eyes as you waited for it all to be over.
Ethan hesitated, though. The fear in your eyes, your tear-soaked cheeks, and the sobs slipping past your lips were something he knew would haunt him if he went through with this.
“I’m so sorry,” you heard, recognizing the voice as the knife was lowered and clanked on the floor beside you. “I can’t do this to you.”
“Ethan?!” you choked out, gaining enough strength to shove him off you. You used your hands and feet to back yourself closer to the wall, pulling yourself up by the windowsill as he sat on the floor. “What the fuck is wrong with you?!”
“I don’t know,” he cried, pulling the mask over his head and throwing it in frustration. “I can’t do anything right.”
You eyed him as you stood against the wall, watching him cry. You were so shaken up and furious, but you couldn’t help but wonder how Ethan ended up in this position. He was this shy, sweet person that you enjoyed spending time with, and maybe it was your personal feelings towards him, but you felt bad for him.
You walked over to where the knife was, kicking it to the other side of the room under your tv stand. If he had a change of heart and decided he wanted to kill you, you knew him trying to fish that out would give you enough time to escape.
“What the fuck, Ethan?” you sighed, standing beside him as he still sat in his place on the floor. “Why?”
He just kept crying, so ashamed of himself that he got roped into his dad’s plan in the first place. He felt sick, and not just mentally. He was fighting his nausea as you finally crouched down beside him.
“Talk to me,” you said, as he finally looked up at you. He looked scared, his pupils huge as his chin quivered.
“My family is behind all this,” he said, jumping up off the floor as you hesitantly stood up. “Fuck, they’re gonna kill me.”
You started to get nervous all over again as he paced the floor. His hands were shaking, and you couldn’t tell if it was out of fear or anger, but you stepped as far away from him as you could.
“I don’t even understand why you were a part of this in the first place. You didn’t have anything to do with Richie dying,” he ranted, before pausing for a second, “Are you close to your parents?”
You just stared at him, unsure of what to say. This wasn’t the Ethan you knew, and his erratic behavior had a huge lump in your throat.
“I bet your parents love you. I bet they’d never treat you the way my dad treats me,” he said, after you didn’t answer him. “I bet they never make you feel like you’re worthless.”
“You’re not worthless,” you said softly, his head snapping in your direction. You hesitated before speaking again. “Your family is doing this because of Richie? How is he a part of this?”
Ethan stepped towards you, as you backed even further against the wall. “I’m not going to hurt you.”
You shook your head as you looked at him, “You just tried to kill me, Ethan…I’m terrified of you right now.”
“Fuck,” he said, tearing up again. “Richie was my brother. I know you heard the story about Sam stabbing him and slitting his throat,” Ethan paused, you nodded for him to continue, “My dad and sister wanted revenge. I didn’t want to do any of this.”
“Then why did you?” you questioned, as he wiped tears from his cheeks.
“Because my dad told me that it would finally make him proud of me for something…and he said he’d just kill me too if I didn’t help with all this.”
You started to relax against the wall a little as you processed everything. This wasn’t about him wanting to hurt you or anyone else, he just wanted to be loved by the one person that should’ve loved him regardless. He was broken, and even though the voice inside your head kept screaming that you were stupid for wanting to comfort him, your huge heart was breaking for him.
“Ethan,” you said, slowly stepping towards him, “Everything will be okay.”
“No it won’t!” he yelled, making you jump, “Shit, I’m sorry,” he said, noticing that he’d scared you again. He started to speak in a softer tone, “My dad is a fucking detective…even if I try to run away from all of this, he’d just find me.”
You stood there in silence for a few seconds as the realization hit you, “Detective Bailey?” you asked, as he nodded.
“Quinn is a part of this, too. She’s my sister.”
“Ethan…Quinn died last night. This isn’t making sense,” you said, as he scoffed.
“She’s not dead…I wish she was, though. I fucking hate her.”
You both stood in silence for a few minutes, the only sounds heard in the room was his heavy breathing and the occasional sob he’d let out…and the pounding in your chest but you were sure only you could hear that.
“I know you probably hate me right now, and I’m so sorry that I scared you like that. You didn’t deserve it,” he finally said, his eyes connecting with yours. “I’d rather my own life be over than take yours.”
“Your life isn’t over,” you said, as he started to awkwardly laugh.
“It is, though. I still helped with this. I’m going to spend the rest of my life in prison.”
“Not if you stop all this. You can still do the right thing,” you said, his eyes growing wide at your suggestion. “I’m the only person that knows…I won’t say anything.”
He looked at you in disbelief, unsure if you were serious or if you just had a really good poker face.
“I do have another question, though,” you said, walking closer towards him, until he was right in front of you. “Why didn’t you kill me?”
You wanted to pull him into a hug. You wanted him to feel like he was cared about. But you really needed to know why he changed his mind last minute before you did anything.
“I uhm…” he said, trailing off as he tried to find the right words to say, “I really like you, You’re just so sweet, and you’re always showing interest in the things I like, even if you don’t understand it. Quinn tried to make me hate you enough to do it, but I couldn’t.”
“So…Quinn tried to convince you to kill me?” you asked, a little confused. You’d spent plenty of time with her at Sam and Tara’s. You now knew that her kindness towards you was all an act, but you didn’t understand why she thought you needed to die.
“Yeah, she knew how I felt about you,” he said, glancing at the floor as his cheeks started to turn a rosy pink. “She said you’d never want to be with me. That doesn’t matter, though. That wasn’t a good enough reason for me to finish the job.”
