☆ Wear sunscreen everyday
The beauty secret of reduce aging is by applying sunscreen on your skin EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. You need to reapply sunscreen every 2hrs. The sun and the UV rays will always be there in the sky during the day to damage and give you wrinkles quicker. This can lead to skin cancer too. So make sure you wear a sunscreen with SPF higher than 40 for protection. I like to wear sunglasses since the under eye is the thinnest skin on your body. But don’t fear the sun! You need vitamin D to feel happy, energized and if you avoid the sun you can actually age much faster(I know it’s confusing). 15 minutes of daylight without protection is healthy! Or you can just take vitamin D pills from a pharmacy at walmart, target, walgreens, cvs, etc. ;)
friendly reminder that aging isn’t a terrible thing. everyone will have wrinkles overtime and become old but sunscreen is a necessity to be skin cancer-free and to age better.

☆ Exfoliate 3 times a week
Consider buying a shea exfoliater! Use them in the shower on your body to get rid of dead cells and it makes your skin feel smooth with a natural glowy touch to it. It helps with circulation and evens skin tone. They also smell great! I recommend dove, treehut and soap&glory.
☆ Drink your greens instead
Obviously everybody knows eating vegetables is healthy and should be eaten everyday to maintain well, but the majority of people don’t eat spinach or cucumbers EVERYDAY. I mean I don’t eat wanna eat a hamburger with a side of celery sticks. I personally think making juices and smoothies is easier to consume them. I keep pre made smoothies from nights before in my fridge/freezer to grab n go when I’m running late.
☆ Do the ice cube technique
This method is to prevent face blotting, supposed to calm anxiety and claims to better your mood. You take an ice cube and wrap half of it with a napkin or cloth so your fingers don’t freeze. You apply the ice cube under your ears, side of the neck and the back of the neck. You do this until the ice cube melts. I apply ice cubes on my neck every morning :).
☆ Moisture your lips
Keep your lips smooth and kissable. Vaseline, aquaphor or laniege lip mask is amazing for cracked lips!

I just put a display protector on my tablet and went through labour, a civil war, the 5 stages of grieve, visited Satan, had a heart failure, revived myself, played peek a boo with Medusa, relived all my previous life times, fought a bear, lost a kidney to the bear I fought, carried Frodo up to Mount Doom, lost all my hair and cried just a teeny tiny bit.
I can proudly say that there are no bubbles.
