The Angeleno sales team took a trip to Baco Mercat, in DTLA, and let me tell you: it was well worth it. The menu is family style, so we ordered several different dishes to sample all the restaurant has to offer. 

On the top of our list of faves: the caesar brussel sprouts. Can you say “yum”? Like the best caesar salad, this dish was full of flavor with the lovely crunch of brussel sprouts. And, as someone who hates vegetables, I can truly say this tasted delicious. 

We also enjoyed the double mushroom flat bread, which had a nice kick to it because of the chili flakes. 

We’d highly recommend the hamachi crudo, which we ordered twice! The fish was fresh and delicious - a must-eat!

Overall, Baco is a great little eatery in DTLA with an energetic and cool atmosphere. It does get a bit cramped because the space is small, but the food is well worth it! We’d highly recommend giving it a try!