“Is that all I am to you? A job?” you half-joked, as he started to smile, looking back up at you.
“Not at all.”
You both just stared at each other as he started to calm down. His eyes were red from all the crying, the guilt for even trying to hurt you painted on his face, but you still grabbed his hands and pulled him close to you.
“It’s going to be okay, Ethan. I’ll help you get through this,” you said, as your hands comfortingly ran over his back. He relaxed into your touch, but he was still a little shocked that you didn’t hate him at that moment.
“Are you okay?” he softly asked, “I know I slammed you on the floor pretty hard.”
“I’m still pissed at you, but I’m okay,” you said, as you started to pull away. He held onto you tighter, not wanting to let you go just yet. “Ethan,” you said sternly, “We need to talk about something else.”
“Sorry…you have no idea how long it’s been since I’ve had affection like this,” he mumbled against you, before pulling away. “I’m really fucked up, aren’t I?”
“I might be a little fucked up, too. I want to make you feel better after you tried to kill me,” you said, as he shook his head.
“You’re not fucked up, you’re perfect.”
You grabbed his gloved hand and led him over to the couch. He realized that he was still wearing the robe and pulled it off, tossing it on the floor before he sat down beside you. Your eyes connected with his as you slid the gloves off his hands and threw them on top of the robe.
“I know your family has their plans, but we need to save the rest of our friends,” you said, his heart pounding when you said the word ‘we’.
“No, you can’t help. I can’t let anything happen to you. I’ll take care of it,” he said, as your hands still held onto his. He looked down at them, before looking back up at you. “You mean a lot to me, even if you don’t feel the same way I do.”
You smirked at him as your thumbs rubbed against the top of his hands, “I never said I didn’t feel the same way you do.”
The tension was building up as you just looked at each other. He wasn’t the most experienced, and you knew that, so you decided to make the first move. You leaned in and gently kissed him before you pulled away. He had a sweet smile on his lips, his cheeks pink, but he wanted more.
He gained a little confidence, leaning forward to kiss you. It wasn’t a simple peck like yours was, as his lips needily moved against yours. Your head was spinning as he pushed you back on the couch, his body hovering over yours as you ran your tongue across his bottom lip. He gasped at the feeling, giving you the opportunity to slip your tongue in his mouth. He didn’t know what to do at first, but soon enough, his tongue was moving with yours.
After a few minutes, he pulled away so you could both catch your breath. He was panting on top of you, a small gasp slipping out of your mouth as he adjusted his hips to get more comfortable in his place between your legs.
You started to get a little lost in thought, wondering if you were crazy. You didn’t expect to be making out with Ethan after he held a knife over you and scared you more than you’d ever been, but it just felt right.
You grabbed his shirt and pulled him back down to kiss you. The grip you had on his shirt relaxed, your fingertips gently running down his chest. He started to tense up a little when your hands reached his stomach, a small groan slipping into your mouth at the feeling. He didn’t pull away from you, the kiss only getting more intense as he started to grind against you.
“Fuck,” you mumbled against him, before nudging him back. “My bed is a lot more comfortable…just saying.”
“Okay,” he said, trying to catch his breath.
After both of you stood up, you could see how hard he was in his jeans. He subtly tried to cover it with his free hand, his other hand laced with yours as you led him to your room.
It got a lot harder for him to hide it once you pushed him back on your bed. You glanced at it before you straddled him, his cheeks turning pink, yet again.
“You keep blushing,” you said, as you started to roll your hips. “Is this okay?”
“Yes,” he spat out, so quickly that you started to giggle. “Please don’t stop.”
Your hips kept moving as he placed his hands on them, pulling you closer to him. You gasped at the friction it was giving your clit, your panties getting more soaked by the second. He was starting to groan, his mouth falling open as his eyes fluttered shut.
“Okay, we need to stop,” he said, his breathing heavy as his eyes snapped open. “You’re going to make me cum in my pants.”
“Would you rather cum in my mouth?” you asked, your eyes looking deep into his. He didn’t know what to say, because he was so embarrassed that just you grinding against him was enough to almost bring him over the edge. He knew the second you put him in your mouth, he’d cum on the spot. You could tell he was nervous, his hands feeling a little shaky as he held onto you. “It’s okay, baby. We can stop.”
“No, I want to…I just don’t want you to be disappointed,” he sighed, turning his eyes away from your gaze. “Whatever we do, I know I won’t last long.”
“Ethan, I know you’re a virgin. I don’t expect you to last long.” He started to get flustered, hating the fact that his inexperience was so obvious. “It’s okay. If you want me to make you feel good, I will.”
“Shit,” he mumbled, “Okay, we can do it.”
You smirked as you slid off him and started to unbutton his jeans. He lifted his hips as you slid them down a little, the wet spot on his boxers from his precum making your mouth water even more than it already was. He sharply inhaled the second you grabbed his cock out of his boxers, his hips jolting forward at the simple action.
“Relax, baby,” you said softly as you leaned down to take him in your mouth.
You were trying to tease him a little, just swirling your tongue against his tip, when his hips jerked forward again. His cock hit the back of your throat, making you gag around him.
“Fuck, I’m so sorry,” he whined, his chest heaving at the feeling, “I didn’t mean to do that.”
