Okay. Give Sabine a lightsaber? Nice. I can dig it. Mandalorians have a long history of using (one particular) lightsaber to great effect regardless of Force sensitivity. Plus lightsabers are cool and I support characters being as cool as possible.

Give Sabine the FORCE suddenly in a moment of great need? When she's NEVER before even once exhibited Force sensitivity despite training with the Darksaber with Kanan and Ezra, in which situation NO ONE ever so much as suggested "hey Sabine, you might be Force sensitive"? Over 4 entire seasons of TV? When she's NEVER before even once exhibited Force sensitivity despite apparently training with Ahsoka for some time? No. That's coolness over continuity, and it's sloppy.

the thing about most aria hate is that when people are describing what they don’t like about her they are often actually describing indicators that she is literally being groomed. “she’s pretentious and has a need to see herself as more mature and cultured than her peers” yeah! that’s why she’s such an easy target for ezra when they first meet and he’s pursuing her for his book! “she’s disconnected from the rest of the liars” yeah! groomers/abusers often isolate their victims!!! “she protects ezra when she shouldn’t” yeah!! she has been conditioned to do this! “she barely seems to exist or have an identity outside of her relationship with ezra” YEAH!!!! an adult man, her TEACHER, pursued her knowing exactly how old she was when she was just sixteen and utterly consumed her identity. Isn’t That Alarming To You.

colour is a thing I use very frequently in the process of designing my characters. they can all be reduced to a single colour that is incorporated in their design and / or personality in some way

for example:

Rayan's assigned colour is red. he has a warm colour scheme in his design, commonly wears red, and is always covered in blood. always

Foster is blue. in comparison, their design uses greys, blacks and of course, blues. their demeanour is equally as cold.

Aarin is more of a pastel blue, due to the colour of their eyes and their withdrawn, quiet personality

Zuriel is orange. compared to Aarin, its design is warm and friendly, much like its personality. it and Aarin balance each other out perfectly

Ailean is a light, pale green. due to the white brightness of the lab and their own albinism, along with the fact his design is inspired by a hemlock flower, they have a pale, muted appearance

Madir is beige. this is mostly shown in his design, in the white streaks of his hair from his poliosis and his dark, neutral clothing style

Esrana is a dark purpleish-pink. purple is an elegant colour, wouldn't you say? perfectly describes her, from her hair to her silky smooth accent

Madison is a mahogany colour. a strong colour, yet warm and inviting. she could crush you if she were so inclined, and yet her hands are gentle

Kore is a smoky, foggy grey. hard and cold like stone, scrutinizing eyes judging your every move. a vile man, he is

Zayn is a lavender-ish colour. unlike Esrana, who's dark and unforgiving, he's a lighter, more easygoing person

Derwyn is a neon, bright pink. eager, bright, loud. the colour reminds me a lot of their wide, unblinking eyes

Ezra is white. like ailean, he has albinism, and this is incorporated in his design a lot. he has a pale, light colour scheme, and nobody can really tell whether or not he's actually okay with or against Foster's situation with a captive. he's just.. neutral. white

but what about Ruaridh, you say? well, they're a special case

the lab is the only thing Ruaridh has known. for their entire life, they've had nothing but the clothes that Derwyn gave them, nothing but the books Derwyn gave them, nothing but the injections that Derwyn injected. they've had no outside communication, had never seen the world, had never had a chance to gain their own colour, in a way. they don't exactly have a colour

Ezra Miller got replaced for what I believe is a minor voice acting role on Invincible. Not the biggest blow but I hope this means the tides are turning because I dont see nearly enough outrage about them.

That's not surprising, and I wouldn't be surprised if they just get kind of quietly dropped in this way, if they have any projects they're even still attached to. Businesses don't really like to make an open stand unless they have to, so if they can leave Ezra behind without making a fuss they probably will.

Taylor performing Lakes last night is such a reminder of the lyricism of her music in the Joe era. I know you suggest that in your posts, that Wordsworth ref. he was someone who used to rewrite his work.

Tortured Poets is a bloated album sorely in need of an editor. Jack is far too in awe of Taylor to take that role, and who else would dare to suggest that many of her lyrics are crass and unintentionally comical?

Even TS Eliot needed Ezra Pound to edit the Wasteland to its final perfection, and Taylor Swift is far from being TS Eliot.

Okay that fight scene was everything to me. Ezra's no-lightsaber hand to hand style? Sabine's chaotic melee approach consisting of every possible weapon and also getting shot A LOT strategically in the 34% of her body that's covered in beskar? Ezra stopping a lightsaber with the Force? Ezra and Sabine tag-teaming? Ahsoka bodying Shin Hati without even trying? Brilliant. Incredible. Inspired. Amazing. Show stopping. Spectacular.
