Did I maybe word barf 3k words about Evan Buckley and why Tommy Kinard is perfect for him..because I am ridiculously sleep deprived and have adhd hyper focus as a result of said sleep deprivation?
Very likely.
Does it , in its current form, completely lack anything resembling a cohesive topic and timeline and therefor need to be brutally tidied up?
As Much as I Love Gloomstalker/Assassin/Champion Astarion...
This honor mode run has turned me to a new religion, the belief that Monk-starion is in fact the way, the truth, and the life, Amen.
The Raphael fight wasn't so much a fight as much as it was Astarion stunning his ass every single round and beating the ever living shit out of him while the rest of the crew played Cambion Clean Up. What legendary actions? Never saw a single one. I was fully planning on my Durge Bard/Paladin to keep hold monstering him every turn but I ended up being able to use those spell slots for thunder smites instead!
Open Hand Monk 8/Thief 4 for anyone who would like to also convert. I took ASI Dex, Tavern Brawler, and Alert for my feats. I'll post a more detailed breakdown and my strategy with him later but just...damn.
I don't usually take the bus here cos the schedule is shit and I have a car, but I have a couple times and I did a habit that I picked up in germany which is when my stop is next I am already up and walking to the door while the bus is still moving. which judging by the looks on people's faces is not a normal thing to do here
My least favorite part of sewing used to be turning thin pieces inside-out. I used standard turners, but I always poked holes in my fabric.
So for anyone who is maybe starting out and getting mad, here is an easier way:
Additional tips:
If you are using stretch fabric, use that to your advantage and trace the length of your thin pieces parallel the grain of the fabric.
Use a crochet hook that has a tip that is as close to the size of the tip of the thin piece as possible. It will make it less likely your hook will slip off the bunched folds of fabric as you turn it inside out.
Use a basic straight stitch with a strong thread for thin pieces.
Don't trim too close to your stitch. Aim for 2-5 mm of fabric edge around your seam, but ensure you are stick to 2 mm of excess around curves/points.
If you are sewing a pointed piece, at the very tip of the piece, sew one horizontal stitch (two to three for a high pile fabric). This will make your point look much cleaner and actually more pointy than if you stitch an acute angle.
Tell us more about other ways of cheating that still help longterm uni is kicking my ass and I'm this close to stuffing my dignity in a box and using chatgp
I mean, there's no one way to do it, and it really depends on the class and what you're trying to cheat on but what the fuck happened to sparknotes and sneaking notes into class for tests? Working with a friend on assignments where you each only do half and then just copy (WITH MINOR CHANGES!!!) the part your friend did.
Are you guys losing recipes?
Kids don't come up with creative ways to cheat anymore? You've gotten lazy about cheating?? I'm not trying to be mean I'm just... genuinely confused. I knew how to cheat in school... since i was in kindergarten.
Didn't do it often. But I knew how when I needed it.
thank you for delightfullyintroducing me to alt codes...how do you type ä ö ü ß ?
generally i don't lol. but if i were to need to type them, i would refer to this handy dandy cheat sheet which gives:
ä: alt+132
ö: alt+148
ü: alt+129
ß: alt+225
though i would probably hit on ä and ö pretty easily just by trying the numbers around related letters â and ô. ü is wild though...what is that u-ish letter doing at such an early number...and i wouldn't have a clue where to start looking for ß.
my toxic trait is that i exclusively update fics by method of immediately posting the first Coherent-ish Pass At A Chapter within a few hours of finally stringing it together in the first place and then i pass out for twelve hours and have to go back and reread and edit for like A Week Straight because The Electrifying Thrill of Debilitating Paranoia is the only thing that overrides the executive dysfunction,