You just kept gagging around him, intentionally making your mouth more wet for him before you started to bob your head. His hands tightly gripped your comforter as you sucked, the feeling better than he could’ve ever imagined. He was trying so hard to hold back, but you made it impossible for him. His groans turned to whimpers as you started to stroke what you couldn’t fit in your mouth. You knew he was close when he started to babble, only recognizing the words ‘Perfect’ and ‘So good’.
His hips started to rut forward again, his legs shaking as one of his hands went to your hair. He tightly gripped it as the feeling washed over him, his salty cum filling your mouth. After his hips stopped thrusting, you swallowed and slid him out of your mouth.
You sat there for a minute after you pulled away, watching him fully come back down from his high. He felt your gaze on him as he slowly opened his eyes and smiled at you.
“That was…fuck,” he sighed, pulling you closer to him. “Can we do that again sometime?”
“I hope so,” you said, as you started to think about what Ethan had to do. “When is everything else supposed to happen, like with the Ghostface stuff?”
You sat up a little to look at him as you waited for his answer. “Shit, if I’m going to stop it, I need to get to the theater,” he sighed, pulling his boxers and jeans back over his hips. “Can we finish this later?”
“Of course,” you said, fully sitting up on your bed. “I want to come with you.”
“No, I’m not losing the girl I’m in love with,” he said, jumping off the bed and landing on his feet. He paused when he realized what he said. “I guess you know how I really feel in case I don’t make it out of this alive.”
“I’m not staying here and worrying about you all night,” you said, sliding off your bed. “Do you know the theater well?”
“Yeah, but you’re not coming!” He was starting to get irritated, but he knew with your persistence that you were coming with him whether he liked it or not. “You could get killed, babe. I can’t keep you safe and take down dad and Quinn at the same time.”
“If they already think I’m dead, don’t you think that would be helpful?” you asked, “I’ll get our friends out before anything happens to them.”
“Fuck, okay. But we need to leave right now.”
You were hoping you could catch your friends before they made it inside the theater, but you peaked around the side of the building as soon as they were going in.
“There’s a back way, just let me scope it out for Quinn first,” he said, as the two of you walked around the old theater. He slid the robe back on and covered his face with the mask before he turned to look at you. “Wait here,” he said, before he opened the door and walked inside.
You were outside for a while before you heard screaming and Ethan’s voice booming on the other side of the door. You didn’t know what was going on, you even started to think that he’d decided to go through with the original plan, after all. You screamed once the masked figure walked out, the bloody knife in their hand.
“It’s okay, babe. It’s me,” he said, reaching for your hand. You hesitantly took his hand in yours as he led you inside, noticing a huge pool of blood on the floor.
“Is that…Quinn?” you asked, noticing the body hunched over in the corner.
“Yeah, we don’t have much time. Dad will be here soon,” he said, leading you down the hallway towards the museum-like display.
You bumped into Chad and Tara when you came around a corner. They both froze when they saw you, your hand still in Ethan’s.
“It was you?” Tara asked, as your eyes went wide, realizing how this all looked.
“No, but we need to get you guys the fuck out of here,” you said, motioning for Tara to come with you. They both stood in their spot as Chad glanced around, looking for something Tara could defend herself with as he tried to take down the masked person. “I’m fucking serious! We have to go!”
“Please just listen to her,” Ethan said, as Chad and Tara looked at each other. “I know how this looks, but you need to go with her. I’ll get Sam and Kirby out next.”
“Why should we trust you?” Chad asked, as Ethan lifted the mask off.
“I’m trying to do the right thing…and it’ll all be for nothing if you don’t go with her. Please, my dad’s on his way,” he sighed, as Chad hesitantly nodded.
“We can both take her if this is bullshit,” Chad whispered to Tara as she nodded. “You’re going to get Sam and Kirby?” he asked, as Ethan nodded. “Fuck, let’s go.”
You led them down the hall as Ethan made his way into the theater to search for the other two. Once you got closer to where Quinn was, you warned them.
“Try not to freak out, but there’s a body around the corner,” you said, noticing the blood spreading across the hall.
“What the fuck is going on?” Chad finally asked, “Whoa, who is that?”
You turned to face them, the confusion on their faces obvious when they noticed the red hair.
“That’s Quinn, she never died. Detective Bailey is in on this,” you said, before trying to think of the best way to explain Ethan without telling them his involvement. “Ethan is Quinn’s brother. He figured all this out today, and he wanted to stop it.”
“Oh,” was all Tara said, as you led them out the back door.
The three of you waited outside for a while. Tara was starting to freak out, the concern for her sister’s safety made her want to go back inside.
“Where the fuck are they?” Chad asked, as he heard Sam start to yell for Tara from the front entrance.
You ran around to the front of the building, panic setting in when you saw Sam and Kirby, but no Ethan.
“What happened?” you asked, peaking around them, hoping to see him walk out behind them.
“We didn’t believe Ethan at first…until he started to fight Detective Bailey,” Sam said, noticing the sadness in your eyes as your thoughts ran wild. “He’s okay, he’s in the ambulance over there.”
“Oh my god,” you said, running over to him. He smiled at you as you crawled into the back, your anxiety fading once you saw he was okay. “I forgot to tell you something earlier,” you said, sitting down beside him. You leaned in to kiss him, mumbling “I love you, too,” against his lips before you pulled away.
You were soon joined in the back by a paramedic, who was looking over a huge gash on Ethan’s arm that you didn’t see before, the blood unnoticeable with the black robe he was still wearing.
“Oh shit,” you said, looking at it. “How hurt are you?”
