A non-exhaustive list of TMA characters and the crimes they could be realistically charged with

So I had a conversation with my friends @mossy-bonez, @pictureofdoriaaaaaangay, and @melandrops earlier about what crimes various characters in TMA could actually realistically be convicted of, and now I've made a whole list :')

Note before we begin: Neither I or my friends are at all trained in law professionally, and two of us live the United States, meaning that some laws may be different, have different conditions, etc, and thus may not 100% accurate to laws in the UK/England specifically. It is also completely possible that there are other crimes these characters could be charged with that we simply missed. This is ultimately just for fun as well and not meant to be anything serious, so just keep that in mind when reading through this. With that said, here's the list:

Jon: Breaking and entering, trespassing, destruction of private property, murder, obstruction of justice, stalking, theft, unlawful surveillance, criminal harassment, being complicit in criminal acts

Martin: Breaking and entering, trespassing, destruction of private property, being an accessory to murder, arson, embezzlement (possibly), obstruction of justice, murder, being complicit in criminal acts

Tim: Breaking and entering, trespassing, destruction of private property, blackmail (possibly), reckless endangerment, unlawful possession and use of explosives, arson, embezzlement (possibly), being complicit in criminal acts

Sasha: Cyber crimes, blackmail (possibly), obstruction of justice, being complicit in criminal acts

Elias: Murder, unlawful possession and use of a firearm (possibly), tax fraud/tax evasion (possibly), money laundering (possibly), blackmail, reckless endangerment, violations of workers' rights, stalking, obstruction of justice, unlawful surveillance, being complicit in criminal acts

Daisy: Murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping, blackmail, police brutality, excessive use of force, reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice, badgering of witnesses, leading of witnesses, violation of others' Miranda rights (or the UK equivalent), being complicit in criminal acts

I'm thinking of calling it something that demands awed respect and trembling fear, like the Watcher's Crown. Lena: We have Mr. Bonzo. He's like a bloodthirsty mascot we can unleash on people. I was thinking of putting his themesong on youtube because it summons him, and making it go viral. Elias: There's no accounting for taste, I suppose. Lena: There is. Hi so I may or may not have forgotten to actually post these on here. Ofc the original concept goes to the brilliant @wolfythewitch, I've just leeched off of it because I wanted to see Elias in the Hermes suit. Also I wanted to see Jon and Martin doing a little dance. And the way I drew Tim as Orpheus is just.... so similar to how regular Orpheus looks. I am sorry. He has a boob window so it's more accurate to his character.

As I talked about in my ask to Wolfy (which I believe to be what drew quite a few people here? idk at this point), I have quite a few reasons for why I think Elias would fit the role of Hermes. Obviously he's a much more sinister Hermes, but it's a neat little concept to play around with. I think the little things Hermes says (like the line above) can be interestingly recontextualised when you view Hermes as an antagonistic force, rather than a guide/mentor. I thought it'd be interesting to see Elias as someone who helps Tim/Orpheus because he knows that it'll end in tragedy every time, and finds enjoyment in the helplessness that the audience faces knowing how it ends and being completely unable to change it. Get Beholdinged, babey!

Maybe I'll draw some Gertrude!Hermes....? Who knows - I'm currently in the middle of doing a shit ton of work at the moment, both for school and for personal reasons. I've got Mechanisms fanart happening, some concepts for myself as a Corruption avatar (nature!), ideas for animatics (which I admittedly don't have much experience in, but I will try to do it), and some other random ideas. Only time shall tell.

For the god’s sake, I’m in love with Tma podcast. I mean I haven’t finished it yet honestly, only 54’s mag now, but my tiktok recommendations already spoiled me some stuff. Specifically Peter’s appearance in future (I know he was mentioned in one of the 30th mags, I mean appeared as antagonist).

Personally I think itd be interesting if it was Jonah. I do think itd be obvious, yes, but idrc abt that. Honestly my main issue with it is actually that we sort of had Jonahs conclusion in tma already, same with Martin and Jon. HOWEVER I would LOVE to see Jonahs backstory and the backstory of his victims. WOULD DIE FOR THAT INFO YOU HAVE NO IDEA
