I recently acquired some beautiful green corduroy, so I decided to make another one of these types of floppy frogs. He’s also quite a bit bigger than the other three I’ve made in the past. 

His name will be ⚘࿐༄࿔⚘ Kelpy ⚘࿐༄࿔⚘ (not to be confused with kelpies, the shapeshifting water spirits of Scottish folklore), because of the dark, brownish-green corduroy he’s made with. 

I kept him pretty simple, because corduroy is such a nice fabric, and I didn’t want to take away from it. I used some black leather shank buttons for the eyes.

I got these super cute fairy flower homes, one for me and one to go on my nans grave.

She loved fairies and is definitely the reason I ever became interested in folklore and all things magical. To be honest she is the reason I have most of my interests and I’ll always be grateful that she had and will always continue to have such an impact on who I am as a person 💗🧚🏼‍♀️
