It looks like a YA series. Dark Horse published an English translation of the 300 page graphic novel in 2009. The game itself seems to be d20 but with some refinements and developments. It looks like it had a couple of supplemental releases, but not much beyond the basic line.

DRAGONERO: ORÍGENES

A finales de 2018, Panini España se lanzó a publicar en España las consideradas mejores obras editadas los últimos años por la editorial italiana Sergio Bonelli Editore y su plan es publicar dos tomos mensualmente.