“This is it,” he said with a smile, before wincing at the numbing medication being injected into his arm. “That burns.”
You were shocked after he was all stitched up and one of the new detectives on the case said he was good to go, but that he’d just need to come down to the police station the next day. Ethan looked over to you, silently thanking you for keeping your word and not ratting him out. You knew he was wrong for doing what he did to Anika, but it was so easy for it to be pinned on his dead dad.
“Thank you, Ethan,” Sam said, as he hopped out of the back of the ambulance. “We’re going back to our apartment. You guys want to come?”
You and Ethan exchanged your glances as he took your hand in his.
“No, I think we’re going to…uh, hang out?” he said, like it was a question. It made you giggle as Chad curiously eyed him. He stopped Ethan before the two of you walked away, discreetly pulling a condom out of his wallet.
“Just in case you need it,” he said, as Ethan nodded and slid it into the front pocket of his jeans.
“Thanks, dude.”
Once you made it back to your apartment, you couldn’t figure out if you were with the same nervous Ethan from earlier in the day. He had you out of your clothes in minutes, your bare back against the plush comforter as he trailed kisses down your stomach. His hands were inching up your thighs as he pushed them apart.
He moved lower, groaning at the sight of your soaked pussy before he started to place gently kitten licks to your clit. You started to moan as his tongue moved faster, your hand tangling in his curls to encourage him, as if your moaning wasn’t already doing that enough. Once he moved his tongue a little lower and swirled it inside of you, your hips involuntarily jolted, much like his did earlier in the day. When your hips kept moving, he pinned them down with his free hand as he kept lapping at the wetness dripping out of you.
“Shit, Ethan,” you moaned, which only made him go faster.
His mouth worked you closer to the edge when he pulled away. You whined at the loss of contact, knowing how close you were getting to your orgasm. He wasn’t going to let it slip away, instead using his fingers and curving them inside you.
“Right there,” you whimpered once he brushed his fingers over the spongy spot inside of you.
His fingers firmly pressed as they moved, his tongue moving back up to lick fat stripes across your swollen clit. The orgasm you were so close to having was quickly approaching again, your hips still trying to buck against him as he struggled to hold them down. Your vision was getting hazier by the second, your whimpers getting louder as your legs started to shake.
“Fuck, I’m cumming,” you whined, as your pussy started contracting around his fingers.
He pulled his mouth away from your clit to have a better view of your face as his fingers slowed inside of you. You were a panting mess as you came back down, your eyes hooded as your hands reached for him.
“Don’t take this wrong because that was amazing, but that wasn’t what I expected,” you said, your breathing still labored as he snuggled up beside you. “I didn’t really have to tell you what to do at all.”
He started to laugh to himself as his hand reached over to run along your naked body, “I guess it just came to me. I knew moaning meant I was doing something right.”
“You did everything right, fuck,” you sighed, feeling his hand run over one of your breasts, gently pinching your nipple between his fingers. “No pressure, but if you want to have sex, we can.”
“Seriously?” he asked, sitting up a little to look at you.
“Yeah, I know you already have a condom,” you said, running your hand over the pocket of his jeans. “Chad should really be a little less obvious.”
“He just wanted me to be prepared,” he sighed, sliding the condom out of his pocket.
He crawled off the bed to take his jeans off. You started to giggle as he climbed back up, the tent in his boxers obvious as he sat on his knees and looked at you.
“Those have to come off, too,” you said, as he started to blush. His hesitance made you roll your eyes as you sat up and leaned over, shimmying his boxers down his hips. “You have nothing to be self-conscious about,” you said, as his cock stood at attention right in front of your face.
You grabbed the condom off the bed beside you and opened it. He intently watched you as you rolled it on his length, the feeling making his breath hitch in his throat.
“Please don’t hate me if this doesn’t last long,” he said, as he got settled between your legs.
“No pressure,” you assured him, as he started to push inside of you, stretching your walls.
He took it slow, at first. His hands teasingly roamed the areas of your body he could reach, the tickling feeling only building your anticipation up even more. Once he got through the initial fear of cumming too quickly, he started to move a little faster. His bottom lip was in between his teeth as he looked down at you, your tits jiggling with each thrust. He held on to one of them as his other hand went to your hip, holding you in place as his thrusts sped up.
He started to groan as he fucked into you, his cheeks red as his mouth hung open. You could tell he was trying to hold back, his mind somewhere else as he tried to distract himself. You moved one of your hands to your clit, rubbing quick circles as your other hand grabbed onto his arm.
“Baby,” you moaned out, as he started to focus on you again. “Go a little faster, I’m close.”
“Shit,” he groaned, snapping his hips into yours. You started to move your hips to meet his thrusts, the feeling of the tip of your cock repeatedly hitting your g-spot had you teetering on the edge.
You let out a loud moan as the euphoric feeling washed over you, your skin tingling as your pussy clenched him. His eyes started to flutter as his thrusts started to falter, a whimper slipping past his lips as he started to fill the tip of the condom. He stilled inside of you as you just kept tightening around him, his head hanging as he caught his breath.
“God, babe,” he said, sliding out of you. “I just want to stay inside you all the time.”
You giggled at him as he laid down beside you. “Is it that good?”
“You have no fucking idea.”
You were starting to get some post-nut clarity as you laid your head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat. He’d killed three people in one day and tried to kill you. You were still so proud of him for saving the rest of the people you cared about, even if he had his little psychotic tendencies. You made a mental note to bring up therapy to him once the investigation was over, knowing he needed to work through the daddy issues he ultimately had after years of neglect. You knew that you were going to be by his side the whole way, not wanting him to feel like he didn’t matter ever again.

