I couldn’t track my food because it was all homemade, no measuring tools around.
I had brisket, mashed potatoes, scalloped potatoes, a roll, cheesecake and pie. I had small servings of everything, overall becoming an estimated…

The amount of food I ate seems like a lot on paper, but it’s really just the variety that makes it scary.

i feel like more of u need to know about sea moss bc it has so many benefits for you, weight loss included. it has 92 minerals/vitamins you need for your body. it has cleared my skin SO MUCH too I rarely break out or anything. I don't know if this is true bc I don't have eczema, but apparently it helps with that too. now, for weight loss. it has lots of fiber which reduces your appetite. it also detoxes your body, meaning you'll most likely feel less sick often (also helps reduce period cramps!!) . sea moss can also increase your energy levels, so even if you have an ed, you won't feel AS tired as you are if you weren't taking sea moss. I really can't tell if it's helped balance my hormones or not but it's supposed to help with that too. It keeps your hair, skin, and nails healthy aswell (which is really important if you have an ed, because of hair loss and vitamin deficiency from not eating)!
it is advised to eat 2 tablespoons a day, but you can mix it up into a smoothie, soup, apple sauce, etc.
I'm not saying this would work for everyone, but it definitely has helped me out a lot. not just with weight loss. if it doesn't help you that's okay! everyone's body is different. like for most of the benefits I listed, 2 of them didn't work for me but they worked for other people.

завтрак. 75кк
замариновала огурцы в соевом вчера вечером. блин кайф вообще. не битые огурцы, но тоже вкусно. 30кк
съела еще два хлебца и с ними совсем чуть-чуть икры. 53кк
кофе обычный американо со стевией. 2кк
чуть позанималась йогой. прям ЧУТЬ. у меня в комнате стоят коробки с вещами и места вообще нет. у меня больше комнат нет где я бы занималась. звучит как оправдание, но тут правда проблема случилась. в основном на кровати сделала что-то.
на пары порезала себе яблоко, на ужин в планах гречка с икрой кабачковой.
