miscellaneous fairy tail headcanons that I came up with while writing my ridiculously long fic pt.2

♡ cana, gray, and loke are a little trio in fairy tail. after the grand magic games, sting gets added to their group. they all meet up after jobs to get drinks and gossip.

♡ laxus's favorite drink is apple cider. he's never told anyone but somehow they all know. if he's having a bad day, mira will slide him a mug of steaming cider with a cinnamon stick in it. laxus does not tear up, there was just dust in his eye.

♡ jellal and pantherlily are both tea enthusiasts. they've argued soooo much about different teas. they've both yet to discover that rufus is also a tea buff.

♡ laxus has sneezed in an onsen before and almost electrocuted everyone. cana never lets it go.

♡ while sneaking around mercurius, meredy runs into hisui. the fiesty princess yells at her, but her curiosity wins out and she doesn't arrest meredy. they become fast friends and write each other letters.

♡ I consider hisui to be pretty young, maybe 14/16 when the grand magic games happen. as such, she's often overlooked by her advisors and even her father. no one takes her seriously, and it's so frustrating.

♡ sorcerer weekly releases a "top 10 ships" list every year. it's almost always well-known guild mages. jenny's won top spot for three years in a row now (with different partners each time, though).

Jenny, Erza, Mira x Reader

summary: So Erza, Mira, and Jenny (separate) are at the beach with their s/o. However, once s/o sees them in their bikinis their s/o��s face is just completely red. Amused by this, the girls decide to do a bit of teasing in an effort to make them more flustered. What’re their methods. CW: suggestiveness, gender neutral s/o pronouns A/N: I've done multiple character requests so no worries! also LOL at the gif I found.

Erza:

I can see her giggling behind her s/o's back when she realizes how flustered they are at her in her strappy bikini.

She'd poke and prod at them all day, getting really close to them and hugging her s/o to see them blushing.

She might even requip into her seduction armor just to see them even more frazzled.

Erza knows what she's doing to them, and wholeheartedly admits it. She enjoys watching them all flustered in front of her.

Mirajane:

Mira is definitely more of a subtle tease than Erza. While she knows just how flustered her s/o is, she prefers the quiet approach.

She'd purposely drop something onto the ground just to pick it back up in front of them, blushing the entire time apologizing for being so lewd.

I can also see her going into the water to cool off and walk back without toweling off, letting her s/o be totally flustered at her state.

Mira is totally the type to ask sweetly "oh yn, what's wrong? You look so red! Need help putting sun screen on? we wouldn't want you to get sunburnt ^_^" and start putting the cream on, knowing they're just getting even more flustered.

Jenny:

I feel like Jenny is the most out-there with the teasing than the other two to be honest. She thrives off of the attention and if she is getting her s/o that flustered she's going to keep doing whatever she can to get the reactions.

She'd rub up against them and tease them with words. "Well, what are you gonna do about it huh?"

She'd pull them into the water to "cool them off" when in reality she wants an excuse to brush up against them in the water.

At the end of the day she's probably the one who is going to get their s/o pinning her down in the backseat of the car because they just can't hold back anymore.

Blue Pegasus

Hibiki is the smartest member of their guild. (yes he hangs out with the Triad)

The guildhall smells so good. It's the cleanest of all the guilds and Ichiya always has the place smelling amazing

Ichiya changes the scent of the hall based on what is going on. So Holiday party will smell like hot cocoa and minty, first day of spring is fresh flowers, etc

Ichiya, himself, doesn't actually smell good. He has too many perfumes on him and it can get overwhelming to be close to him

Jenny is treated like royalty. Pretty sure she is carried from room to room at this point

Eve views Hibiki as his big brother. They are super close

Ren is the most observant of his team. He picks up on a lot of little details that others easily miss

Lamia Scale

Jura is rarely in the guild hall anymore so every time he shows up there's a party (kinda like how hype fairy tail gets to see Gildarts)

Chelia and Lyon have huge sibling energy. To the point that people forget Sherry is her actual blood relative

Lyon is the stray that Sherry, Yuka and Toby brought home. They are responsible for all the trouble he gets in

Ooba has a favorite and is very open about it. It's Lyon. Unless Jura is in town, then Lyon is pushed aside and Jura is fawned over

Yuka is the most utilized mage in the guild. His magic is super good for defense so he's always on the front lines

Ooba tries to convince Sherry to use her 'feminine wiles' to get Ren to lose fights during the grand magic games. Sherry refuses and Ooba interprets that as her not knowing how and then gives Sherry the most traumatizing lesson on seducing men

Toby is literally always accidentally paralyzing people. Man forgets his claws at least once a day. Chelia runs away from him every time he gets close

yes I'm including sting again bc he's babygirl. he so flirts with guys at the bar and drives them crazy. he stops by an inn during a mission and becomes the life of the party with his sweet charm. ironically, if you flirt back with the blonde and you really mean it, he'll turn to putty in your hands.

erza scarlet -> I am not a woman, I'm a god by halsey

erza is so. so. she's this song because everyone else deifies her. "I am not a martyr, I'm a problem. I am not a legend, I'm a fraud." erza isn't perfect, but she's aware of her reputation and that makes her act a certain way. she doesn't feel as free to express herself, and the amount of praise she gets for her fighting prowess often makes her feel like a soldier.

lucy heartfilia -> akasaka sad by rina sawayama

another lucy one, as a treat. "cuz I'm a sucker, sucker, so I suffer. akasaka sad, just like my father." specifically about lucy's complicated relationship with her parents (mostly her dad). there's so much distance and time between them, but she can never fully recover from the effects her childhood has on her. part of her will always be a sad, crying little girl in the corner of the library, hiding from her father.

alzack connell -> disko boy by shantel

specifically when he's pining after bisca. bisca is outgoing and fun and friendly and she loves to dance. alzack is shyer and prefers quieter, more personal activities like reading or drawing. he's never liked having the spotlight on him, but the way bisca lights up when he asks her to dance makes the embarrassment fade away, replaced by fuzzy warmth.

gray fullbuster -> dodomu by kalush (feat. skofka)

gray is soooooo ukrainian to me. he would shred on the dance floor doing gopak. also dodomu is about never forgetting where home is, and gray never forgets about ur, lyon, or deliora. even though fairy tail is his family and his home, he always remembers and honors where he came from by making traditional dishes and wearing traditional clothing. gray in a vyshyvanka and sharovary??? on the floor rn.

it just. fits. u can't expect jenny as a model to not have thoughts on how women are treated because of their looks. she will scream the last lines of bijin because it's cathartic.

I think lisanna has a lot of pent up rage. she's had her life and identity reinvented so many times, she cannot be normal. she usually lets her anger out during missions with juvia and gajeel and lily or during sparring matches with mira (elfman refuses to fight her, understandably.) still, if you piss lisanna off, she will verbally tear you a new one. you didn't know such horrible words existed until lisanna cursed you out with them.

yes, another alexander rybak song. this one only makes sense if u put it in the perspective of laxus searching for an exceed. then it's hilarious.