summary: despite the delicate situation y/n and ethan are in because of ghostface and the group's doubts about ethan, they finally admit their feelings.
Tumblr media
ETHAN UNDERSTOOD THE GROUP’S DOUBTS TOWARDS HIM, but it didn’t mean it hurt any less. He truly got that after being betrayed by one of their close friends, the group members were left with trust issues, but Mindy’s constant attacks and Chad, Tara and Sam’s distrustful glances felt like a punch to the gut.
It sucked. He finally managed to befriend a nice group of people, who accepted him with his shyness and quietness, and now with the Ghostface attacks, he was losing them. Y/N and Anika were the only ones that didn’t push him away, despite the former one having been present during the Woodsboro killings. He didn’t know what she saw in him that make her trust him, unlike the rest, but Ethan was grateful. Her putting distance between them would have broken his heart, because he really liked her.
Unbeknownst to him, Y/N liked him back. She trusted him with her heart, and she was sure it wasn’t her love for him deceiving her, she was positive he wasn’t the killer. She was the only one who believed him because she was the only one that really saw him, the only one who really payed him attention. Every flash of sadness that crossed his eyes whenever an accusation was thrown at him, the fear on his face when he realized the group was in danger, how he would always make sure to be the first person to enter a room to check it was clear, how he was always on hyper alert for any abnormal movement that could indicate the killer was close. Ethan Landry truly cared about them, and as a response, he received nothing but jabs and accusations and that broke Y/N’s heart.
The only good thing about the situation was that Y/N never left his side, not wanting to make him feel lonely. She was always making plans with him, trying to get his mind off things. That’s one of the things Ethan liked the most about her—her selflessness. The killer that chased her a year ago was back to haunt her, yet she was more worried about his well-being and feelings.
Right now, they were walking back to her dorm from the dive bar on the East Side. They were both a bit tipsy, giggling over the silliest of things and cuddling each other. Y/N was glued to his arm and he rested his head on top of hers.
“That was fun, wasn’t it?” Y/N asked as they reached her door.
“It was the most fun I’ve had in weeks. Thank you, you’re the best” his back was against the door, Y/N on the same position beside him.
“No, you are the best” she poked his chest. “I don’t like seeing you sad, Ethan. I love our friends, but they really get on my nerves when they point fingers at you.”
Ethan shrugged “There’s a killer on the loose, and they had been—metaphorically and literally—been stabbed on the back by a friend before, I get it. What I don’t get is why don’t you point your fingers at me?“
“Because I really see you. I can pin-point every little action that makes me trust you, but it would take the whole night. I just want you to know that I am certain you’re a good person, and that you would never lay a finger on anyone, much less on us.”
“You don’t know how much that means to me.” his voice reflected such vulnerability that Y/N couldn’t help but throw her arms around his middle.
“Stay. I don’t want you to walk alone at night” Y/N said as they broke the hug.
“Sure” he smiled.
They went up to her room, and Ethan waited nervously by the bed as Y/N changed clothes. When she got out of the bathroom, she furrowed her eyes at Ethan. He was standing still, with his arms behind his back and he didn't even take his jacket off.
Y/N was going to make a funny remark about it, but then her eyes fell on his face and she forgot how to speak. The light of the pale moonlight reflected on his boyish features and the air turned thick with tension and indecision. She wanted to get closer and drown in his chocolate brown eyes, and at the same time she wanted to stay there and admire the sight, because Ethan Landry was handsome, he was as magestic as a mansion with a view.
"W-what is wrong? Why are you looking at me?" Ethan asked insecurely.
"Because you're handsome and I like you so much."
Ethan was taken aback by her brutal honesty, but once he really processed her words, his heart threatened to escape from his chest. "You're drunk."
"Don't do that."
"Do what?" he asked confused.
"You are trying to convince yourself that I don't mean it. I don't know if it is because you don't feel the same, or because you don't believe it, but don't. I have liked you for so long, I would have told you sooner but then all of the shit started happening and I... I was scared."
"I don't feel the same? I would be crazy not to like you, Y/N" he said as he closed the distance, cupping her jaw. He tilted her head up and started to close the distance slowly, giving her time to take a step back. Instead, she grabbed him from the jacket and pulled him down to get rid of the few inches that separated their lips.
With their mouths unraveling their desire, they lumbered towards the bed, as they got rid of their clothes, and ended up twisted in the bedsheets. They couldn’t seem to get enough of each other, which made them stay awake until late, leaving them completely exhausted yet ecstatic.
Tumblr media
IN THE MORNING, Y/N WOKE UP WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE as she recalled the long night with Ethan’s hands up in her hair. The cold spot on her side made her feel a little gloom, but the feeling soon evaporated when she heard the echoes of someone's footsteps downstairs—she just knew that it was Ethan. Putting on the shirt he had discarded last night, she tip-toed to the kitchen, where she found a shirtless Ethan making breakfast.
"For a moment, I thought you had left." Y/N said, making her presence known.
The curly-haired boy set his gaze on her frame and he almost let the hot frying pan fall to the ground. Fuck pancakes, he'd rather have her for breakfast.
"Well, thank you." Y/N laughed, which made him realize he had said it out loud. "And ditto. You, with your hair disheveled and bare-chested in those killer grey sweatpants, while you cook is by far the hottest thing I've ever witnessed."
