I’m sorry if I was in any version of the pjo universe I would’ve clocked that Percy was the son of Poseidon as soon as the bathroom incident occurred. Tf you mean “I wonder who your dad is” he EXPLODED A TOILET. Chiron this is the second water incident you have witnessed how are you still confused

look. so many people use the classist card for this, but if you can't afford to feed an animal a diet that's not going to cause serious medical issues that will either kill it or require medical treatment for the rest of the animal's life, then maybe you shouldn't own this animal. "poor people deserve to have animal companions too" yes absolutely i agree, but maybe not at the expense of the animal's health.

Forgot that in Germany and Austria people just like to eat a 1 inch thick slab of random meat in between two pieces of bread with no toppings or condiments

it's the young lady in my icon again!! It's Chrysanthemum. I wanted to update her outfit to have it look more like clothes someone raised by a human would choose, because she never actually met another person of her species until she was a young adult. She also likes sewing and embroidery, and has been making/modifying her own clothes for a long time (out of necessity and also for fun), so her little top and the long, flowy part of her headdress (and her pants in the second sketch) have decorative flourishes.
Pata in the second sketch has lived away from his homeland and in a more multicultural area for a few years, so his actual everyday clothes also somewhat resemble the clothes worn by humans and other sorts of people-- but here he's dressed in a traditional outfit to show both the fashion contrast and height/build contrast between Chrysanthemum and an average adult of her species.

We have 3 pens on one side of our pens corridor. The first two are a little too small on their own (they were built before the minimum pen size change from 300sq/ft to 500 sq, and they're 384), so we leave the door between them open. At over 700sq/ft it's still the smallest pen, but it's still big enough for 5 birds.
The pen it shares a wall with is my biggest pen, at 1280sq/ft. Bear in mind these are the flight pen sizes, and do not include the coops, which aren't included in the minimum flight pen size requirements.
The biggest pen (pen 3) has trees and grass and clover and perches in various places. It's arguably nicer because it was designed after we learned more about building.
There didn't used to be a way to get between pen 1+2 to pen 3 without going outside. At the start of this summer I cut a door so we could move Earl into pen 3 without having to grab him or risk moving him outside of containment. Conveniently, it has more recently been left open so Bug can go from pen to pen, following me around. The rest of the birds eventually figured it out.
That last part is important. They know how to go back and forth. They are always in the right coops at night, despite that I see them in both pens.
Which makes it even funnier when I walk out and find this in the big pen.
Just Bug. Hanging out in the biggest, nicest pen by herself.
And then I walk to the door and
Everyone else chilling by the pond.
So, I guess I'm going to have to put a nice water feature into the bigger pen for them.
