chia seed pudding:
11/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein
++ half a banana
++ 3 strawberries
++ handful of blueberries
++ drizzle of pb2 + stevia
= 283 cals
tuna on tomato & basil rice cakes:
1 can of tuna in water (drained) (130 cals)
2 tomato & basil rice cakes (100 cals)
.38 tbsp mayo
1 teaspoon nonfat greek yogurt
salt & pepper
= 276 cals
chocolate protein oat balls (serves 12) :
1/2 cup oat flour
1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp almond flour
1/2 banana
2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
-bake at 350 F for 15 min-
drizzle w/ 1 teaspoon pb2 + stevia
= 60 cals per ball