Ethan blushed, and Y/N couldn't believe he was the same boy that, just a few hours ago, made her come six times as he whispered the filthiest things on her ear. She was a lucky gal, definitely.
"Maybe we should talk about it. I mean, is it cool that I said all that? Because I know that it's delicate, you know, the situation we are going through." Y/N said, sitting on the kitchen stool.
"Of course it’s okay.” he assured her. “You said you were scared" he gave her a look, letting her know he wanted her to expand on that.
"Part of the reason I never talked to you about my feelings is because I was scared of putting your life in danger. I mean, I know that you are in our friend group, making you already a potential target, but I was afraid that if you did reciprocate those feelings, you might be in more danger. Like, becoming a definite target."
"What changed?"
"To be honest? I don't know. I guess I reached the point in where you are in my head so fucking much that I just... couldn't take it anymore. It was hard to even look you in the eyes, Eth. Being so close to you yet not having you the way I wanted... so frustrating."
"I pretended you were mine all the damn time." Ethan confessed, playing with his fingers. "Maybe it's too soon to do this yet, but... I love you, so damn much."
"I love you too" she rounded the counter and wrapped his arms around him.
"The group is so not going to approve of this." Ethan warned. He wanted her to be fully aware of the complications their relationship might bring during such a delicate time. "They might turn their backs on you. I bet Mindy will think you're my accomplice."
"I don't care, that's on them. You make me happy. This is going to be over soon and they'll come around." Y/N said confidently. "The real question is, are you sure you want this? If you weren't on the target list before, you’ll definitely be now."
"I'd die for you." he said simply. And usually, in movies and books, it could be a sweet little line, but they were actually being persecuted by a serial killer who had already taken a couple of lives. It was not the time to play Romeo Montague.
"Don't say that, Ethan." Y/N said with a knot on her throat. "Promise me you won't do anything stupid."
"If the killer swung the knife at me or our friends, you'd step in too. Don't pretend. So, no. I can't make any promises." Ethan said. Her shoulders slumped, knowing he was right. "Let's just be positive. We'll be fine. Now, can I distract you from all this mess with kisses?"
That earned him a little smile and a nod. "I would really like that."
"I love you. God, now that it's finally out, I don't know if I'll be able to stop saying it." he laughed against her lips.
"You say it like it's a bad thing. Trust me, I won't complain" she gave him a long sweet kiss. "I love you, too."

hello my love, I would like to know if you could do a one shot based on the song shut up my moms calling by hotel ugly, Tara x fem reader pls🙏
-
I just wanna rewind, I haven’t seen you in a long time
Ever since the ghostface incidents that fortunately, Tara has survived, she’s been avoiding you.
I mean, she knew you would never be ghostface, but whenever she was near you now she just felt like she shouldn’t.
She shouldn’t be spending time with you when she was always a pain in the ass over ghostface. She still had that trauma that she knew a band-aid wouldn’t fix, her inner and outer scars may never heal.
But she also knew she shouldn’t be avoiding you when you took a stab in your arm for her, you protected her, but you weren’t one of the core 4. What if you ended up like Anika? What if she failed to catch you when you fell? She was scared because she knew that if you ever died or even got a scratch on you, she wouldn’t be able to see the end of it. Nightmares haunted her every time she closed her eyes. It’s like she can’t even have a good option. Well except when she was hurled up to your neck as you snored softly on her chest.
Letting you go meant no cuddles and kisses at night, where she would actually be able to sleep peacefully without having any nightmares. There would be no more Friday nights with you. She wouldn’t be able to see you glance at her with these loving eyes you always did. She couldn’t bear seeing you look at her like you did at Chad or Mindy or Sam. You looked at her like she was Tara. Your Tara, your eyes go soft when you see her. She didn’t want to lose that. She loves you more than a heart's love. But if she keeps you with her, you’re at risk of being killed. You’re at risk of losing your life and Tara could never forgive herself. But you’ll be with her. You’ll be able to make her heart feel whole. What was more important? Keeping herself loved, or keeping you safe? Keeping your heart whole?.. Or breaking it?
“Gosh,” she groaned, she didn’t know. But she did know she was going to have to begin to stop seeing you so often.
A week in and she could feel it.
That isn’t you, so baby bring it in closely.
She felt your eyes trace her whenever she was in the room. She felt those soft eyes slowly grow dark, she knew you felt sad. Like you were waiting for her, silently knowing she might never come back to you. Tara doesn’t notice how you would blink your tears away that you had to cover your face and cry against your sleeves. She doesn’t know how if she only got a few hours of sleep because she slept without you, that you got none.
You got me feeling so lonely.
Even with the hurt that has held in your heart, you didn’t want to go back to her because she broke up with you, it wasn’t the other way around. It would never be the other way around. You felt alone.
You’ve been acting like you hardly know me.
You didn’t know why, you still didn’t know why she began to fade from your life, but you didn’t want to make her life so hard. Maybe she dropped you because that’s what you did in the first place, make her days a mess. When really it’s the other way around, you made it whole. Tara felt the way your figure turned away from her whenever she was near, a simple switch of your heel when she was there and walked away as quickly as you could. You talked to everyone but her.
You began to finally find back the solace that music brought. You used to wear them when Tara didn’t know you, you wore them over your neck all the time. But when you started dating her, music felt like it wasn’t necessary anymore. Why would you need it to listen to music when you could hear your girlfriend's sweet laughter and voice? It was better than a sweet melody. She brought you harmony.
