The pro-Bolsonaro mob, like its US and Russian fringe counterparts, are consciously anti-civilization. Being opposed to civilization and worshiping an ignoramus figurehead misperceived as strong are things various fascist movements have in common.

Questions need to be raised about security.

The rioters made it into the inner sanctum of what should be one of Brazil’s most secure addresses, leaving a bizarre trail of destruction and fury in their wake and many questions over how such a politically sensitive building could have been left so exposed.

The mob failed to access the offices of President Lula but other rooms were looted and smashed. A felt-tip pen was used to scrawl curly lines along the ceiling of the corridor occupied by members of the Institutional Security Bureau, which is responsible for the president’s safety.

Amorim, who is Brazil’s former defense minister, said he was struggling to fathom how security forces and intelligence agencies had failed to detect or stop the threat. “The resistance only came after the deed had been done – it’s as if it was allowed to happen,” he said.

This report from France 24 shows only a fraction of the destruction.

If Ramsay Bolton were a real person, I would put him in charge of the punishments for these fascist terrorists.

A apologia do nazismo se enquadra na Lei 7.716/1989, portanto, é crime

“ Praticar, induzir ou incitar a discriminação ou preconceito de raça, cor, etnia, religião ou procedência nacional. Pena: reclusão de um a três anos e multa – ou reclusão de dois a cinco anos e multa se o crime foi cometido em publicações ou meios de comunicação social.”

  “ Fabricar, comercializar, distribuir ou veicular símbolos, emblemas, ornamentos, distintivos ou propaganda que utilizem a cruz suástica ou gamada, para fins de divulgação do nazismo. Pena: reclusão de dois a cinco anos e multa.

A lei 7.716/1989 lei é respaldada pela própria Constituição, que classifica o fascismo como crime inafiançável e imprescritível. Isso significa que o fascismo pode ser julgado e sentenciado a qualquer momento, não importando quanto tempo já se passou desde a conduta.

Apologia às armas, símbolos de enaltecimento de marcas que promoveram o nazismo, defesa agressiva das CACs, grupos fechados de ideologias nocivas ligadas ao fascismo são crime, desrespeito às minorias, perseguição de inocentes, de denunciantes de práticas ligadas ao fascismo não são pessoas em seu direito de liberdade de expressão.

O nazismo e ou práticas ligadas ao separatismo e enaltecimento de classe tidas como “superiores” no cenário mundial, não é liberdade de expressão, mas apologia contra os direitos humanos.
