No, I don't.

Because if I was born male, I probably would never have introduced myself to my best friend of 10 years.

If I was born male, I probably would have joined football after school, instead of my acting group. If I was born male, and didn't begin my journey in theatre, I would never have gone to that summer camp, where I made my first queer friend.

I would never have bought wheelchair Barbie and done hours of research on disabilitys and the queer community.

I would never have delt with the person that negatively changed my life forever, or even had any reason to interact with them.

I would probably have been diagnosed with autism sooner. My disability too, my health issues that I've been struggling with forever.

But a world without my best friend, a world without theatre, a world without my trauma and problems- is a world where I am no longer me.

I dont think I would be nonbinary, because I think I would be a completely different person had I been born male. I think these types of hypotheticals are interesting, but they do not define whether or not you are trans.

And of course, maybe if i was born male, i may very well have introduced myself to that ginger kid my first day of school. I may have joined my afterschool acting group and discovered a love for theatre. I may have met those people, done those things, be the exact person i am today, and still not be trans. But these are hypotheticals.

Hypothetically, no. I dont think i would be nonbinary had i been born male. And thats okay. It doesnt take away from my identity.
