Ehelyett ez úgy nézett ki, hogy a körmöm alsó fele levált, és lógott a levegőben, de az ujj vége felé lévő rész ottmaradt, és erősen ragaszkodott a helyéhez. Az így keletkezett kétoldalú köröm bár lehetővé tette hogy az ujjam mindkét felével tudjam vakarni a szakállamat, ez inkább azt eredményezte hogy a hátsó rész mindenbe beleakadt, alatta meg felgyűllt a kitakaríthatatlam kosz.

Megoldási javaslat: mindkét oldalról kellett körmöt vágni, majdnem minden nap amíg el nem tűnt a régi köröm, és csak az új maradt. Időtartam: 2-3 hónap

A másik, sokkal ritkább változat az volt, hogy látszólag minden rendben van, de egyik napról a másikra picit felhólyagosodik a körmöd, aztán 1-2 nap múlva konkrétan leesik, de már ott van alatta az új köröm szépen rendben. Ezek is olyan 2-3 hónappal az egész cucc után kezdtek el történni, de ez legalább maceramentes, és az új körömis szép™

Hi! I just wanted to say- absolutely love that moment at the council meeting, with Callum’s joke about “small price to pay for peace” and just; the way he looked up smiling and realized people had taken it seriously despite Knowing his tendency to make jokes at the worst possible moment (which I mean. I love him); the way Callum’s paranoia is getting worse, and it seems like people (even his closest friends) seem to be looking for signs of his corruption like the last High Mage????? And making it worse for him, possibly serving as a motivating factor for his eventual misguided turn to darkness???? And them being disappointed but not surprised and maybe the only ones who keep reaching out even after everyone else has said he’s gone too far being Ez and Rayla- I don’t know if this is what will happen but. It’s painful but it’s so good-

I don't think they're looking for signs of corruption so much as they're wary of his moods, particularly Soren (and to a lesser extent Corvus). More on that meta wise here and fic wise here. Callum's quote of "What if I'm on a path of darkness?" was honestly relieving to me because it at the very least shows self-awareness and knowing Callum, some reservations. I knew from his opening scene this season would tackle his identity head on in ways the show hasn't since S2 because you simply don't have an opening scene of your character stammering over what name to use for them if that's not the direction you're going.

On the one side we have High Mage Callum (with Soren and the council) that lets Callum have certain walls and fears up; then we have his role as the Prince™ that's embroiled alongside his healthier, brotherly relationship with Ezran and we know Callum can fall back on formalities (hi Harrow) to again, help keep walls up and when he feels unsure of himself; and then we have "just regular Callum" - who he is regardless of the titles. And the only person he's been 'regular' Callum with... is Rayla, in a lot of ways. This is from a deep deep unfinished meta that's been sitting in my drafts since like S3 aired called "You know this is wrong :: Rayllum and Identity" to explicitly talk about how they inform, transform, and reaffirm one another's identities S1-S3, so I may copy and paste a paragraph from there regarding Callum's:

Callum admits he’s at a crossroads with his identity. He admits the pitfalls of being a prince, that it always felt like he was wearing a jacket that could never fit quite right, and he admits that magic is the unexpected opposite. He only tried the spell because Rayla was unable to fight the wolves and she snapped him into action. He expected to be as terrible at it as he was with everything else, but he wasn’t, and more than that, Rayla’s recognition — the new title, moniker, option, path given — is what spurs him to ask for her help. For the first time, something felt right, and it was because of her. [...] When Callum enters Xadia with Rayla, he does not do so as a prince, and he does not do so as a brother. His new identity as a mage has been largely completed by his arc in S2, and instead he enters Xadia as only himself.

Not that prince and high mage aren't positive positions (although I wouldn't be surprised if being high mage, to Callum, is similar to what being an assassin was for Rayla, as he may decide to stay at the Storm Spire and take up that post and leave high mage / the ghosts of it behind him) but that they haven't always been conducive to the healthiest aspects of his personality / person in general. Just like how he felt like he didn't quite fit into his family / as a prince, he now feels like he doesn't quite fit as high mage (with some added trauma regarding Viren and Rayla to boot)

He's acting a bit like Rayla did in TTM (down to him and Rayla both going to Soren to coax out and/or demand answers), just stretched thinner because it's been a longer amount of time. I do think Rayla is going to be very important in ultimately keeping him grounded / as a tether to himself simply because she's always been that main peer character he's been able to confide in, and a lot of his current emotional baggage can only be healed by her in a lot of ways

Basically: a lot of growing pains around healing and reconnection and figuring out who he is and who he wants to be in a new stage in his life, not without darkness and not without pitfalls, but also not without light, I think

He'll be Callum, and that'll be enough

Alvarez in Full Dad Mode means everything to me. I don't have the words to convey how much I love it.

Once he made the move to the suburbs with Izzy, he really just got into that whole role. When in Rome, right? He grills in the summer, tongs in one hand and a cold beer in the other. He's really good at it, and very protective over his grilling space. No one else is allowed to touch his grill or utensils, including and especially Bishop.

The other guys in the club don't buy it until they show up and see it for themselves. And even then, they still can't believe it.

I can just so vividly picture him, Bishop, and Nestor standing around the grill, beers in hand, just watching it with that immense Dad™ energy. (I know Nestor isn't a dad but it's about the vibes you know what I mean)

Meanwhile Izzy is with their kids and the rest of the guys, who are just observing it all from a distance. And EZ just looks at Izzy like, "Are they always like this when they're together?"

And she just laughs, because she's so used to it, "Yes, almost every weekend in the summer."

Okay so Kxxxtr (Klatterasphaus assigned at birth) was created a little after Ngah and Ezekiel, enough to fit into the same generation but slightly later so they became sort of a younger sibling to them. At least in terms of age difference. At this point Ngah was already starting to be Like That™ so Kxxxtr didn't get to be in good graces with her at all. So she gravitates towards Ezekiel, bc despite being created to fill a role someone else failed at and to be a competent and dignified high angel, wuh woh irony, she's an insecure baby. Ezekiel loves and supports her and they have a great and close relationship.

Kxxxtr has alot of pressure on her (see the part about being made to replace a failure). Her name is implied to have some ties to this, or at least they overhear the elder angels talk something about "The klattering sound of [????] halos". She tries to brush it off but it sort of unsettles her since she didn't hear all of it, and now has weird questions about their name. She doesn't have the gall to ask the elder angels about it, obviously, and doesn't bring it up for a while. Ezekiel notices she's upset tho so they talk about it and Eze tries to reassure them that maybe it was something cool! He comes up with "The klattering sound of golden halos during a graceful dance" "Because you're graceful!". This helps.

Warning for mentions of dismemberment and talk of trauma under the cut (this is where we get into the "Kxxxtr" part)

Time skip to when Awful Stuff happens, and Ngah pulls Ezekiels head right off. Kxxxtr is deeply traumatised from witnessing this. They heavily dissociate during the entire part where Ezekiel, still alive as a head, is banished, along with most of the angels that support him. When she starts coming back, most of the memories from this conflict are blocked out. She can't quite fathom why interacting with Ngah brings her intense terror. She just knows Ezekiel is gone now. Obviously all of this is extremely hard on them so to reflect the blocked out memories, and to honor Ezekiels absence, they 'censor' the name. That's why it's Kxxxtr.

I'm not sure if I'd call it a deadname, it's a bit more complex than that. To her it's meaning is tied to her awareness and symbolizes the support and care received from loved ones. So she'd go back to using it amongst trusted people, but otherwise still be Kxxxtr. She's more used to that now anyway.