You both missed each other. Your room was filled with her, polaroids in every picture hung up above your bed, three boxes filled with books you once read together, a cooking book you used to bake on free Sundays, jewelry. You never took it down, because you still loved her. You can’t stop loving someone. You just find someone else to love more.
Tara regrets it, she thought it would be so easy, she thought it would’ve been better to know that you were going to be okay. But ghostface wasn’t here right now. She felt so numb. Ghostface was gone and it would take time before the next legacy would be sparked to life once again.
But she ignored you to protect you.
And the thing was, she knew that she broke you more than she protected you. She wanted to take it back. Tara wished she could feel your warm body laying in the same sheets. Knowing that you were hurting more than she was.
You and Tara made eye contact, you two looked at each other for a long moment, before brushing past each other like strangers in another life, tears falling gently down each other's faces.
She could’ve taken you back, but what was there to fix if the heart was broken beyond repair?
Your heart raced whenever you saw her, but she felt it begin to slow, losing your hope.
She wanted you to heal, she didn't want to come back just to be told that you didn't want to see her face.
She didn't know.
Maybe she shouldn't come back.
Maybe she shouldn't come back home in your arms at all.

Ethan didn’t know when things went wrong, didn’t know how things had slipped so far from his control.
All he knew was that his heart had never felt this kind of ache before. His ears had never burned with this high of a heat, his eyes had never been this wide.
The sound of a gunshot had his ears ringing, his head turning in the direction of the sound in hopes it was fired from his dad at one of the sisters.
The feeling that took over his body when he saw who the bullet had pierced was something he had never felt before.
You stood still, your lips slightly parted and your hand pressed to your stomach, a river of red slipping past your fingers. Behind you stood Kirby, beaten and bloody and gun aimed at your back, where she had carelessly shot off a round once she realized you were in on it. “Y/n?” Ethan heard himself ask, his voice nearly unrecognizable to even himself.
Meeting his eyes, your eyes burned as you fell into a state of shock. “Ethan,” you say back, your knees giving out a few seconds later.
Time seemed to move in slow motion as he rushed over to you, everyone else in the room fading into nothing. He didn’t see Kirby raise her gun at him, didn’t see his sister tackle her to the ground before she got the chance to shoot him as well, didn’t hear the sound of the agent’s skin tearing as Quinn stabbed her.
You tried to catch yourself on one of the benches that lined the length of the theater, but your bloody hand slipped right off the wood. You would’ve fallen straight to the floor had Ethan not reached you in time, his arms wrapping around you as he lowered the both of you down until his back was pressed against the back of the bench. He was out of sight now and had no clear vision of what was going on around him as he pulled your body onto his lap.
Ethan’s hand wrapped around your wrist and gently pulled it away from your stomach, wincing at the pained whimper you let out. “No,” he said in a whisper as he watched the endless flow of blood leave the hole in your abdomen. Since Kirby was so close to you, the bullet went through your back and came out through your front before lodging itself into the beam you were standing in front of, the one Ethan told you to hide behind.
His hand pressed down hard against the wound, expecting to hear a cry of pain from you, but instead he heard nothing. His eyes flickered back up to your face at your lack of response, his heart hammering loudly in his chest. Your eyes were half open, tears gathered at the water lines as you stared at him. “Y/n,” he pleaded, his own eyes filling with tears as he wrapped his other arm around your shoulders, your limp body melting into his.
“It’s okay,” you murmured, weakly moving your hand to rest on top of his, the black glove he wore now completely soaked through from your blood. “I’m okay, it doesn’t hurt.”
You say that, but Ethan knew better. He saw the way your blood had begun pooling in your mouth, a small bit coating your lips as you fought to not choke on it. “You’re in shock,” he quietly told you, his eyes looking around the room for anything he could use to stop the bleeding. He didn’t want to think about how futile the attempt would be. Not only were you bleeding from your stomach, but he felt the fabric of his robe dampen as well, your back also emitting a large amount of blood. “We just need to get you help.”
They’d never make it in time, you’re losing too much blood too quickly.
“I’m okay,” you repeated, your eyes closing briefly as you murmured, “I’m fine.”
“Hey, hey,” he said desperately, shaking you a bit and making a jolt of pain shoot through you, your eyes opening again. “Stay with me, okay? I need you to keep your eyes open, just….keep looking at me.”
You did as he said, your tired eyes flickering all over his face, almost as if you were trying to memorize every last detail, before meeting his dark ones. “You’re so pretty,” you gather enough energy to lift your hand and rest it against the side of his face. “My guy…I love you.”
Ethan’s hand left your wound and wrapped around your wrist, staining your skin with your own blood. “I love you,” he cried back, unable to stop himself from releasing the tears he had been holding back since he saw you get shot. “Fuck, I love you.”
You grin up at him, blood smeared across your teeth. “Always have to swear,” you tease, seeming to not realize just how serious your wound is. Or maybe you did but didn’t want to waste a second crying about it when you knew there was nothing you could do at this point.
Either way, your hand fell limp again in your lap, leaving behind a bloodied handprint on Ethan’s boyish yet beautiful face.
You cringed at the mess you made on him, your palm weakly pressed to your stomach. “Sorry,”
Ethan just shook his head, placing his hand over yours as he tried to ignore just how much you were bleeding. It was everywhere, staining your once white shirt with a deep red. He felt it seep through the robe and he was sure it had begun to soak his blue polo shirt, not that he cared.
