"Giant ribcage of something, with Aaravos prison orb thing laying in the place that seems close to a place a heart would be"

"Aaravos orb prison being much, much, smaller on the outside than inside" Am I reading all the clues wrong or is the show trying to tell us that Aaravos was a giant???
