I don't think I have 4 talents ... full stop! I can only think of art being one of them, and maybe teamwork for group settings but that isn't really a talent. I used to be decent at golf but I wouldn't say I'm very proud of that =v=

I used to frequent this flash game called fantage that literally NO ONE has played apparently bc literally NO ONE knows what I'm talking about when I mention it. it was like club penguin but it wasn't penguins. that shit was my lifeblood, I fucking LOVED that game. it shut down in 2017 I think, so I can't replay the memories but man ... it'll live on in my head .....

for how cringe i was as a kid, the things i put my mind to do then was kind of impressive. whatever interested me at that time, i tried my hand at it all. i still remember how the old instagram looked and i did some of those like basic ~aesthetic~ photoshop pics on my mom's old iphone (which i broke during my mini "photoshoot" and she got mad at me for it understandably haha). i drew a lot more then too so i remember posting art on insta at the time, before getting embarrassed about it as with other things. i was also into like fantage and was a youtuber making fmv's with og windows live movie maker and cracked powerpoint on my crappy family laptop that overheat constantly lol. customizing youtube pages was really fun at that time now that i tjink about it. i also spent a lot of time at the library so i'd be writing fanfic or crappy stories/poetry on wattpad until it was closing time. i tried my hand at making a manga too before i realized that was a lot of work a couple pages in (but i guess not as much work as the other things i did for little me at the time? lol who knows what my priorities were then)

most if not like all of those accounts i deleted out of embarassment but i really wish i didn't because they were just like made out of pure enjoyment at the time, being like a mini freelancer or a child's imitation of it at least

when i was a kid my favorite virtual games were club penguin and fantage. club penguin was extremely popular after all! and fantage had an adorable art style and so many opportunities for roleplaying! (i used to lie to people and say i was recording a youtube video, but really i just wanted to roleplay high school with them lol)

i would constantly beg my parents to buy me premium membership on those games, but they always said no. they never budged on this, but at one point club penguin was selling real-life plushes of penguins with codes that you could redeem in-game for exclusive clothes. i convinced my mom to buy me this specific plush:

with the code i was able to get that hair and dress. these were basically the only premium clothes i had, so my two main roles in club penguin were either 1. pizza chef (because the chef hat and apron were free) or 2. a pookie (basically a baby penguin that sat in the pet shop and begged to be adopted).

as for fantage, it never sold any real-life toys or anything else like that... but i was able to convince an online friend to share her premium account with me. i remember the username was sonia1132, and if i look it up now i can actually see videos with that account on youtube! (none of those videos were actually of me, though.)

this account was shared between a lot of people, actually, so i would log in on some days to see the entire outfit and face of the avatar had been changed. sometimes i would be kicked out of the game because someone else logged on. it was annoying, but i got used to it, and it was worth it because my other account had basically nothing cool on it.

i had a lot of fun playing on this account! one day it got banned, though, because some clown decided to swear. saddest day of my life. i remember just staring at the screen with empty sadness. but i resigned myself to playing on my non-premium account. woe was me... :(

sometimes i wish fantage had lasted long enough for me to finally be able to make my own premium account, but in retrospect, maybe it's for the best that never came to me. i watched wars between the premiums and non-premiums. i learned humility, and how to appreciate what little i had. jk i'm still salty