He knew later, when hours had passed, and he was forced to rid himself of his Ghostface outfit, he would be haunted at the sight of your blood on his clothes.
This was never supposed to happen.
Ethan had no idea what was happening around him, didn’t see his sister take a brick to the face as she charged at the youngest Carpenter, didn’t hear the pained yell from Sam as his father tackled her to the ground.
He had no situational awareness anymore as he held onto you tightly, hoping to anyone that was listening that you were fine, that you would be okay and it was just a small wound that would be an easy fix.
He didn’t want to think about the very real fact that no one had called the police, no paramedic was on the way and no help would be arriving shortly. No one could call as it wasn’t part of the plan, this wasn’t part of the plan.
It was supposed to be simple; kill Chad, take out the agent and leave the sisters for last before returning to the hospital to finish off Gale and Mindy.
A sharp pain shot through Ethan and pierced his heart at the fact that your own body would be among the many left here.
No. No, you can’t die.
Ethan swore that it would be over quickly, then the two of you could start your lives together. He swore you’d be just fine, that he’d be there to protect you and make sure nothing happened to you. He swore he’d die before he let you get hurt.
And that’s exactly what it felt like.
His heart was beating rapidly, his eyes flickering between your face and your stomach as he tried to think of what to do.
He felt like he was the one dying with how hard his heart was pounding, how much his head was spinning and from the fact that he was functioning on pure adrenaline now. “Y/n, baby, please,” he begged, a tear slipping from his eye and landing on your cheek, mixing with your own. “Stay with me, okay? Just..stay. Fuck, dad! Help, please.”
Bailey glanced over at his son, his heart hurting for the poor boy. He knew you wouldn’t last much longer, not with the way you had been shot at such close range. If he thought he could be of any help at all, he would be at your side in a second to help his youngest save your life, but he didn’t want to take any of the time you had left away from Ethan.
So, he just turned back to Sam and let you say your goodbyes. A sense of guilt came over him when he thought about how much more realistic it would be that you died as well, as it would take the suspicion off Ethan as everyone knew he would never hurt you in a million years. In a sick and twisted way, it was almost a good thing that you were on your way out as it put his family in the clear.
He ignored the way his son’s cry of anguish filled his ears as he wrapped his hands around the eldest sister’s throat, resuming his task of killing her.
Ethan felt a sense of betrayal fill him as he watched his dad turn away from him. He wasn’t focused on that for long, though, as he felt your body tense against his. “Ow, fuck,” you mumbled, a string of blood leaving your lips and dripping onto your shirt, further ruining the fabric. “Ethan, I don’t have much time.”
“No, no, don’t say that,” he seethed, his arm tightening around you even more. “Don’t you say that to me.”
“I’m sorry,” you cried, a mix of salt and metal filling your taste buds as your tears mixed with the blood on your lips.
“Fuck, Y/n,” he whispered. “You’re breaking my heart.”
“‘M sorry,” you choke out, swallowing back the bitter taste as best you could. “It’s okay, Eth. You’re going to be okay, I promise.”
“You promised you wouldn’t leave me,” he said back, knowing how big of a hypocrite he was as he had made promises to you as well, and clearly he did a very bad job at keeping them. “You promised we’d be together forever after tonight and everything would be behind us.”
You give him a sad smile. “I’m sorry I couldn’t keep that promise,” you whisper, feeling light headed as the last bit of life was quickly slipping away from you. “I need you to promise me that you’ll move on, promise me I won’t be your last love…just your first.”
Ethan’s eyes widened in horror, his head shaking as he became offended at your request. There was no way he was moving on after he got to feel what it’s like to be loved by you, touched by you, seen by you. There was just no way.
You nodded just as quick, your fingers lacing with his. “I need you to do that for me, please,” you trailed off, your eyes never leaving his. He felt as if you were no longer looking at him, but instead staring straight through him. You were slipping away after holding on for as long as you could. “I love you.”
The weight of your eyelids became too heavy to hold and you let them fall shut, your grip on his hand loosening as your head tilted forward to rest against his shoulder.
Ethan let out a loud cry when he felt your body become limp in his arms. “Y/n,” he sobbed, his blood soaked hand tangling in your hair as he held you close to him “Please, come back. Y/n, please.”
He looked at your emotionless face, the glow of life no longer gracing your skin as your tears stopped flowing, leaving just trails behind that turned a light pink in color once mixed with the red from your blood.
His heart was sent into overdrive as he realized he never said it back. “I love you,” he cried desperately, clinging onto you. “I love you so much, I’m so sorry.”
He didn’t know how long he stayed like that, your limp body motionless in his arms. His eyes never left your face, wanting to memorize every small detail as he knew this would be his last time he’d ever see you in person.
Ethan only looked up once he heard the quiet grunts of Kirby. Quinn tightly gripped the back of her head, her hand tangled in the agent’s short blonde hair as she shoved her to her knees in front of him. “Ethan,” she said, her voice full of rage and a bit of sadness once she realized you were gone. “Kill this bitch. Let’s finish this.”
The feeling of anger that filled his body once he came face to face with the reason behind your death was one he had only felt once before, many months back when he lost his older brother.
Quinn held the knife out to him, a small smirk gracing her lips as he set your body to rest gently on the floor, his legs shaking a bit as he stepped forward and took it from her hand, a deadly look forming in his eyes.
